Fantastic experience: Brought wife for wisdom tooth removal and Dr Ewan explained everything very well so we would fully understand the procedure and risks.. She was in pain due to the wisdom tooth and they were able to do in on the same day gave us a very reasonable price as well. Provided ice packs, tooth brush, gauze afterwards for aftercare as well Thank you!

The staff and the space are friendly and welcoming. There is also multiple parking options available if you are driving, and it is only a short walk from Blacktown Station.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Elevate Dental for my clear aligner treatment for just over 1 year now. My experience has been nothing short of amazing and everything has been very smooth. Dr. Carl and his team are great at what they do, and I've been very happy with how my treatment has went. The price is also fair, especially compared to other clinics in Sydney. I also had to have my wisdom teeth taken out part way into my treatment, which was worrying. However, Dr. Berwyn removed all 4 of them in less than 15 minutes. The process was quick and simple. I highly recommend Elevate Dental for any braces, clear aligners and teeth removal related issues.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dania Ahmed was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained everything and filling process for my broken filling went very well. Was able to get a booking on Saturday in a couple of hours after my filling came off

Negative experience: While my experience with the dentist I saw was pleasant and I intended on this practice becoming my regular dentist I can no longer say I would return. Reception is extremely rude and condescending to deal with. I found them aloof during my visit, which I could handle, however, it’s their unprofessional phone manner that was the nail in the coffin. I re-booked an appointment after my first visit, and I received a confirmation text 48 hours before the appointment (during the work day) to confirm. I was unable to call due to the nature of my job but phoned first thing the following day. The receptionist started to give me attitude about how much notice I was giving and said to give more than 24 hours notice, I explained I only received the text yesterday and was calling first thing, also I was cancelling with more than the 24 hours requested. That’s when she started berating me saying I received an email about the appointment 7 days ago. I received no such email otherwise I would’ve called sooner (last e-mail from them was months ago to confirm my first visit). She doubled down and started going on about this nonexistent email… at that point, I said there was no need to be rude and ended the call. Coming from an appointment-oriented industry I understand the frustration of cancellations but I would never treat a client/patient like that over the phone. I would suggest training the front of house in appropriate phone manner and tact to ensure they represent your brand in an appropriate manner.

My friend has also nearly finished her Invisalign treatment with Dr Carl and the results are fantastic! The payment plans they offer are very convenient. Fantastic experience: I came here to get my braces done and just recently got them taken off. Not only did they do an awesome job but the whole journey was great! Over the course of the past year and a half they did a fantastic job repositioning my teeth, informing me each time what the wires and elastics were for so I could follow along with the steps that were being taken and feel involved with the process which they made super smooth! They made the journey very straight forward and easy to follow and were also great when it came to scheduling appointments and fitting to my availability. All the dentists, assistants and receptionists are kind, very friendly and understanding which made the whole thing very easy and unstressed. There is always a stigma around dentists that makes them seem scary or uncomfortable, but elevate dental genuinely made me enjoy coming in for each appointment. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Berwyn yesterday. The whole appointment from start to finish was seamless. I was impressed by how well the receptionist, Marcia listened to my situation and fitted me in to an appointment with the most appropriate dentist. When I had my appointment, Dr Berwyn explained the procedure, costs and everything in between. On the same day, he removed my wisdom tooth. During this he ensured my mouth was completely numb. He explained each step and told me what to expect during each part of the procedure. It was a slightly complicated tooth and I was very nervous but he continuously check up on me to see if I was okay during. I would highly recommend this dentist. I called MANY dentists in the area and the service here is by far the best. Very grateful for my experience here after having wisdom tooth pain for far too long. I couldn’t believe the whole appointment took 20 minutes and the actual extraction took less than 10 minutes!
