Fantastic experience: I have been coming along to see this team for a few years now, I do not trust any others with my teeth after some horrid experiences. I take all my family there and highly recommend their team. Being kind, gentle and high quality care.

Fantastic experience: My son(5yrs of age) was really scared with Happy Gas mask. Dr.G , Dr.Amaan n dental assistant Vaidehi were really patience with him, encouraged him n we got success.. Dr.Elnaz is really good with kids as well..

Negative experience: [11th Sept 23] I got email from HCSCC representative that after writing to Windsor garden dental to mediate and resolve the issue. Windsor garden declined the participation due to "exhaustive efforts and time" they have spent in resolving issue. However, I have only got one call that lasted 4 Minutes to resolve the issue on which they offered me to "refund all my out-of-pocket expense". What world are we leaving in? 4 minutes is considered as exhaustive efforts and time after leaving a patient with an active infection post wisdom teeth extraction process and cancelling a scheduled appointment (not rescheduling). Very unprofessional. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [7th March 23, 15:20] I have escalated to Bupa with the emails exchanged. Also have registered a complaint to HCSCC. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [7th March 23, 15:15]I have received response at 8:52 AM after posting the email in google review. However not a single question\concern I have raised is answered, instead I just got a brief statement of what they have done from the beginning. (LOL, as If I don't know!) Hence, I replied back at 9:01 AM to answer\clarify the question\concerns to the clinic. At 11:56 AM, I received a blunt call from reception informing they are not answering to my email anymore. (Of course you wouldn't)! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [6th March 23]I wrote this email on 1st of March and Spoke to Dr Malik. However, I have not received any response from clinic after following up a number of times. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Windsor Garden Dental Team, I am writing this email to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the dental services that I received at your clinic. In My recent wisdom teeth removal process I feel that the services I received in the last 4 weeks were not upto the standard and as a result of that I have been on the receiving end with continuous pain and infection. Firstly, during the tooth extraction a root chip was broken inside and left inside: I was told that the body will consume the broken root itself. Please help me understand how the body consumes the root itself with medical reference. Secondly, on 22nd Feb, when I called to inform that the Antibiotics prescribed to me on my last visit (17/02/2023) had finished but the infection was intact. The clinic responded by a) referring to a specialist (Dr Justin Collum) b) cancelled my scheduled appointment with the Dentist at clinic c) recommending to me doing saltwater gargling to cope up with active infection in wisdom tooth extraction area. Please explain how saltwater gargling is effective in controlling OR preventing the infection if not fighting the infection. I feel that I was left "high and dry" with an active infection without any help. I felt that the clinic could have helped me with cleaning the area (at least) and\or further prescription of antibiotics to control the spread of infection till I received specialist care. I understand the specialist's appointments are out of your control however, please explain, whose responsibility it was to provide medical help till I receive specialist treatment. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that I received at your clinic. As a patient and a Bupa member, I expect to receive quality care. I am motivated to bring this to Bupa and HCSCC attention with your response(s).

Fantastic experience: I had four fillings last week done by Dr G and a scale and clean the week before and was very happy with the results and service i experienced. I hate the dentist as I’ve had previous bad experiences and my jaw gets tired but Dr G was great and Made sure I had plenty of breaks. The staff (receptionists, dental hygienists) were fantastic. Medibank covered a good portion of the fee which was great. Nadine and Presley were very helpful and friendly :) Will definitely be back

Negative experience: Wanted to charge $300 or something rather for a free consult and also had the receptionist look me up and down with an evil look towards me when I refused to pay. Other dentist offer this consult for free to help out with the costs. Extremely u comfortable and I will be taking my money elsewhere for dental work and cost procedures.

Fantastic experience: Wow, Dr G has totally transformed not only the health of my teeth, but helped me move past my debilitating fear of the dentist. I was absolutely petrified of the dentist and avoided it for far too many years... Which lead to chaos for the condition of my teeth. As a result I have needed over ten fillings, over four sessions. I am two in and two more to go. Having known of my sever fear, she has helped me with both her kindness and thorough knowledge of dentistry... The fact that she has gas available too has also been a game changer. Dr G is hands down the most incredible dentist I've had look after my teeth. I can't thank her enough, and the staff are all absolutely lovely too. Modern and clean clinic, great parking and convenient location 10/10 RECOMMEND!

