Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for literally years. When the business changed hands I was worried (being someone who abhors dental work) that I would be discarded. However I was placed in the care of Dr. Christine Cheah who has taken excellent care of me and has been an entirely worthy representative of the current owners, Swish Dental. As such I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending the services of Swish Dental.

Fantastic experience: The team at Swish Dental are incredibly friendly and supportive. The treatment was highly effective, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of dental care. I was quite nervous due to a previous bad experience elsewhere, but they made me feel at ease and guided me through the process with care and understanding.

Fantastic experience: I had dental work done today with Dr. Albion, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I’ve had bad experiences with other dentists in the past, so I was feeling pretty nervous — but Dr. Albion was absolutely amazing. He was gentle, caring, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients. This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: What amazing service from Swish Everton Park! My dental plate was chewed up by my puppy and I needed a replacement asap. They fit me in quickly for an appointment and were super accommodating getting new impressions done so we could arrange a new plate. I was so impressed with the Swish team that I have moved our family to this practice from the practice we have been at for 15years. Not only are they more local to us, but the dentists and team’s service was first class and made a really stressful situation, a cake walk. I couldn’t be happier to switch to Swish!

Fantastic experience: Swish Dental is an extremely good dental practice. Nice staff, dentists, dental assistants and reception/management. They offer reasonable prices, great deals through Bupa. Dr Albion has been doing such a fantastic job with my "check up and clean" that I have not needed any major dental work for a long time. 10/10 I strongly recommend this dentist at this practice!

Fantastic experience: Needed a new dentist in the area I moved too and found them via Bupa's list of providers (I think). The dental work and staff were 10/10 for the multiple appointments I needed for overdue fillings. I then took my son here for his first dental appointment and he had a lovely time and can't wait to come back. That is a good result.

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased we’ve found Dr Emily. She’s friendly, positive, professional and encouraging which is great for the kids (and me). There’s nothing worse than dreading going to the dentist but as we left the kids even said “That was the best! When we go to the dentist again it has to be with her (Dr Emily)! ”. It was such a good experience for us all, I had to share.

Fantastic experience: I usually feel quite anxious when at the dentist due to bad experiences with other dentists in the past, but Dr Kim was absolutely incredible. She was gentle and spoke to me about what she was doing throughout the process - this really calmed my nerves and made me feel comfortable. The receptionist and dental assistant were also so lovely. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: It’s a yes for Swish Dental from me. I started visiting Swish Dental around 4 years ago based off my wife’s comments and experience of attending them for two years prior. The staff are always very happy and friendly. I remember leaving the dentist as a child and even an adult at my old dentist, feeling like had disappointed the dentist. But I have been seeing Dr Kim Jaffar since attending Swish and I have always left feeling relatively good about dental health and making me want to be more vigilant. And really what more could you want from a dentist than someone who with makes you want to take better care of your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing dr Kim for 5 years now since moving to brisbane. I tried another dentist but when I found dr Kim I was so glad to have found my dentist! She always takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understand the options available. What I really value is her honest recommendations focused on what is truly needed thinking of my long term “teeth well-being”. Fantastic experience: I wanted to write this review earlier, but I struggled to find the words to effectively express my gratitude for Dr Albion and the Swish Dental EP team, without sounding naff. Following a complex and somewhat traumatic dental history as a child, I was hesitant to invest in proper dental care as an adult, believing I could care for my teeth through brushing, flossing and hygiene. However, cracks began to show in this mentality (literally!) and so I found myself at Swish, a little anxious as memories of a dislocated jaw and severely large needles from the 80s came back to me. I shouldn’t have worried, nor put my visit off for so long. Dr. Albion was amazing. I have had 4 visits in the last 12 months and each time I leave in awe of the professionalism, calmness and compassion on display from all levels of staff. Swish Dental EP offers a safe and upbeat environment for all ages. My teeth have never felt better. I required a lot of work, and I was somewhat embarrassed about that, however, there was no judgement at any time. The out of pocket expense was minimal and amazing value for the work done. I can’t recommend Swish Dental and Dr. Albion enough. Thank you team, I appreciate you!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experiance. The Dentists make the process as comfortable as possible and they seem committed to patient health providing advice on how patients can resolve dental health issues long term. The Dentists identified my biggest issue was cleaning near my gums and provided me advice on how to resolve that. At my next visit it was no longer a concern and they took the time to let me know they were happy with my cleaning.

Fantastic experience: A breath of fresh air! I am usually apprehensive visiting the dentist but this was the first time I have felt relaxed thanks to the swish dental team. The customer service was fantastic from the moment I stepped in. I was welcomed on entering by Francesca & Emily, both were very friendly, immediately putting my nerves at ease. It was evident that the team care about where they work as the practice was clean, warm and inviting. My dentist Dr Nik and dental assistant Dawn were superb, very calm and comforting. Dr Nik explained what he would be doing, provided clear easy instructions for me to follow during the treatment & was regularly reinforcing what to do if I was ever feeling any discomfort to get his attention. Dawn was very attentive and showed immense care, felt like I had been going to the clinic for years despite it being my first visit. I was provided with clear and simple explanations and tips to help keep my teeth in healthy condition by Dr Nik, something I have not experienced at other dental practices. The google reviews was a key reason of me trying this clinic, so great to see that the hype is justified! Thank you to the team at Swish Dental - I would highly recommend to friends & family, especially those who like me tend to avoid the dentist out of fear!
