Throughout the years, Malcolm has consistently delivered exceptional care, always going above and beyond to provide a professional, friendly, and reassuring service. Highly knowlegeable with some of the latest technology and equipment. He’s incredibly patient with the children, making each visit a positive experience — which is no easy task! Whether you're looking for a dentist for yourself or your whole family, I couldn’t recommend Malcolm and Face Value highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Face Value Dental - especially Dewi Naibaho and Dr Ben Gooden. Dewi is, without a doubt, the best hygienist I’ve ever seen. Her attention to detail, gentle approach, and genuine care make every visit feel more like a wellness experience than a dental check-up. It’s rare to actually look forward to a clean, but Dewi somehow makes that happen. Dr Ben is equally fantastic. He recently removed my two impacted wisdom teeth with absolute professionalism and skill. What could have been a daunting experience was smooth, comfortable, and handled with care from start to finish. I won’t go anywhere else. Dewi and Ben are my go-to team for anything dental. Thank you both for setting the bar so high.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with my dentist Mingi Jang during my recent visits for scaling and getting retainers. He was incredibly kind, gentle, and really took the time to listen to all my concerns. I felt very comfortable and well cared for throughout the entire process. The scaling was thorough but painless, and the retainers fit perfectly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I have been a patient at this dental practice since 2019. My family of 5 have been seeing the same dentist and very happy with him. However in the past year I have been very disappointed by the constant rescheduling of appointments. Getting calls to move my appointments to another month, then once it’s about time for my rescheduled appointment I get another call to reschedule once again. Or going to an appointment to find out I have not been advised of my dentist being away so having to see another dentist. This has now happened on numerous occasions causing me to miss out on a full year worth of unused major dental while paying for a private health extras cover! My emails mostly don’t receive response and if I’m chasing something up from reception, for example an invoice it’s an endless dragging of “my colleague is at lunch, will give you a call in an hour” no call for hours, then when I call again “my manager said so and so but now she went home and you have to wait until she comes back next week”… Hopeless! Not sure what has changed and if this is happening to me only but it is very inconvenient and needs to be addressed. Bureaucracy wise it’s worse than dealing with Medicare ‍♀️

Positive experience: I had a very pleasant visit at the clinic. Everyone is nice and friendly. They explained everything that needs to be done too. I felt I was in good hands.

Negative experience: Left my original 5 star review below. Been coming here for years, always see the same hygienist and dentist. It's becoming hard to book them so I book months in advanced. Lately I'm tired of the rescheduling and the sorry it is out of our control. You know what, I will just go and find another dental practice. ----------------- Lisa is the best hygienist I've seen. She's so friendly and gentle yet very thorough at the same time. She's a stark contrast from some of the scary hygienists I've see throughout the years at other practices. They were so scary I felt like I would walk out with a ripped joker mouth.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience with Dr Oliver at Face Value. I have very sensitive teeth so am usually quite anxious and nervous when visiting the dentist, but Dr Oliver was so gentle and patient with me and I barely felt a thing! He was very thorough and I was impressed with the technology. It was the most positive, calm experience and Dr Oliver was very caring and listened to all my concerns. Already booked my next 6 month review in with Dr Oliver again.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended by a friend to see Dr. Oliver Ceranic and cannot speak highly enough of the experience. So professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach that made me completely at ease in what is normally very stressful for me. He made a clear treatment plan for fillings I required and I am very happy with the results. I look forward to seeing Dr. Ceranic again in the future!