Negative experience: Ridiculous service. Will never recommend to anyone. Luring clients with free dental check up with Facebook advertisement. Booked appointment months ago. Got late 10 mins due to traffic in the evening. On reaching at clinic were told by reception staff check up will not be done. As Doctor has to see another patient. Making money and over booking not even leaving 10 min break between 2 appointments. Came all the way from Noarlunga waste of time, petrol but saved getting robbed by ridiculous service

Positive experience: Dr G is a great dentist who puts your comfort first. However, I called to rebook an appointment as I woke up sick and was warned if I had to cancel/reschedule again, I would incur a fee. To me, this is a bit strange, as it is incentivising coming into a medical practice while contagious. Hence I will be changing practice, unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: Have been going for checkups and minor dental for a few years now and the staff are very friendly and the facilities immaculate. Recently had to get some quite significant restorative work done and I couldn't be happier with Dr. Malik's work. His treatment plan was very comprehensive and he worked with me to come up with something that was both within my budget and aligned to my health priorities. Dr Malik was very friendly and knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions and explain things as he went. He kept a high quality of care and attention to detail through several intensive 4 hours blocks, and I am very happy with the result. Thanks to Dr Malik and the team for their awesome work! PS. Special mention to the little dentistry-related shorts that run in the waiting room. They are all bespoke (!) and have a quirky charm to them that I quite enjoy.

Negative experience: Always made sure I have to cash out money even I already have Private Health coverage, never discuss to you charges beforehand. then they will advise you that it was a mistake and negotiate the price when you dispute. This happen to me every visit. This means this standard procedure.

Negative experience: I have been a client for 4 years, but recently have had unprofessional experiences with the practice manager/ receptionist, "the one with tattoos”. She quickly told me to go to a different practice. She has poor customer service! And is extremely rude. Thank you Dr Malik and Dr G, for looking after my teeth, however your practice would feel better, with a more professional receptionist/ practice manager. I will be moving to a different practice.

Fantastic experience: Professional, prompt and best dental experience ever. Dr G is amazing. She fitted me in for an emergency appointment when my usual dentist couldn’t. Very thorough - explains everything and has very calm approach. All follow up appointments have been the same enjoyable experience. Hygienists are amazing and there is no gap payment for clean and check with my health insurance. Always easy to fit in for appointments - no ridiculous wait times. Reception staff friendly and helpful (doing quotes, future bookings etc). Won’t be going back to my old dentist and recommend you try here.

Fantastic experience: Windsor Gardens Dental is a lovely looking clinic. For my first appointment with them, the dentist was lovely and thoroughly explained what happened to my teeth, and what steps to take to healing and repairing my teeth.

Negative experience: Did not help the issue at all. Extreme pain in my lower jaw. First dentist tells me she believes the existing filling is loose and causing pain as it presses on the nerve beneath. Had to return two hours later for the appointment to hopefully rectify as she had no time (no problem). Returned to see different dentist he seemed to be on the same page but then does a filling in front part of the tooth and leaves the back (loose part) .... Ok perhaps I understood first dentist incorrectly... Nope the pain is exactly the same and clearly the first dentist was correct. Second dentist reasoning was the main nerve is close to the filling so didn't want to attempt it ... Well that doesn't help me much. $140 excess later and exactly how it was before

Fantastic experience: Visited today for a clean and the dentists here are very knowledgeable and truthful. 5 stars! Will be back for sure.

Negative experience: Went with this place coz I live close by. $250 for the new patient package (cleaning, check up, X-ray etc). Fair enough. Got seen about 20 mins late from my initial appointment, I reckon she tried to sell me something the moment I got on the chair, cleaning probably took no longer than 15 mins. I was in and out for no more than 30 mins. I reckon the dentist spent more time trying to sell me a more expensive service than actually giving me a straight assessment about my teeth. I won’t go into all of the situations but this is an example of one; there were a couple in this half hour ordeal. Had a tooth which I was expecting to need a filling for and she agreed. It’ll be $340. I go, cool let’s do it. When she saw that I agreed all too quickly, she changed to we “probably” need to do a root canal treatment instead for $1500-$1600. I go huh? That’s when I stopped listening. Anyways, from a salesperson, you need to give your dentists better sales training for future potential punters to bite

Fantastic experience: I have delayed seeing a dentist for so long due to fear. But finally decided to go to windsor gardens dental and let me tell you. BEST experience i have ever had.
