Positive experience: - Miscommunications between reception staff members and to patients which resulted in misunderstanding in appointment fee and time. - Clinic fitout looks a bit old however examination was clean and tidy. - Good doctors - helpful and friendly. - Waiting time is not too long.

Negative experience: Dr Lidija Coha made me very uncomfortable. If you are trans (ftm specifically) I wouldn't recommend going to her. She was very unprofessional and commented on my chest. This was not relevant to what I needed, I came in because I was sick and needing antibiotics for a bad cold.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Carolyn is great; very thorough and experienced in general medicine. Reception staff was also very professional. Waiting time was minimal for a pre-booked standard consultation. Reasonable price for a private billing practice. Would come again.

Negative experience: I had an appointment with one of their GPs nearly a month ago, and I’ve been chasing them for an update on my lab results ever since. They’ve completely ignored me or kept delaying my requests. I’m dealing with a high-risk pregnancy (had miscarriage before), and I saw their GP for initial tests before transferring to a specialist. But now, they're holding my results hostage for no reason. I specifically asked them to email the results since I’m switching doctors, and guess what? They’ve completely ignored that request too. It’s obvious they don’t care about patients at all—they just want to get paid for every visit and couldn't care less about anything else.

Negative experience: I was contacted first thing in the morning to pay a deposit for an appointment I had already been booked in for later that day. I found this very unprofessional, though the manager eventually apologized for the ordeal following a very bizarre conversation with reception. This was some time ago but the situation never sat right with me. Both doctors I was seeing, Dr. Mavis Vaz and Dr. Leon Toh, have left the practice. While it’s disappointing to lose access to good doctors, I genuinely hope they are doing well, whatever their reasons for leaving. I've decided to change practices and go with a GP at another clinic. I believe this will be better suited to my needs.

Negative experience: Era Health should communicate on their booking page the limitations of their services. Clients should be seen by a GP first to have any pre scans bulk billed before. I’ve just paid for a podiatry visit only to be told to go to a GP first for an ultrasound. Waste of two gap payments. To note: the doctor was very nice but it didn’t save me the $120 fee for a 4min consult. #wasteOfMoney

While the doctor was good, the front desk staff did not acknowledge the inconvenience I encountered. Fantastic experience: Today I visited this clinic for the first time. Everyone was very helpful. I had a mild health issue and visited just incase. My doctor made a thorough explanation of my problem. She even printed and provided some facts sheet to give more insight about my condition. I’m really happy with the service and care that I’ve received. I’ll most likely to visit there again, hopefully not sometime soon , but I can definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Paid $55 for 10 seconds one sentence “ALL GOOD” that they could just send message. I can’t believe i paid “surgery consultants” even i don’t need any surgery!

Negative experience: I had to paid 90 $ for less then 10 sec appointment. The gp told me to come back in two weeks if my ankle was still painful. I think they don’t care and she was here only for business.

Fantastic experience: I recently attended the Melbourne CBD based clinic as a requirement for a job medical. The practice was easy to find and the consultation and treatment rooms were nice and fit for purpose. The staff were courteous and professional and made me welcome and feel at ease during the 3 hours I was there.

Fantastic experience: Have seen Dr Mavis Vaz twice now for my almost 1 year old, and been exceptionally happy. Will likely make this my regular gp, as ours is semi retiring and we haven't been happy with the replacement. Dr Vaz seems very knowledgeable, has a warm bedside manner, is thorough yet straight to the point.

Positive experience: I booked an appointment for a dive medical. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the clinic. Emily and Gayani were very friendly (patient-centred care). The doctor was excellent. However, I was a bit disappointed with the miscommunication that happened with the receptionist about the appointment fees. I understand it is quite common and natural because of the fast-paced environment, but I would suggest working on this to improve the patient experience.

Negative experience: Abrupt receptionist who asked me to hold on the line for 5 minutes. Assumed line dropped as there was no feedback hence recalled and was told off to wait again. Customer service could be better.

However, I would not recommend to come here if you have another option - the receptionist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. In any health care establishment is it never acceptable to speak to a patient in such a disrespectful and condescending manner. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: I went to Era Health for Dr Mavis and this was a great experience for honesty But i need a physiotherapist so i book with Ann and that was much worst i paid $119 for nothing She told the pain i have is because one leg is shorter than the other one and after going for two physiotherapist they told me what I have is patellofermoral !!!!! I asked her if I can do any exercises and her answer is No She wrote me that I need dry needling and ultrasound… Another thing I asked her to wrote for me a letter for my insurance company and she lets the receptionist charge me $25 extra for a lettttttter that should be given because am already paid $119. After an argument she refunded the $25 which is she must do . It’s literally dose not make sense for paying an wxtra amount for a letter when you already pay $119 which was for nothing The problem is not about the $25 is about paying $119 for a waste of time and wrong consult!!! 2 physiotherapist where shocked after I showed them what have been written for me Soo to be honest ( Dr mavis & phlebotomist ) more than great But from my point of view Ann she is just want to make me a regular visitor to the clinic !!!! She make me depressed like am having a chronic pain and not able to do any workout whereas The other two told me the opposite literally
