Dr Mark is gentle, patient and explains everything in advance. It was such a positive experience that I went back for a full checkup, and am about to go get some more slightly chipped teeth fixed. Shout-out to your receptionist / nurse who checks how much everything will cost before making the appointment and who is another calm and kind presence in the consulting room :)

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend. It is clean and hygienic, and the dentist and dental assistant's service and attitude are outstanding. There are big 2P parking spaces nearby and close to bus stops on both sides. First visited here to fix my broken front tooth with Dr Mark - and it was fixed beautifully at a reasonable price. Considering that it was an emergency, the staff was quite accommodating and helpful. I went back again with a full check-up and deep cleaning and had the best outcome - the process was very smooth with given details along the process; hence it relaxed my nerve.

The team at Doncaster Hill Dental are very professional, but also very friendly and a wonderful bunch of people. I've been seeing Dr Lavonne Kong almost exclusively, and she is gentle, thorough and communicates all aspects of dental care very well. I recently visited Dr Mark Nguyen for two wisdom teeth extraction. Dr Mark was very professional, ensured I had an initial consultation to inspect my mouth, and make sure we had a clear plan for the scheduled extraction day. Everything went smoothly, no pain during the procedure, and he is a very skilled dentist and knew exactly how to remove the teeth in the most efficient and safe way. During the consultation he explained very clearly and thoroughly risks, aspects of pre and post procedure that I needed to be aware of, and put my mind at ease right away, as I was a little nervous seeing a new dentist for the first time. My recovery was flawless, and I'm booked in to see Dr Mark for my twice-yearly check-up and clean. The practice manager Oliver Thitiserani is always a pleasure to speak to, and ensures claim and payment aspects are looked after and he always asks if we have any questions and provides advice when we seek it. Overall, I have no hesitation to highly recommend Doncaster Hill Dental and have much praise for all the staff that work there.

Fantastic experience: I was expecting tears and lots of pain before the visit as one of my teeth broke down during Sat brunch (eating bacon! ) Dr. Mark & Bino made me felt very comfortable during the operation. Dr. Mark would always tell me during the session what to expect e.g. "lots of water" & "drilling" etc which worked well and lowered my stress. He also took the time to explain things and made sure that I understood all risks of different treatment options which I think is very responsible and professional. Dr. Mark is a very skilled dentist that i can relate to and trust. Bino has been fantastic too. He called me and messaged me before all my appointments so that I can prioritize my health in front of my work! He made my dental operations much more pleasant by constantly removing water and remind me when to take a break! His attention to detail is much appreciated. Thank you for saving my teeth!

Fantastic experience: Rang for emergency appointment after 4pm today, got an appointment within an hour as they squeezed me in as I was in so much pain. I was so afraid of dentist and needle, but there was no pain even with the needle, I didn’t even realise the needle was done until it’s done. Thank you for getting me out of pain and I can finally touch the tooth without having pain. The whole emergency root canal treatment was no pain at all.