Positive experience: EXCELLENT service from this BUPA recommended Dentist. Attention is paid to every small detail, plus they have the latest, innovative equipment with prompt, efficient service from all staff. Nothing is too hard and the Dentist will explain everything to you, step by step as you go. Negative experience: In search for a trustworthy dentist I found this place after a few recommendations online. Had my teeth looked at for an affordable price which seemed great at the time. During that time I saw Oliver whom did some fillings and recommended a tooth pull for one that he said there was no way of saving. After hesitation about losing a tooth I went to another dentist for a second opinion and what do you know, they said it could easily be saved with a filling.....I saved a lot of money and my own tooth with my decision. Besides that my two fillings that was done by Oliver have been giving me A LOT of pain since, even when I've looked after them well and can feel sharp parts on both fillings...doesn't seem like they've been done correctly. I absolutely will not be going back regardless of how "nice" these people seem. One more side note. After being told the certain price of the procedure. I came to the reception whom gave me a different high price until I corrected her what I was quoted. I've been ripped off and misleaded and possibly have to get my fillings redone.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a crown replacement with Dr. Oliver Ceranic, and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Dr. Ceranic took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure during our initial consultation, addressing all my questions with patience and care. The friendly staff made me feel welcomed and at ease. The procedure itself was smooth and painless, showcasing Dr. Ceranic's exceptional skill and attention to detail. The result is a perfectly fitting, natural-looking crown that I couldn't be happier with. His commitment to patient care continued after the procedure, with clear follow-up instructions and open communication. I highly recommend Dr. Ceranic for anyone in need of dental work.

Fantastic experience: Had three of my wisdom teeth removed recently here and I cannot recommend Dr Ben enough. You can be confident that you're in good hands with him. He's very knowledgeable and really makes sure that you're as comfortable as possible by talking to you through the entire process so that there aren't any unexpected surprises (which really helps with any anxiety). His experience shows through during the entire process. The removal of all three wisdom teeth took approx 30mins and it only took 1 week before I was back to normal. Someone from the team also calls up to check on you the next day. It really felt like I was cared for by the practice!

Negative experience: I had pinhole gum recession surgery at this practice and did not get the result I hoped for. However, I knew the risks and the poor result is not the reason for the poor rating. I was quoted an amount which included all post op. But after the surgery the amount was 750 dollars higher than what I was quoted. I complained and the dentist reduced this by around 200 dollars. I didn't receive an explanation as to why there was a difference (no complications) and how it was possible to just reduce it like that. Seemed highly unprofessional. I reconfirmed that all post op was included, only for the dentist to bill me for the final post op appointment, which I refused to pay and it was written off. I was scheduled to have the surgery again (and a redo) but cancelled as I cannot trust the quoting of this practice. The quote I received for the planned second surgery even listed the wrong teeth numbers completely. The lack of attention to detail and quoting is just a complete shambles and feels highly unprofessional. I'd like this surgery to investigate the first quote/payment and actually explain why I was charged more. But I won't hold my breath as I'm sure I'd be due a refund of some sort if they really looked at it.

I have been a patient of Ben’s for many years now and as a health professional myself, I would never go elsewhere. From the original consultation I felt comfortable. Ben speaks you through everything he is doing to keep you at ease throughout the appointment - a real point of difference to other dentists I have visited previously. Negative experience: They cancelled my appointment for not confirming. I made the appointment the night before and received no communication about needing to confirm. I got one phone call less than two hours before which I couldn't respond to as I was in a meeting.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had a tooth extraction appointment with Dr. Ben. The procedure was handled with the utmost professionalism and care, making the experience much more comfortable than I had anticipated. Dr. Ben's exceptional communication skills and attention to detail were truly commendable. He took the time to explain each step of the procedure made the extraction process smooth and pain-free. The dental assistant Avni was incredibly kind and attentive, providing constant support throughout the appointment. I highly recommend Dr Ben.

Fantastic experience: First dental experience since moving to Australia form the UK. I was very conscious as to who to go to but I’m so pleased I came here. Dr Ceranic gave a full rundown of what was going on, comprehensive, knowledgeable, clearly excellent at what he does. One of the best dental experiences I have had. Couldn’t recommend enough. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dentists I've been too. Have had wisdom teeth extracted (local anaesthetic) and fillings done here and each time has been a pain free and almost pleasant experience.

