Fantastic experience: I recently underwent the in chair whitening process and I couldn’t be happier. 5/5 service! The team were so lovely, professional and very informative! Whilst there was a teeny bit of discomfort (that was forewarned) - Christine went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, giving me temporary free reign of complimentary Netflix, a neck pillow and even a blanket! Even better, I am so happy with my results! My teeth are so much whiter, so many thanks to you Christine :)

Fantastic experience: Very wonderful experience at Your Dentistree today. I was very scared of the procedure before I came in but Dr Slav and the nurse were very gentle and made the experience very smooth. Hours after the procedure and once the numbness was gone there was absolutely no pain (to my surprise). I highly recommend if you want a truly well qualified doctor that you can rely on. The equipment in the clinic is also super advanced and the staff is excellent.

Fantastic experience: I have an extreme fear of dentists and ignored going for 10 years. When I experienced sudden pain I had to book an emergency appointment and to say I was nervous is an understatement. I was seen by Dr Jarred and he was so extremely kind, patient, and understanding. Moreover, there was absolutely no judgement. I was a crying mess in the chair and after 2 minutes of speaking to him I was extremely at ease. I returned for a clean with Jarred and was met with the utmost professionalism, kindness and gentleness. The whole team have been fantastic and after 10 years of fear I am now willing to return every 6 months as they have put me at such ease. I recommend this clinic to absolutely everyone.

Fantastic experience: I just recently had my very old 30 plus year porcelain veneers replaced with new crowns on all 6 of my front teeth. The whole process from beginning to end has been seamless. My old veneers were looking very grey and discoloured making me very reluctant to smile for photos and I was becoming quite self conscious about them. I went to see Dr Olana for a check up, when she asked me about my old veneers and would I consider replacing them and the rest is history. The process from that day was very quick and even though having my old veneers removed was a bit of a time consuming marathon, Dr Olena and team were up for the challenge. I then had a temporary put on while my new crowns were being made. And then the big day came a few weeks later. I now have an amazing new smile and am so extremely happy with my new crowns. Dr Olena and team are amazing, caring, gentle and compassionate. I can't recommend going to "Your Dentistree" high enough, they are the absolute best!! Thanks again Dr Olena. ♥️

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough! I needed an emergency root canal and even though I’m not a patient of theirs they saw me! Dr Slav and his assistant were incredible….he saw me then fitted me in later in the day, they clearly had a lot on but were kind enough to see a stranger in pain. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them for further treatment. The girls at reception were equally as exceptional! If you need a great clinic with highly qualified staff Your Dentistree is where you need to be! 10/10 ❤️

Even though they were closed for their Christmas party on one of their rare days off, he came in early before the party for an emergency extraction. Absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: The staff here are fantastic, very friendly and easy to deal with. I went in for a clean and saw Dr Jarred , prior to the clean Dr Jarred explained everything in detail as well as explained what the cost of everything was upfront. He took time to listen to any concerns i had and answered any questions. A few months later i went to see Dr Slav for a consult, Dr Slav likes to listen to his patients to better understand their goals, concerns and was happy to answer any questions no matter how complex. Dr Slav explains things in a way that is easy for everyone to understand. Overall the team at Your Dentistree are open, honest and strive to get the best outcomes for patients which is hard to find these days.

Fantastic experience: It has been a while since I have been to a dentist after some bad experiences and just general anxiety of dentist, I got the courage to return back to one, I am so lucky and grateful to have found this dentist. From phone, email, and face to face service the whole team have been welcoming and understanding and sensitive to my anxiety of the whole experience and made an effort to create a calm environment. Thankyou will be a returning customer :).

Positive experience: They were gentle and kind, but not when operating. I got 'deep-cleaning' today and I asked for anaesthetics as I have decaying sensitive gum. And even with the anaesthetic, it was so rough I could feel it and taste the blood. Now the medication is wearing out I have massive gum-ache and headache. I've had the cleaning many times before, but not usually this rough and painful. I am usually very careful choosing my dentist.. I don't think I'll go back.

Fantastic experience: There are a tonne of reviews here telling how these guys are great for people who are afraid of the dentist. Ignore all the lower star reviews, these guys genuinely do everything in their power to make the experience as painless as possible. I hate going to the dentist, that will never change, and this is the same for a lot of people, but the distinction needs to be that we do not hate the dentist, just going to the dentist. Dr. Jarred did my first checkup in over 15 years, and also a filling. He was kind, patient, and extremely efficient. I did not convey how nervous I really was to be there, but his attitude put me at such an ease, I almost felt embarrassed to be feeling so nervous. I will be returning to this dentist from now on, and I am not worried about going back to have work done. Clearly from what they have accomplished by changing so many people's views about going to the dentist, they deserve all the praise they have received.

