Negative experience: I flew interstate multiple times to see Pat and his team, spending thousands on flights alone based on their reputation for being professional and highly regarded. Unfortunately, my experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing and, in my opinion, unethical. After being strongly encouraged to pursue veneers, I initially agreed. However, I later decided to return to the original plan of composite bonding. Throughout the entire treatment process, there was no mention of any additional charges or changes in cost everything seemed like it was going great. It was only after the treatment was completed that unexpected fees began to appear — none of which had ever been discussed or agreed upon. These charges conveniently surfaced once I chose not to proceed with the more expensive option, which felt less like a coincidence and more like a penalty for not choosing the higher-priced treatment. When I followed up about the refund for the unused portion, they withheld a significant amount and claimed it was due to additional fees. However, when I called the clinic directly, I spoke with a staff member who acknowledged that what I was charged was incorrect. She even confirmed there was a note in their system stating the original quote and that I should be receiving the unused amount. When that was not honoured I contacted the clinic again which then they backtracked and began denying what was previously confirmed. I was scheduled to return for a follow-up to fix a tooth that was left short — but after the refund issue, they abruptly cancelled my appointment. It’s incredibly frustrating to see a business act in such a financially motivated way — penalising patients who don’t go ahead with the treatment that would earn them the most profit. This isn’t just poor practice, it’s unethical. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and ethical dental professional, I highly recommend Dr. Aodhan Docherty in Sydney. He’s an outstanding dentist who genuinely puts patients first.

Fantastic experience: I have always been scared of visits to the dentist and so for many years I put off having anything done to fix my teeth. I am so grateful my friend recommended me to Spa Dental CBD for Invisalign. Dr Lawrence Neville and Rav have been so patient with me and they are so gentle that I no longer have a fear of visiting the dentist. We are almost at the end of my treatment and seeing the before and after photos is shocking. I never realised how crooked my teeth were and how much gum showed when I smiled. Now they are perfectly straight, I can floss with ease and I cannot say thank you enough. I have already had 4 colleagues get Invisalign after seeing me go through the process and my teeth now, so it's flattering to hear people say that seeing your results inspired them. Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday with Dr Sean Parsonage & I am glad that I did. Dr Parsonage & his team made me feel at ease which isn’t easy as I had bad experiences in the past. The other really great thing was they take into consideration your personal health as a whole, & they explain everything. 17/12/2024. I have finished my major work on my teeth with Dr Sean Parsonage and I stand by my initial statement that Dr Parsonage is amazing. The whole process has taken about 9 months and honestly you don’t want the process rushed. I have an unbelievable result and my teeth look natural. Not that artificial white which you know is not natural. My teeth look like I have had them my whole life which makes me smile a heck of a lot more. Honestly don’t be afraid to go see Dr Parsonage & his wonderful team you will not regret it. Once again for anyone who has any health issues that is holding you back from getting your teeth seen to, I would say to you go see Dr Parsonage as he takes it seriously and he will guide you through the process. I have had some invasive dental treatment needed (think root canal and tooth removal) and was so surprised at how easy it was and with no pain. She helps you get all payment sorted whether it’s understanding payment plans, understanding exactly what you’re paying for and how to get it all paid. Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Patrick MacCann for 10 Veneers. It was a life changing experience. I am so happy with my smile☺️. It’s honestly perfect and exactly how I wanted it. Dr MacCann gave me his professional advice throughout the whole process while still taking into account what I wanted to achieve. He has so much experience and was extremely understanding. I am very happy I choose not to go too white or fake and trusted his advice and experience. I can’t stop smiling from how beautiful they look. I choose to opt for veneers after I damaged my 2 front teeth. I went to so many dentists after my accident hoping that someone could help me achieve my dream smile. Every dentist told me it was impossible and they weren’t even interested to see my teeth properly after hearing the damage that had happened. I honestly just lost hope. But after walking into his clinic a year ago today and hearing that there was hope and my dream smile is achievable, it was the best news i had ever heard. Both Dr McCann and Georgie were so so kind, patient, understanding, and positive throughout the whole process. I want to thank you both of you from the bottom of my heart for perfecting every single little detail even when it meant we had to redo the whole smile. Ever since my accident I would constantly create an imagine in my head of what my dream smile would look like. Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment with Dr Lawrence Neville at Spa Dentists after breaking a plate holding two false teeth whilst on holiday in Sydney. I am not a great patient, very nervous and anxious, and sadly over many years avoided going to see a dentist unless I really really had to. After dropping and breaking my plate I had to ask people I knew for the name of a dentist who I could not only trust completely but one that would understand that I may be shaking start crying at the drop of a hat whilst there! Dr Neville and Spa Dentist’s names came up a number of times, both for Smile makeover work and for crown and implant work. I made an appointment, after trying to fix the broken plate myself, (if this happens to you please don’t try to do that, its a bit like cutting the back of your hair with nail scissors) and was surprised and very happy with the whole experience. Every single member of staff had a happy and positive attitude and seemed eager to make me feel comfortable and valued. Fantastic experience: It’s not often a trip to the dentist doesn’t feel totally like a trip to the dentist! Having worked within the dental industry for 30 years, it comes with the challenge of who you can trust with your oral health care. I settled on Dr Lawrence Neville at Spa Dental. Firstly the environment is beautiful and calming. The entire Spa Dental team was focused on making me feel welcome and comfortable. From Kate, to Steph and then finally to my new dentist! Lawrence really took the time to learn all about me and what if any are my dental concerns or areas I would like to see improvement. Lawrence mentioned his role was to examine, diagnose and then provide me with treatment options for my consideration. The technology & equipment is top-level. After our initial discussion a quick digital scan captured all my current dental “data”. As a patient, this is a powerful tool, so I could understand the situation and this can also be referred to in the future. For a person that has hyper-sensitive teeth, the cleaning was extremely comfortable and as the team at Spa Dental would know, I asked them prior if they had this particular cleaning device prior to booking my appointment as this was important to me. Every bit of my visit didn’t feel like a traditional visit to the dentist. Thanks Lawrence and the Spa Dental Team for your time and care today. I was feeling a little pessimistic about my future dental journey however that has changed to excitement at the treatment plan options and potential outcomes that have been presented. I’ll be back! I’ve found my new dentist!!!