Negative experience: Shocking and unprofessional. Having had Dr Kelly refer my son to a dental surgeon to have a tooth removed that was obstructing the growth of another tooth. In his referral he recommended that once the tooth was exposed to have a single bracket attached secured to adjacent teeth to guide its growth. This was a plan that was endorsed by the dental surgeon. Having had the obstructing tooth removed and the tooth exposed, Dr Kelly decided to do nothing to assist the growth of the tooth. Several months later he is advocating braces for his entire mouth. My wife, concerned about the cost, asked him for a quote on several occasions and received no response from Dr Kelly. We decided to revisit the dental surgeon, who once again advocated attaching a bracket and securing it to adjacent teeth, not braces. So we now need to incur the additional cost of having to have the surgeon re-expose the tooth again and add trauma to which my son will be subjected. I am just astonished at the lack of professionalism demonstrated.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist I have ever been to! I had not been to a dentist in quite some time then Dr Ollie was able to give me a great clean and slot me in for the easiest filling of my life! Not to mention the incredible reception staff. Both times I was greeted by the beautiful Sammy on the front desk, she has the most comforting, bright smile to warm you into the place. Dr Ollie both times was quick, professional and lovely to deal with! See you in a few months for a check up! Thanks Face Value Team!

Fantastic experience: I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Gooden and opted for full IV sedation administered by Dr. Cordery. I was very anxious coming into this procedure but both Doctors and all staff were great and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I felt well taken care of, the procedure went smoothly and as well as I could have ever hoped for and all the nurses and staff were lovely. Big thanks to all of the team!

Fantastic experience: I can't praise Dr. Duff and the team at Face Value Dental enough. After a terrible experience with another dentist who did my upper and lower veneers, I decided to visit Face Value Dental. Their state-of-the-art technology is impressive and far superior to what the previous dentist had used. The outcome of my new veneers was beyond my expectations, and the entire process was great. I even had the opportunity to meet Devin, the skilled dental technician who crafted the veneers multiples times throughout the process to give my input and discuss my ideal looking veneers. Despite my dental anxiety, I felt relaxed and comfortable during the lengthy procedures. Moreover, the cost was very reasonable compared to other dentists. Thank you, Dr. Duff, Brena and the team for everything!

Fantastic experience: Genuinely the best dental experience I've ever had! I, like most other people, hate going to the dentist but Dr. Oli has definitely changed my perspective on this. I felt no pain, no discomfort and no confusion about what was going on. He took the time to explain each step and even spent an extra 15 minutes or so just making sure that the aesthetic had actually taken full effect before continuing. I've been moving for the last 2 weeks so I haven't had time to write this review but still wanted to make sure Dr. Oli got the recognition he deserved. The rest of the team that I dealt with at the front counter were equally professional and friendly. This practice is slightly hidden away so you wouldn't even know they were there, but once you go, you'll be glad you made the effort. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been to this clinic twice and always had an excellent service. I had to go today for a broken tooth and Malcom did an amazing job. He was very sweet and kind with me which I really appreciated as I was quite nervous. The price was very fair and the service was immaculate. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentistry I’ve ever been too. They assess correctly and work on a plan to fix the problem. They are also mindful of pain levels and instead of suggesting we do all my work at once we planned out doing it over a few weeks (same cost as doing it at once). Dr Ollie is incredible & understanding if you haven’t kept up with your teeth care & just gives helpful ways to do better in the future. If you’re scared about going to the dentist these guys are the best because they treat you like a best friend would.

I was back for a new Crown treatment this week and expected to be back for the temporary removal and crown install. Face Value created my crown and installed in the same appointment. Fantastic caring service and without hesitation highly recommend this incredible practice. Thank you very much for caring for me.

Fantastic experience: I have avoided going to the dentist for a while, as a result I need a fair bit of work doing. After having horrific pain, followed by COVID, a sinus infection and my original dentist cancelling I was referred to Dr Ben Gooden. He put me at ease, talked me through everything and was open and honest. I never thought I would thank a dentist but I did, I am now staying with him for my full dental plan. Thanks Dr Gooden, you are dentist legend. Dental nurse and reception staff were equally as good too x

Fantastic experience: Dr Ben is great! It was my first visit yesterday for a wisdom tooth issue , and the tooth ended up needing to come out. Dr Ben was very reassuring, and kept me very calm during the whole procedure. He explained everything that he was about to do so I wouldn't get any frights and knew what to expect before it happened. Reception staff were also all extremely lovely and accommodating. Affordable as well! Will absolutely be making Face Value my regular dental clinic from now on. Thanks guys :D

