Casey Dentists Townsville

Negative experience: Disappointed. Poor experience. I used Case Dentists 'text us' feature on 11 July where I received a response to confirm the date I had suggested. I sent a response immediately but then did not hear from them for 11 DAYS. I followed up this morning to ask if the appointment had been booked as I had not received a confirmation. I received a response to say that some final steps had not yet been actioned by the Casey Dentists Townsville team to book the appointment. This left me waiting 11 days under the impression that the appointment had been booked. Only through my own follow-up - not Casey Dentists Townsville - did I discover that nothing had progressed. While I understand this may not be a typical experience given the positive reviews, I feel there’s room for improvement in communication and follow-up processes to ensure a better customer experience.

Fantastic experience: I had my veneer preparation appointment today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Kalani and Hannah were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming. They took detailed scans, X-rays, and photos, all while explaining each step clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire appointment. The clinic itself had a calm, inviting atmosphere, and every staff member I encountered was friendly and attentive. It’s clear they truly care about patient experience and go above and beyond to provide excellent service. I’m feeling confident and excited about the next steps in my veneer journey!

Fantastic experience: All on 4 + I done a bit of research before choosing Casey dental and felt very happy and confident with them from my first consultation. Very friendly and helpful staff all the way through the process. They kept in touch and also checked on me to make sure everything was OK after surgery and made sure that I could get an appointment that suited me as I drove 5hrs for my appointment, couldn't be happier with my results. Fantastic experience: Before even coming to talk to Dr Casey I had a plan in my heart and in my head… but I didn’t know if it was possible. After talking to Dr Casey, thoroughly checking me out, going over the traumas I’ve had to my upper jaw, the issues with several individual teeth, the issues with my current plate and the overall issues going on inside my mouth, he came up with a plan and I loved it. What I had in my heart and in my head was doable. Working a 7/7 FIFO job was no issue at all, front reception accommodated my appointments to coincide with my roster. My treatment coordinator helped me work seamlessly through SuperCare. My surgery was on a Thursday morning and 24hrs later, I had my temporary teeth in place. I cannot thank Matthew and his team enough. It was fun but it was also professional and the day of surgery I had no anxiety at all of what was about to happen and the whole procedure was a breeze. Thank you so much, it’s been over 34 years since I’ve smiled without being embarrassed about my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Casey Dentists since I first moved here a few years ago and the service is really first-class. They always explain processes and costs in advance, show me the xrays and so on - completely professional and respectful behaviour. As well as routine checks and cleans, Dr Susan has rebuilt a couple of my teeth which were suffering from old broken fillings. I regard them now as my strongest teeth. Last week, I had a root canal treatment. I have had root canal work done before, but nothing as easy as this. We planned and prepared for it so that the whole job was performed (fully & properly) in one sitting, not three or four. I fully recommend the high quality of the work!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jun Yi Low is the BEST dentist I have ever had the fortune of seeing. In fact he is the best and most professional doctor I have ever seen. He is up to date with the latest research in the field, his patent manner is exceptional. I have autoimmune periodontal disease and Jun was able to offer a deep clean with no anesthetic, there was no pain, his precision, skill and patient sensitivity is like no other. Fantastic experience: It had been quite awhile since I had seen a Dentist. As a child I never liked having to go. I am in my 60’s so needed to start I have had Crowns done by Dr Jun and his assistants. My first lot were 4 teeth done all at once. Pre prep done first then followed a few weeks later my Crowns fixed. Since then have had another 3 Very old fillings so Crowns were the best way to go. Dr Jun was excellent I had no pain and he and his assistants made my appointment Stress Free. I recommend Casey Dental highly Thankyou guys