Fantastic experience: I was introduced to Your Dentistree when they first opened, and thank goodness I did. My family are all fearful, or should I say, used to be so fearful of going to the dentist. One of my children would vomit on the dentist to get out of treatment. I can not thank Dr Slav and his team enough for changing this experience for us to a positive one.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely worth the two hour return trip from our home! From the very first interaction on the phone with the Admin staff Your Dentistree has been wonderful. My son hit his tooth at childcare and of course it was outside office hours that evening when I was terrified and scrambling to find a Paediatric dentist. A fellow parent in a forum recommended I call Your Dentistree. I spoke to the Admin Team the next morning and they made an appointment to see us that very same day with only three hours notice. Rhia at Admin even checked if we were eligible for Medicare covered dental. We weren't and they kindly discounted our bill by $30 which was a huge help to us at the time. Dr Jarrad was BRILLIANT. I've seen many many dentists and doctors over the years and he is exceptional. His manner with children is exemplary. He explains every step to your child, he shows them the tools he will be using, allows them to have a feel of the tool (e.g. touching the brush he will use to clean teeth) and he gets consent thus treating them with such respect and autonomy. I truly believe this goes such a long way in building a positive association for children with dental care. He is patient and a great communicator. One of the few medical professionals I've ever met that bothers to answer all questions in a detailed manner and ensures that as the parent you leave with all your concerns met and queries answered. I knew exactly what signs to look out for in terms of infection and felt confident in managing my son's dental injury after speaking with Dr Jarrad I never leave second guessing and that's a huge help as a parent with the huge mental load that is caring for kids! My daughter has experienced a lot of medical trauma being an ex NICU baby with ongoing medical issues. She saw Dr Jarrad today she for the first time in her nearly seven years of life allowed a dentist to check her teeth and even complete a clean. Can't recommend this practice highly enough. More medical professionals and clinics should be like this practice!

Fantastic experience: I'm terrified of dentists and recently I had to get one wisdom tooth removed (1 wisdom tooth being removed is a big deal to me). Dr Jarrad had my tooth out within 9 minutes and the whole experience was amazing and did not hurt one bit. I highly recommend your dentistree

Negative experience: Warning. If you’d like to get your teeth done properly I wouldn’t come here. I’ve seen a dentist who has done a filling for me which left me with an uncomfortable feeling on the tooth she had done. I have had to go back and have asked for a different dentist due to not feeling comfortable or safe with her again. The other dentist fixed this issue. However, my filling has fallen out in just a few months due to the first dentist. I’ve let them know if I could have a different dentist and it looks like they have given me the same one from her photo on their website and they have told me that it was not the same person. They have in the same email told me that they refuse to see me. Now I’m going to have to go to another dentist and spend more money on something that should have been done properly to begin with. They have somehow had my previous review deleted most likely paid for. I find this highly unprofessional, unkind and unethical. Response to owner: This is not only a very bizarre response to my honest review, it is false information and I don’t appreciate all the negative comments about my character. I have mentioned to whomever I was conversing in the emails with that I will be leaving a review if I didn’t get any help or didn’t hear back from anyone, and didn’t feel comfortable or safe with the same dentist and wanted a different one, and that’s all there is to it. I have all the emails to prove this and have nothing to hide. I have every right to leave honest reviews of my experiences, I see you just can’t take constructive criticism and try to manipulate the situation. Again, highly unprofessional, rude and disrespectful behaviour.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist and avoided it for many years. These guys blew away my expectations completely. I'll no longer be avoiding them! Nathan (and his assistant) was very considerate and patient, but most importantly did an EXCELLENT job. I went in for a checkup, knowing I'd need some fillings. I came away with what feels like an entirely new set of teeth, thanks to their clean and polish. My previous dentist had no interest in providing such a brilliant outcome to their patient - in fact told me a stain left from a lazy orthodontist could not be fixed. These guys just did it no problem for me during the fillings/clean. Absolutely chuffed with the results. I thought I was destined to have gross looking teeth for the rest of my life! The reception staff are also welcoming and easy to get a hold of/ask questions and helped make the whole process very smooth and easy. These guys are setting the bar right here!

BUT Your Dentistree Cheltenham has absolutely redefined what going to the dentist id like for me Olena is an amazing dentist, explained everything so well, we discussed possible concerns and how i can improve my brushing. Im sure they are all great tho! Will def be coming back, despite having to pay a gap here compared to the chain that i used to go to. So be wary of that if you're switching from a chain too.

Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Dentistree and especially Kristina enough, she was so kind and understanding with me in my consultation. The work she has done for me so far has been pain free and she is great at making you feel comfortable in what can sometimes be a stressful situation.

Fantastic experience: Had a big back molar removed in the chair by Dr. Jarrod. No pain or problems after removal of tooth and he managed to get a very compromised tooth out in one go. This is the 2nd time I have had this good experience out of a bad situation. Highly recommend for 5 star service and procedures.