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Ben after booking a In an emergency appointment to replace a crown I had broken the same day. Usually I am not late for anything, however I was 20 minutes late for this appointment and arrived not knowing if I had ruined my chances of having the full planned treatment within the afternoon, as the receptionist had told me was possible on the phone. Dr Ben was flawless in his bed side manner talking me through what he was doing as he examined me which I appreciate, he very quickly assessed what my options were before we came to a quick agreement. He identified a likely reason why my crown (done elsewhere) had failed after only 5 years. I was able to come back an hour later to have my new crown fitted and it looks and feels perfect. In addition to this, I have found the hygienist at Face Value to give the most amazing scale and cleans, the last time I had one people were asking me if I had recently had my teeth whitened which has never happened before. Definitely a more thorough job than I've been used to.

Fantastic experience: I can't begin to say how happy I am with Face Value Dental. Visiting the dentist can be stressful, but the team made me feel at ease. Upon arrival the front desk team were friendly and courteous, providing me with forms to fill out as I was a new patient. Dr Ben was not just on time but early. Both Dr Ben and the lovely Dr Nat were amazing from outset making sure I was comfortable, and providing in-depth information about my teeth and oral health. I have visited few dentists that have provided this level of service and care. I will be continuing to visit Face Value Dental. Many thanks again to Dr Ben and the team.

Negative experience: This review refers to my last and final check up and clean at this dental practice. I am totally dissatisfied with their treatment and prices. What is it with dentists when you make an appointment, turn up on time and have to wait 15 mins whilst in your lunch break. The young receptionist working on Friday 24 June 2022 (lunch time) was quite frankly very rude and asked me to update my patient details and also put on a mask (when I was the only person in the waiting room). Her manner wasn't customer friendly at all. I was taken into the room for my check up and clean 15 mins late to my scheduled appointment time. All over in 15 mins - not a good clean at all in comparison to Hygienist appointments over previous years which would take 45 mins and not cost as quite as much. I was given a quote for a very tiny composite filling at $188 that they said they would like to do. Second opinion said it didn't. I have decided to walk away from Face Value Dental after 3.5 years and have found a lovely friendlier dental practice locally that care about their patients, their needs and at a fraction of the price. Face Value Dental you really do need to up your game as the competition out there is fierce.

Positive experience: In general, their service is good, but there was an Asian lady doctor, who did a gap free clean in my last visit and she did a very poor job.

Negative experience: Very poor. I paid $128 for a consultation which was over in less than 20 minutes and advised that if I needed extra sessions for more answers or work. I called back with a question about what I’d been told later that day and was told I’d need to come in and have further consultations. Complete rip off with zero customer care!

Fantastic experience: Normally my appointment with Dr.Judy Lee. She is the best dentist in Brisbane I ever experienced. I took my wisdom teeth with her as well and it's not painful at all. I had a swollen and sore gum this time but Judy in permanent leave so I have to book with other doctor. I only tried to solve my gum problem asap so I have appointment with Dr.Zach Mathew. I have to be honest my experience with him is the worst. He didn't solve my gum problem. Only told me that have I to brush my teeth, use floss and mouth wash which is I did everyday. My gum have issue even when I did that everyday, it's the reason why I come to dentish. He said i just need a clean, so i let him do it. During the clean he poke to my gum few time and his assistant poke to by throat once :))) i sit very stable and do whatever he said and he still poke me, quite painful experience. This 5 stars review is for Judy Lee and I hope she will be back soon. Otherwise, I probably have to find somewhere else to deal with my dental problem :))

Negative experience: I booked a 30-min consultation appointment with Dr. Zach Mathew at Helensvale practice. Having my own X-Ray in hand, I showed him the x-ray and within a minute he said the only way to save the tooth is extracting it. Alright, let's take this as your expert comment, now I can ask my questions for the rest of the time that I booked and paid for. But his response to my first question was "either you don't understand what I said or you want to push me to do what you want" !!! Dr. Zach unfortunately you are the one who don't understand that a patient is entitled to ask questions, gets information and shares concerns with you as you already charged for 30 minutes not 2 minutes. I was charged ~$90 for 2 minutes and after seeing his inappropriate approach preferred to leave the practice. The receptionist was helpful and welcoming though.