Negative experience: I was treated by doctor Jun, he gave me a couple fillings that hurt and then fell out, said he would do it for free but added in heaps of other charges on top of because I had a clean. Was not impressed and was very dissatisfied. Would not see this doctor and after all the good reviews I was shocked with his treatment. Anyone found another good dentist? Need to go back and have proper work done.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Casey Dentists since I moved to Townsville and they have always done a great job, especially in regards to the matter of my wisdom teeth extraction, I got all 4 out in the chair and was met with a very accomodating team of professionals, all the way from the quoting and consultation to the final checkups after the surgery. Fantastic experience: I was recommended to go to Casey Dental, when I needed some urgent dental work while I was travelling through Townsville. On my very 1st visit, which was my first time I had been into a dentistry in over 40yrs. I was made feel very comfortable and relaxed by the staff, as a person who has suffered anxiety all their life, this was a very big step for me. To put myself in a position where my anxiety can be at the extreme, all their staff made sure that I was comfortable and I was reassured at all times. Their professional manner made me feel relaxed, this was by informing me what would be involved in each visit, and during the procedures. I have had approximately 18hrs of dental work, spread over 5 months due to my travel commitments. So I can recommend Casey's for any of your dental needs. If it wasn't for Dr Jun being so thorough I may have lost both of my front teeth in the next 12 months. Then there is Dr Casey. Fantastic experience: Arrived into Townsville as part of a far north qld travel holiday. I was in dire need of a dentist and was lucky to have found Casey Dentists. The staff were very professional and caring of my situation. The Dentist listened to my story and provided not only the most likely diagnosis, but also options in terms of a treatment plan. He not only had a high skill level using very modern equipment and technique but also excellent communication skills all of which put me at ease. I went for a wisdom tooth extraction which was in a very complicated position and they had to perform a surgery to cut it into pieces before extraction. Dr Jun, Dr Fred and Dr Matthew operated on the complex procedure and were very professional throughout the procedure. Fantastic experience: After a very bad experience at TSV dental centre, Casey Denist have eased my anxiety and have gone above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable and know every little detail they are doing. Dr Fred and Shazza are a loving work duo who both know what they are doing and make you feel like close friends. They are very informative, reassuring and professional. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this clinic for 5 years. I have found reception staff to be professional and respectful of clients. Courtesy reminder emails are always sent and they accommodate changes in appointment times cheerfully. I highly recommend Dr Cullen who is my dentist. He has a gentle and caring manner, listens carefully to what you have asked for . He explains procedures very clearly beforehand and constantly monitors for any discomfort you may be feeling. Dr Cullen always ensures you have a plan in place for current and any likely future dental work within your budget He always ensures that he checks up on your health within a couple of days of any major dental procedures.

Matthew Casey was thorough, making sure he was fully aware of my medical background. The surgery went well, Matthew even called personally to check in with me the next day. Fantastic experience: It's not often you leave a business feeling happy with all aspects, but today i was impressed with the professionalism and patient care given to me. After a motor bike accident over the weekend, i sheared the enamel off a couple of molars. Dr Jun and Kirsti not only fixed these, but did it effectively, thoroughly and I was comfortable throughout. This was my first visit, and now I'll be calling Casey Dentists "my dentist!".

Fantastic experience: Dr. David Cullen and his dental hygienist Duc took over my dental care when I needed an implant to be made and fitted that my previous dentist could not help me with. David was very knowledgeable about different options and technology’s available and what would suit me best. I’ve been so happy with the result. Fantastic experience: Always very good professional service. Very good quality work. Not the cheapest in town however it is very good value for money given the quality and professionalism. When you to Casey Dentists you are not just a client you are a member of the Casey Dentists family!

Positive experience: Dentist regularly change so it is difficult to have consistency of care. However, the outcome is good. Reception staff are hit and miss some of them are great and some are rude and useless. You will get calls from two different receptionist giving different information and neither of them know the other has called or what is happening. Payments staff are difficult to get hold of. Overall I would not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Both of my children and myself have recently seen Dr Susan and she is amazing! Dr Susan was very friendly, honest and thorough. My 11yr old son even gave her 5 stars! Would definitely recommend for both children and adults.

Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew Cheng and Kirsty. Replaced composite on both front teeth I have had since I was 12 + whitening. Front teeth (composite) had become discoloured and chipped. I thought it was only possible to fix to get a nice result by getting crowns so it has been put off for a while. Dr Andrew Cheng did an amazing and much more cost effective option until I am ready for crowns/veneers in the future. I could not be happier with the result! Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend Casey Dentists!
