Fantastic experience: I needed a tooth extraction and chose Pearl Dental Care based on a five stars Google review. I'm so glad I did! The appointment should be in the afternoon but they managed to squeeze me in early in the morning, and Dr. Mansoor Naseem clearly explained each step of the extraction process, what to expect during and after and worth to mentioned that he make sure that we can get most of our health fund extras. They were very efficient, and the extraction was completed quickly and without any issues. The follow-up instructions were also very clear. A fantastic experience from start to finish and special thanx to Ms Hajnalka was messaging me very late at night and making sure that I will be looking after. If you're anxious about dental work, this is the place to go!

From the first conversation I had over the phone, to the end of my treatment session, I can’t fault anything. The attention to customer care and comfort is second to none. The dentist was amazingly patient and explained everything so calmly. I explained that I have an absolute phobia of dentists, and the lovely lady at reception had already passed on that information to him. I feel so bad because I forgot her name. Fantastic experience: My daughter recently had a molar tooth removed by Dr Naseem. The entire experience was highly positive. The clinic was able to give an appointment on short notice, and the removal procedure was also done without any trouble. Dr Naseem and his assistants were very patient and accommodating with my daughter and explained the entire procedure to us beforehand. I definitely recommend this clinic to both parents with young children and to adults alike.

Fantastic experience: Today was the first time attending Pearl Dental for a check up for medical reasons. It was not easy for me due to past experiences and a deep fear but I can assure everyone that I was put at ease when I walked through that door. From the receptionist to the dentist, I felt calm and understood. Based on my experience today, I have no hesitation in recommending Pearl Dental.

Fantastic experience: I recently had to undergo a major operation to extract all 4 wisdom teeth & have a part of my jaw bone shaved off. I was so anxious, upset & embarrased due to this. The majority if not the entire clinic, was super supportive of me. They didn't at all judge my emotions or how I was feeling, their empathetic nature naturally made me ease into the operation. They were all so nice & accommodating. Dr Mansoor, especially noticed my distress & instead of responding the way other typical doctors would respond, he provided me so much empathy & compassion to help me with my nerves. He did a successful surgery that took him 2.5 hours to entirely get rid of my wisdom teeth & shaved off the bone of my jaw. The anaesthetists they picked were so welcoming & warm, it was overall just a very beautiful, accommodating experience. At this point, I wondered if I was at a support community centre or at a dental clinic. I was highly sceptical to stumble across a perfect 5 star rating for a clinic, considering most restaurants/clinics/places etc. can't even get this score. The reviews don't lie, the numbers speak for themselves. This dental clinic is by far the best dental clinic I've ever been to & they've helped me remove the negative stigma that dentistries tend to have. A special thanks to Hajni & the nurse for carrying me out of the clinic. & To the lovely doctor who eased my nerves with talking to me about Invisalign. The time she spent to talk me through it & the reassurance she provided, was super helpful. You all have been amazing & I thoroughly appreciate your support & care for me. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Quick and efficient service. Called in agony, got squeezed in as soon as they could see me. Dr Nova was brilliant. I explained how I am terrified of needles and she helped me through that fear and did what she needed to do… all without letting me see the needle, and I didn’t even feel it when she used it. Fantastic follow up service (received a text 24hrs later asking how I am feeling)… would highly recommend! I would give the staff more than 5 stars if I could. So friendly, caring and understanding!

Fantastic experience: Fastest extraction of a tooth I’ve ever had and this is my 4th. Not in too much pain for a wisdom tooth removal would recommend and price was pretty affordable compared to other places have been before.

It was a wonderful experience from the time we called in to book an appointment, first time registration, consultation and post consultation. Doctor Mansoor was well organised and he goes in detail to explain everything you need to know to make an informed decision. Not only he is good with his technical skills but his social skills are exceptional. My missus was looked after by Dr Nova and she was wonderful. She was calm, friendly and well organised. Both doctors came to the reception to welcome us from the waiting area and also after the session they came with us to the reception to make sure everything okay and to answer any questions we may have before leaving. Not only this is very comforting and also they value who you are. They go extra length to show how important we are to them. Lastly, shout out to the nurses and receptionist. Thanks for the warm welcome and going beyond to make sure our bub is looked after during the time we were with the doctors. Hats off ! Glad we chose you.

