My dentist Dr Rohit is phenomenal. Dr Rohit is knowledgeable, caring, thorough and is incredibly professional in both his technique and patient care. I presented to Soho Dental with very complicated dental issues and Dr Rohit addressed them and treated each with skilled technique and a well planned approach. Dental health is responsible for our overall well-being and I trust Dr Rohit explicitly with my ongoing dental care. As a registered nurse, I know good quality care when I receive it. 10/10. Fantastic experience: I visited Soho Dental as an emergency patient on Sunday and Monday. They were able to fit me in on the day for assessment and f/up for complex root canal under a crown. Excellent service on Sunday, followed by Monday (2 different dentists - Dr Megha and Dr Priyanka). Will be requesting to be regular patient. Both dentists explained very well, made me at ease, checked on my wellbeing regularly. Thorough, adequate pain relief, and comfy surroundings. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have most of my family's dental needs with Soho Dental Clinic..The dentists are so experienced, can't fault them..They tell you the expectations of your service and are very transparent about the fees and how much you have to add out of pocket etc. If you want to be sure, you can reach out to the front desk, she's also helpful in everyway, she'll give you all the infos you need. Fantastic experience: Both times I have attended first with Dr Luisa Pelaez annd the second time was Dr Ahmed Ibrahim both were amazing and both times I was always at the point of me having excruciating pain issues. Soho are easy to get same day appointments, swift and easy with their service and reasonable prices. They give you a quote first so you know exactly what you’re getting and offer payment options such as Afterpay. They will go the extra mile and give you advice on what you need as well as trying to save the teeth you have. Would definitely recommend .

Negative experience: Had one dental treatment done for just filling but end up with root canal and adjustcent tooth got damaged in the procedure and did tooth canal for that and another adjustment tooth got damaged. I thought it was just bad luck and took my child for her first general checkup and was told that she needs root canal for her tooth. I got one done and was not trusting them anymore and took second opinion from iris dental in point cook and after seeing the x ray they said she never needed any treatment.

Negative experience: Booked in to have 2 wisdom teeth removed as previously discussed with a prior appointment that they could take them out with no issues, only for the dentist to ask why I was there (even though this was on the booking and reiterated to reception when they called to confirm appointment) , looked at the X-ray and in my mouth for about 2 mins and try to say that I need a specialist and extra scans as he was not confident. Charged $40 for a “consult” that I didn’t book due to previously being told they can remove. Ended up getting a second opinion at a different place who can do it and is now booked in with.

Fantastic experience: I was anxious when I experienced immense pain over the weekend and my regular dentist was closed. I called this clinic on a Sunday morning and the lovely receptionist listened to my issue of being in a lot of pain and organised an appointment the same day. Fantastic experience: I have never had a bad experience at SOHO dental. Everything from the booking (phone or online) goes through seamlessly. Staff are super friendly and polite. They also call you if an earlier appt is available on the day. I broke a tooth yesterday and was immediately able to get an afternoon appt with Dr Shilpa, who was gentle and very informative. She took her time in explaining the process, gave suggestions on how to handle other issues that came up on my X ray and wasn't pushy in the slightest. Walked away with my tooth fixed nicely. Fantastic experience: Best dental experience in 2 years - Dr Megha Shukla was AMAZING - my partner attended today, Sunday 3rd Sep 2023, the visit was an emergency and resulted in 2 teeth being extracted, quick diagnosis, quick action and no mucking around, she explained all, helped with plan moving forward.