Fantastic experience: I'm an incredibly anxious patient bc i come from a country where dentists don't care for anything else but getting it done and getting paid. so my experience here was like a completely different world. dr ben gooden was both professional and friendly, discussed my concerns (wisdom tooth) without making me feel stupid and offered 3 different solutions to my problem since he knew that I'm a student and my budget is limited. i will need to get a filling done soon so I'll definitely be going back, it's worth the money and not being stressed

Fantastic experience: I have to give 5 stars to dr Ben I saw today. He was extremely knowledgeable and experienced with great technical skills as well as amazing comunication skills with patients. He knows what he is doing and he does is great. I found my new dentist today. Highly recommend him. Receptionists were friendly as well and the lady who did my cleaning was also amazing. Giving 5 stars to this practice!

Fantastic experience: Dr Malcolm Duff is the principle of the practice, I was lucky enough to have him as my dentist. This gentleman was extremely patient, amazingly gentle, professional and incredibly thorough!

Negative experience: Dr Don Kelly is more concerned about making money than customers health. Mentioned he would do some thing that helps heal quickly after wisdom tooth removal but then later on said we wont do that. Was offering to remove amalgum from all 9 teeth in one sitting knowing very well its toxic and can lead to health problems. Avoid Dr Don Kelly at all cost!

Fantastic experience: Dr Ben loves a challenge. He sees my titanium strength bones. He sees my fish hook teeth roots. He puts on his strong hands and calm attitude and gets it done . Frank is also a super champ.

Fantastic experience: I recently have had 8 teeth extracted by Dr Judy Lee. Judy was an incredibly caring dentist who totally understood my situation and was very helpful with price making my extractions affordable.. I also have full upper and lower dentures made by Allan the dental technician and I CANNOT speak more highly of the entire process I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Everyone I interacted with at reception was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and were more than helpful... cannot recommend face value dental highly enough. Fantastic experience: I had five fillings (no judgement please) done by Dr Ben Gooden in one sitting. In addition to Ben's excellent technical/surgical skills, he makes a point of telling you what he is doing at each stage and what to expect - pressure, pulling sensation, etc. I'm not an anxious patient but I am a curious one and I found it incredibly helpful to understand what was going on (because the anesthetic is so good) and what to expect. Can't speak highly enough of Ben's care and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: Malcolm Duff .....who l believe is the principal of this practice, looked after me with a root canal treatment. Malcolm is very proficient in preparation....creates a dam, which stops anything dropping down your throat, such as amalgam and rinse water. He also uses a little jaw stop which aleviates the patient having to work at keeping their jaw open. Malcolm calmly goes about his expertise, assisted by his very competent dental assistant. He is extremely thorough. What really impressed me is his impeccable manners....always please and thank you to those assisting..... such a pleasure to see professional practice. My only negative is they aren't a Medibank preferred practice....l don't know why, but l do know that this is one of the best dentist l have evet visited.

Fantastic experience: I want to commend the team at Face Value Dental especially to Dr Judy Lee and Dental Assistant Candy. Before I went, I was honestly a Dental phobic. I was terrified of dentists when I was small and when I was a teenager I had a traumatic dental experience that left me scarred for life. I am now 45 years old. It wasn't until I met Dr Judy Lee and Assistant Candy that I was able to face and conquer my fear. That was a HUGE 180 degree turnaround for me! :) I went in to deal with getting a new smile that I had hated since very young and Dr Lee walked me through the process giving me insight of each step and process. Then all throughout as the weeks unfolded, and I started getting my new crown and veneers, I could not believe how simple and smooth it went, especially with the assurance of what end results would ideally look like. Theory was put to practice when we discuss a look that suited me best, it was a real eye opener for me understanding every step of the way to my end result. I even received courtesy call from the Face Value staff to follow up if I was experiencing any after pain or inflammation. I asked them "Oh,... I didn't know,.. was I even suppose to experience pain after this process?".... This demonstrates the high level of concentration and skillset Dr Lee had for someone like me whose been very terrified of dentists - I had a painless and chilled experience throughout every time I went in to see Dr Lee and even more so with Dental Assistant Candy who was so friendly, very down to earth and awesome to chat with during my veneers journey. I don't know about everyone else but it felt like I was going to a Spa every time I went to them :)). Today, I finally got my end result and they are more than what I had imagined them to be and my confidence in Dentists are owed thanks to two ladies who really go all out, care and they really made it all the more worth getting my beautiful smile done!! Fantastic experience: I got an examination and clean. Dr Kelly was very gentle. Even though I have aligners, and my teeth and gum are sensitive, he didn't hurt me at all. He was also very kind and seemed genuinely interested in having a conversation. The place itself is very well presented and professional.

