Negative experience: Twice I have come for appointments with Dr Argawal & been sent to the nurse instead. Today’s 2pm appointment was a waste of time & so I was asked if I wanted a flu injection. I said no & left but when I got home your reception rang me asking why I hadn’t turned up for my 2.40pm flu injection. I had made no such appointment.

Negative experience: My 6 yr daughter had a oral thrush which we were really concerned about and went to this clinic for consultation.The GP here had no interest to listen to what my concerns were and not examining the child in detail instead told my wife that it s all good and to look for oral hygiene . This GP told us to come next time if this happens. It was about 3pm appointment.the whole time of consultation , this GP was doing her paper work typing on laptop showing no empathy and i would put this as medical ignorance. We consulted another GP and asked her to refer to a specialist. She is diagnosed and advises for tonsil removal surgery. The comments here refers to one GP being rude to all ,hope its not that same GP(Female) I thought of going legal but let it go this time.

Fantastic experience: Edit: As of June 2024 not bulk billing anymore. Very sad. It's a good clinic and many different doctors there. I had kind, caring experiences there at Advantage Medical Center. I was at non-bulk billing GP clinics before and the care is no different to this clinic. In contrary, my experience with one MtEliza expensive GP clinic was terribly money oriented and made mistakes with lab results, so that my high co-pay was not worth the arrogant attitude. One non bulk billing GP dared to laugh into my face that he had never ever bulk billed in his life when I came back for the same thing earlier due to his prescribed medication causing a rash...? I will support generous hard working caring bulk billing doctors doing the same job any time and that one patient doesn't click with a certain personality happens here or there, that one has to wait, happens here and there. I will return to Advantage Medical Center.

He sent me for test after test then i got sent to a specialist who found out I had blockages around the heart and he even said I have a great doctor and the nurses said the same thing.
