Fantastic experience: First time patient to see Dr Connell after a family recommendation. Found the experience very positive from the front desk team and greeting to the excellent care of the dentist. Dr Connell took the time to listen and understand the situation and provided clear feedback at all points during the examination and treatment. Highly competent and skilled technique. Dr Connel and his team have cared for my parents for many years and demonstrated great care and compassion for them. In particular for my mother dental care while suffering advanced dementia.

Negative experience: I recently visited Dr. Goyal after a dental crown I had came off during lunch. I was able to get a quick appointment, which I appreciated. However, the experience from there was far from professional or patient-centered. I initially asked for the crown to be re-cemented, even though one side was slightly chipped. Dr. Goyal immediately pushed for a new crown, quoting me $2,000 and speaking in a way that felt more like a sales pitch than medical advice. When I politely declined and asked for the crown to be glued back in, I was met with visible disappointment and pressure. The actual procedure took less than five minutes, yet I was charged $251. After questioning the high fee, I was refunded $50 for a so-called “consultation fee” — which wasn’t clearly explained beforehand. The next day, I experienced tooth sensitivity and booked a follow-up. This time, Dr. Goyal greeted me with an irritated tone, didn’t let me sit properly, and without gloves, glanced at my mouth for a few seconds before blaming the discomfort on my decision not to get a new crown. She even said, “Did you do all your teeth overseas? Then go fix it overseas, not here.” I was shocked — not only by her lack of professionalism but by the dismissive and rude attitude. This isn’t the standard of care one should expect from any healthcare provider, especially a dentist. I chose this clinic based on positive reviews, but my experience was nothing like what those reviews suggested. While the front desk staff were lovely, I ultimately left feeling disrespected and misled. I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to share this so others can make an informed choice.

Fantastic experience: My 2,5 yr daughter absolutely loved Dr. Sona. Dr. Sona is very kind and gentle with the little ones. Explains everything clearly. Definitely would recommend 100%, and of course will come back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ollie Connell was really thorough in his approach to determine the cause of my pain and explained clearly what steps he was taking to eliminate possible factors. He was very easy to talk to and read the scan results I brought with me. He was honest about having to take one step at a time to find the exact cause but he has a plan and I feel confident that he will work with me and others if required until the pain is resolved. I cannot recommend him more highly.

The lovely receptionist got me an appointment within two hours of calling when I was experiencing pain in one of my wisdom teeth. The dentist, dental assistant and receptionist were all friendly and professional. The dentist explained the problem, procedure and recommendations. They were upfront about prices and timeframes. The cost was very affordable. The clinic was clean and modern. I will definitely be coming back and making Vital Dental my regular dentist.

Fantastic experience: Doctor (Dr. Ross Toll) is so professional and gentle. What I especially liked is that you can watch a documentary of saving cute dogs while getting your tooth fixed. 5/5 experience would return for other tooth issues haha.