Fantastic experience: Over the past year and a half I have been seeing Dr Don Kelly for orthodontic braces. I just had them off yesterday and could not be happier with the result. I've been to Face Value Dental several times this year for a cleaning, overdue fillings and a root canal and am just so happy with the level of care and attention I receive. My regular dentist was away when I needed a root canal and so it was a bit daunting having this procedure done by someone I had no experience with. It was a complicated root canal with a hidden 4th root but let me say Dr. Gooden and Talia went above and beyond and put in the hard yards and I couldn't believe how absolutely painless it was. I did really feel for Dr. Gooden and Talia for having to work so hard but they where so professional and kind. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Dr Andrew Webber and his assistant helped me with wisdom teeth removal. They are very professional and patient so that I did not feel ANY pain during the surgery. After that, they also provided many useful information relate to wound recovery. Miraculously, it only took three days to recover my wound!! I deeply appreciate Dr Andrew Webber and his assistant and I highly recommend them to people who need wisdom teeth removal.

I am not an easy patient and not a fan of dentist at all but Dr Webber and his nurse Sol (and the nurses from the past) always made me feel at ease, explains everything he needs to do in plain English and in a way you can understand. Fantastic experience: I was very happy with the service I received this week by dentist Ben Gooden at this dental clinic! I came to this place for the first time this week because I had searched for a dentist in Brisbane that uses CEREC technology for crowns (these are same day crowns). Secondly, I had studied all the Google reviews for the different clinics and this one had very good reviews all up. Like many of the reviewers before me, I have nothing but praise for Ben. He did exactly what is written on his web page: "Ben prides himself on his work, and at the same time, ensures that patients have a sound understanding of the treatment being provided, ‘which means open and honest discussion about the pros and cons of any dental work required.’" Because this was my first crown I was rather worried about the procedure. In the assessment appointment Ben explained to me in detail the different options and the risks of the “do nothing” or basic filling option. My appointment for the crown was the day after. Ben explained what he was doing every step along the way. He warned me of any upcoming smells, sounds or sensations. He was very gentle and kind. This is probably standard now but for me it was new: he used a numbing gel before using a needle for the local anaesthetic so I didn’t feel the needle at all which was great. Thanks to the CEREC technology that they use there he was able show me on the computer screen how the crown gets designed and how he can assess whether it would be a good fit together with the partner tooth in the opposing jaw. The milling of the crown itself is done in a fancy smart machine in their lab and took only 20 minutes. After the crown was created, Ben fitted the crown and cemented it onto my tooth. He also explained to me any future risks with regards to nerve damage that might happen in some cases. Overall it was a really positive experience for me! If I have to go back for other crowns (I hope not, but I probably will), I would for sure go back to the same dentist. Another thing that I liked is that the receptionist gave me a call while I was on my way to them to inform me that the appointment was running 10 minutes late. I think this is good service. The receptionist staff was very friendly and responded swiftly to my questions on e-mail or on the phone. - Thank you! The price of the crown was also reasonable / similar to what I had seen with other dentists , i.e. not over the top ($ 1600). This was important to me as I don't have private health insurance.

Negative experience: Worst front desk customer service ever. My appointment was scheduled for 5 and the dentist was running late. No one notified me until I asked (15 minutes later) and they said it was another 20 minutes wait. I said I couldn’t stay as I had other commitments, went down made a phone call and managed to reshuffle my schedule, called back to attend the appointment. I was told the dentist is still with the same patient and we could not take you anymore because they had another appointment at 6pm eventhought mine was at 5 and I would still be waiting in the front desk if I stayed!