The dentist moved few appointments around and was able to remove the tooth immediately after the consultation, which saved me time and money. I was also very happy with the quality of the work. Fantastic experience: I had my tooth implant inserted by Dr. Aimee. She did an excellent job! There was no swelling, bleeding, or pain. My gum is healing beautifully. My family has been visiting Dr. Aimee at My Dentistry for a couple of years now. The tooth implant is not my first complex surgery with Dr. Aimee. Every time, she does an excellent job! She is skillful, knowledgeable, and always provides clear explanations. I love her work! I confidently recommend her to everyone

Fantastic experience: From the receptionist, the nurses and my Dentist (Jack), the team at Your Dentistree Mornington, are professional, efficient and most of all incredibly kind and VERY generous. Fantastic experience: I am scared to go see the dentist. Both myself and my family members have had multiple bad experiences with a variety of dentists. Now my teeth are in desperate shape! The local social media community groups couldn’t recommend “Your Dentistree” highly enough... so after checking out there over 300+ 5 star reviews I summond the courage to finally return to the dentist. Wow! I was so pleasantly surprised by Dr. Kristina and the entire team yesterday! She was so knowledgeable, friendly, nice, gentle and patient! Examined me gently, explained my options clearly and in detail, answered my questions with a wealth of knowledge (wow, she was so smart!) before giving me a recommendation – if I didn’t want something done there was no trying to persuade me otherwise –the visit was completely pressure free and an overall an extremely pleasant experience! Finally found a dentist I’d be happy to go to for the rest of my life! I understand the hype now and highly recommend Dr. Kristina and the team to anyone too!

Fantastic experience: I recently had my fillings done by Dr Kristina, and it was a flawless experience. Dr Kristina was very gentle, I barely felt anything during the injection, and no pain at all during and after the treatment. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel very comfortable. The clinic even called me the next day to check in and make sure I have no issues after the procedure. I felt really cared for. The whole team at Your Dentistry is highly professional and very friendly. I love that they give you a treatment plan upfront so there are no surprises with the bill after the treatment. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Have had an extremely average invisalign experience here. Have had to ask not to be booked with a particular staff member due to a lack of bedside manner and being rough. When I expressed my concern about my progress, I was told my teeth were fine and had the buttons removed, only to then be told I need another 9 trays (which was more than my second round). To top it off, after waiting a month for my final retainer, I followed up only to be told my teeth need to be rescanned. I have had some great experiences with staff here, but in general their invisalign process needs improvement.

Fantastic experience: I recently had all four of my wisdom teeth removed at Your Dentistree. Honestly one of my favourite experiences. I was super comfortable, it was really quick, and I didn’t feel any pain. Even once I had gone home and the numbing wore off I was left with hardly any pain. Just goes to show how experienced the dentists are.

Fantastic experience: My fear of the dentist goes back a long time ago to Ireland when dentistry was cruel & painful. I left going to dentist for as long as I could only after much pain did I go. Then I found Jarrad & I’ve not looked back . The whole experience has been calm , structured, everything explained nothing dine until I understood & could stop at any point. Fantastic experience: I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! My goodness I don’t even know where to start (in a good way) because I could seriously write a whole 100 chapter book. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and honestly they are the BEST and I truly mean that. Growing up, I was in the public dental system and had some truly horrific experiences. As soon as I got my first job, I moved to your dentistree and I will never look back, no joke I’ll be coming here when I’m 80 years old. Because of past experiences, I used to be so anxious about going to the treatment, whereas now I really enjoy going as the staff are so friendly and love a good chat. Dr Kristina can easily examine and clean my teeth in half an hour and I just sit and watch Netflix with the headphones on. I also see Carmel the lovely hygienist who is very gentle and knows her stuff!! She’s also very thorough and can examine and clean my teeth very quickly. My mother comes here as well now and enjoys coming to the dentist whereas at other places she would be anxious. My mother had a veneer put on a few years ago and it was much cheaper and better quality at your dentistree compared to a quote at another clinic. As a current uni student and working casually as a nurse, your dentistree is by far the most affordable, have the highest standards of care and do the best work. I’m currently doing my invisalign treatment and Dr Slav has been absolutely fantastic, I have two bottom teeth that have been slow to move but he’s making sure that I get the perfect result. 1000000/10

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! Exceptional patient care! I have been seeing Dr. Aimee for about a year now. I have had deep cleans and wisdom teeth extractions done by her. She is a talented and caring dentist. She is our family dentist now! All the doctors at Your Dentistry are wonderful and they offer reasonable prices. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic experience: The most gentle dentist I've been to see, very good at explaining every step of the appointment and work, felt safe and secure while there. TV on the ceiling with headset is a great distraction. Very well set up.

Fantastic experience: I have 3 dentists within walking distance of where I live and could easily choose 1 of them but there is a reason I choose to drive 30 minutes to go and see the team at Your Dentistree. First visit I saw Jarrod and he was unbelievable. The level of care, communication and results were beyond first class. Second visit I saw Christina and she was as good if not better than Jarrod. My most recent visit today with with Jack and he is head and shoulders, the best, most caring, professional, brilliant dentist I have ever been to in my life. I cannot recommend this practice enough. SIX stars!
