I came to this practice with the biggest fear plus horrendous anxiety Dr Shipra was amazing , patient, attentive and very professional . While i faced some added complications due to me being so anxious Dr worked out a solution that in the end helped me 100% . Highly recommend this practice for all ages . The aftercare also was amazing the calls the check ins and just the general overall care. She really has helped alleviate my fear . Such a credit to you guys

Fantastic experience: Dr Shipra is an excellent dentist and personable.Skilled with current with modern dentistry practices so teeth extraction is not required. I like that she explains things and is transparent by showing pictures(before and after) of the tooth worked on.

Dr. Reena took utmost care to treat her tooth and gave best options available. She handled my mom with compassion and made sure she was out of pain. She also called her after the treatment to make sure that she was healing properly. Positive experience: As of a year ago I’m a new patient at Rhouse Hill smiles and saw Dr Tina. I had the clear cover aligning done last year and it’s been great . She was very informative and frank about what to expect…. The aligners were great and minimal pain.

Dr Sofia has been the best dentist I've ever seen, hands down. She is so kind and patient and reassuring, providing top quality care with zero pain. All the staff have been so lovely and kind - I'm still a nervous wreck everytime but the staff here will always greet you with a smile when you walk in and ensure you leave with a smile when you walk out. Negative experience: Got a bad experience with Nathan the receptionist. He is rude and arrogant. He should not be at the front desk. The dentists are nice plus the two ladies, but not this bloke. If i can give a negative star I would.

Fantastic experience: I have a fear of dentists after an experience that I had as a child. Dr Teena Bali made me feel comfortable and was very mindful of my anxiety. Everything was clearly explained to me, and Dr Teena went through the details of the examination with me before any work was done so that I knew exactly what to expect. Fantastic experience: Fabulous bunch of people. My son had a seriously bad tooth and they fit him in last minute and fixed him up! All expenses were outlined up front with options as we are not terribly financial at the moment, so we really appreciated how we were respectfully given different options and came to a great final solution. Fantastic experience: Hi, I visited Rouse Hill Smiles Dental care for my daughter's tooth ache. To be honest I contacted the clinic by mistake as I had forgotten the dentist she visited last year. Rouse Hill Denatl care was a very pleasant and excellent service experience since Mt first telephone call till the session with the dentist today. The clinic was very clean, we were greeted with a professional welcome, exact guidance on what will be covered by insurance. The dentist did a thorough checkup, no upselling and she explained the tooth condition in detail. I am very satisfied with the experience and have plans to take my other family members for the annual dental checkups etc. We'll Done!! This is not my usual dentist and after being in excruciating pain with my wisdom tooth all evening I called around all my local dentists who said they couldn’t see me for days. I contacted Rouse Hill smiles dental care and they were also booked out but I explained how much pain I was in and the receptionist showed compassion and said to come in and she’ll fit me in to be checked out . The dentist performed the tooth extraction and I am no longer in pain . Thank you so much rouse hill smiles dental , because of your excellent customer service and care for customers I am able to sleep tonight and not have to be days in pain . I went through a major procedure at this dental care on 27/2/23 under Dr Nav and Dr Teena’s supervision and what an experience. I was stressed and almost decided not to proceed but the support, love and comfort I got from all the staff and of course not to mention my family was so good.