Fantastic experience: I had a very severe and very painful infection in my gum from an inpacted wisdom tooth. After being turned down from many other dentists despite the urgency of needing to see someone, I called these guys and the receptionist fit me in for an appointment a little over and hour later. After my x-ray, Dr Benjamin Gooden advised that the infection was definitely very bad ('raging infection' were his words I believe ) and that it needed to come out ASAP. All other dentists I have seen in the past have been far too hesitant to take it out themselves and have referred me to the hospital to get it taken out under general by a dental surgeon but I never got around to it. Dr Ben explained that he could do it right then and there, explained the procedure and the risks and was very very calm and spoke to me the whole time about what he was doing. Despite having a saw in my jaw while being wide awake I felt very calm and could tell I was in capible hands. This all happened tonight and I am yet to know how I will go with recovering but the experience is 10/10 and I would recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't thank Dr. Andrew Webber and the rest of the team at Face Value Dental enough for my really positive experience with my wisdom teeth removal that I had done a few weeks back. It was the first surgical procedure ever done to me so I was very nervous but after having read good reviews of the place I felt pretty confident going with them, and can guarantee that this place truly exceeds expectations. I feel very fortunate having been assigned Dr. Webber as my dentist as he is exceptionally skilled, attentive and assertive, listens to his intuition and makes decisions based on individual cases. He has a very humane approach to this job which to this day I am extremely thankful for. He did an absolutely exquisite job removing my wisdoms, so much so that I had my stitches removed only 4 days after the procedure as I was all healed already. This to me felt pretty big considering two of them were pretty inflamed at the time of removal! Not sure how much of genetics and aftercare played part in that, surely some, but he still simply did an amazing job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone! I barely had any pain after the procedure, and almost no significant side effects after having them removed (barely any swelling, I was almost eating solids the next day, etc...). His schedule is understandably packed and yet he still managed to squeeze me in two times after the procedure to check on me and some of my concerns at the time. Dr. Webber goes the extra mile every single time and deserves the praise as he stands out of the crowd with all his hard work & exceptional performance. All of this combined with Face Value's really attentive and consistent admin side from the front desk such as confirming appointments, check ups in a timely manner in between, and simple guidance went a long way and made a huge difference for my experience, and undoubtedly for many others as well. I hope Dr. Webber will get my personal thank yous one more time as he so deserves them. Thank you Face Value Dental! Keep up the good work, it does not go unnoticed!

Negative experience: Visited here for check up they offered me for cleaning. I mentioned to them that my teeth are sensitive and i was hesitant to get it. At the end i had my teeth cleaned after a week i had some pains when i went back I have been told that i missed one of my teeth enamel!!

The clinic feels like a day spa not a dental surgery. I've seen Dr Duff and Dr Webber. They are the only dentists who haven't shamed me for my dental condition. They take the time to assess what my issues are, what I need and work with me according to ALL of my needs, not just telling me how horrible my mouth is. The care and compassion I've been shown has actually make me break down and cry today. I'm so nervous about my dental work but excited to finally be able to smile again for photos. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic. Dr Andrew Webber was fabulous and removed 3 of my wisdom teeth under general anaesthetic. The surgery was smooth and an easy recovery too. I was treated very respectfully and every situation was explained thoroughly to me. Dr Webber’s team were lovely and very approachable too. Would definitely recommend! The anaesthetists were also amazing and very professional. Overall, surgery was a great success and cannot recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: Over the years, I have not had a good time with dentists trying to make money from me for things I did not want nor require, so I had very little faith in this area I'm afraid. However, I have found a great dentist in Dr Webber and his great assistant not to forget the practice at Face Value. Their prices are very good, the attention to their clients is the best I have ever had, and their practising of dentistry is brilliant. Dr Webber took me through everything, showed me what options there were and would not act until I made my decision - this is worth its weight in gold for someone like me. You feel at ease from the start to the ending of the appointment (also you get to choose what TV channel to watch when in the chair!), and they phoned me the day after to see how things are going....I have never had that EVER! They have restored my faith in dentists and I will most certainly make Face Value my dentists....I cannot recommend them highly enough!