Fantastic experience: Made a enquiry for a wisdom tooth causing me pain and they called in less than 5 mins to book an appointment. I have never had such a great experience at a dentist. I was in pain and they took me back to give me pain relief while I was waiting and discussed in depth my options. The following day I was contacted to check how I was going after treatment and advised I was still experiencing pain and they got me back in the same day to check me and provide further pain relief. I have had a great experience with them and would recommend to anyone. Plus is they refer you to get X-rays instead of having to pay unlike other dentist which helps keep costs down. A+ experience. Fantastic experience: Have been going to Pearl Dental Clinic for about 10 years prior to them changing their name to Pearl Dental Clinic. I have found their customer service and dental handling to be excellent. The team goes out of their way to make each visit, pleasant. They also claim your health fund portion for you, so you only pay the difference (if required.)

They got me in as an emergency last week because I was in agonising pain and once there, no more pain. Fantastic experience: My husband has been to many dentists over the years that have left him in pain, pulling out teeth with no explanation or to see what was happening and the last one left him with an infection from his tooth nearly putting him in hospital. We were then referred to Dr Nasseem. From the moment we meet him, he was so kind and caring, so understanding and knowledgeable. He took time out of his busy schedule to fit him in, actually looked at what was wrong and made a plan to fix it. My husband felt no pain throughout any of his appointments and was always taken such good care of. All the staff are amazing! Fantastic experience: Walking down Queen street St marys, time on door dentist was closed, light was on and door unlocked, so in we walked under duress of a persistent wife. Registered there and then and dentist agreed to remove painful teeth and a broken tooth aswell, very relaxing ,very helpful, informative and pleasant staff , dentist was amazing . All going above and beyond expectations of a dental practice. Returning to obtain a better outlook of what is available to myself to regain a confident smile again.

From the time I called, they were able to get me in within twenty-five minutes, and the staff members who treated me were all genuinely wonderful. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience getting all 4 wisdom teeth removed here in one go by Dr Mansoor Naseem, under IV sedation by Dr Darryl Mercieca. The surgery itself was pain free as I was asleep. They have given me free treatment in the past because I cared about appearances and they knew it wouldn't work and was a waste of my money. But they still gave me what I wanted against their better judgement but couldn't bring themselves to charge me because they knew I would be back to fix it up sooner rather than later. Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for a few years now because they make going to the dentist a lovely experience! Heyne in reception is friendly and knowledgeable, and the dentists explain what they are doing thoroughly. They are patient, really great communicators, and clear that "I'm the boss" and can stop at any time if it's uncomfortable. Dr Shabanam did some tricky fillings for me and made my splint. I can see why Dr Naseem is so popular because he is gentle and funny, and today I saw Dr Nova who is professional and radiates positivity. Dr. Naseem explained the procedure clearly beforehand, and I appreciate his gentle touch. Fantastic experience: I can not believe how amazing this dental clinic is!!! Everyone goes above and beyond, they are all kind and wonderful. Everyone there are warm and welcoming, I had a wisdom tooth out on Friday and let me tell you it was so weird walking into a dental clinic where everyone loves their jobs! I told everyone about it and I recommended them to everyone. I also booked an appointment in 2 weeks, to get more work done on my teeth normally you walk in walk out and never come back but that's definitely not the case here Thank you so much everyone!!!! Fantastic experience: I had the best experience ever today with getting a tooth extraction done receptionist were absolutely the best and made you feel so welcomed and comfortable. It doesn’t stop their the dentist I had today who was Dr Mansoor Naseem was absolutely amazing!! and did a fantastic job with taking out my tooth today!! Felt no pain at all and Mind you I haven’t been to the dentist in 11 years and my anxiety levels were going off but my dentist made my feel super relaxed and calm! I love looking up at the fishes as well I had the best experience ever and for someone who struggles with dental anxiety I can honestly say that I can’t wait to go back again in 2 weeks for my clean and check up everyone here is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone they explain everything so you understand and they don’t rush or force you to do anything your not comfortable with which is what I absolutely appreciated my sister also goes here too and we both love Dr Mansoor Naseem as our dentist see use in 2 weeks best dental place ever!!! thank you again Pearl Dental Care use are the best dentist ever 10/10

Fantastic experience: I have bad anxiety but Dr Naseem was patient & helpful. The large TV screen on ceiling is a great visual distraction. I watched fish and turtles swimming in the water . So calming while 2 teeth extracted ,1 a wisdom. He is so accommodating offering to switch different channels .I thought to have gas to relax myself. I didn't need it !

The initial consultation, 5+3 hr long artistic procedure spread across two days, nitrous oxide sedation to relieve my anxiety, follow up calls to check my well being and the perfectly crafted smile all done with utmost care and professionalism.
