Fantastic experience: 5-stars and excellent care from Dr Nik Goyal for a painful dental emergency booked Saturday and fixed on Sunday. No long waiting. Nik was the most re-assuring, gentle and informative throughout my appointment. My dental procedure was thoroughly and simply explained by Nik , that I was confident that I chose the best treatment option.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been regular patients of Dr. Richa for years, and she continues to impress us with her care and professionalism. I recently had multiple fillings done, and the entire experience was completely painless and surprisingly comfortable. Dr. Richa is incredibly gentle and explains everything clearly. WIthin an hour òf my distress call on Friday 23rd December at 2:30pm (two days prior to Christmas Day), the beautiful professional dental team were able to achieve an amazing result at a very affordable price. Positive experience: These guys are really kind and helpful to children. They help kids grow up and stay healthy. They also provide toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and other tools in a cute pouch for children to have. As you get older they might become a little bit more rough but overall good experience

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Richa Arora. Her professionalism is outstanding . Perfect calm mannerism , clear concise communication . At all times I felt well informed of all aspects ,with my dental concerns , treatment options and itemised cost. My son is Autistic and has struggled with medical appointments , I was overwhelmed with how quickly he became comfortable with Dr Richa . The staff are very welcoming and thorough. Being able to instantly claim health insurance is also a great time saver for me. Generally dental appointments have created anxiety for our family , yet now all three of us have visited Dr Richa and feel very confident that our dental care needs will be looked after at the highest level.

He was gentle, fixed my tooth (I needed a root canal) so there will be more visits and I look forward to getting to the final stage. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist! The price is very reasonable as well….

Fantastic experience: After 10 years of not seeing a dentist and the constant fear from horror stories, I finally bit the bullet and booked in for an appointment with Dr Arora. She was so lovely and understanding. She made sure that I was always in the know on what was happening and why. There was a great sense of care that came from her, she stop immediately when I raised my hand and she was very compassionate whilst waiting for the numbing to set in. I have absolutely no fear of returning to her again, a new standard has been set from her. Brilliant!

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old had an appointment with Kinni and Dr Arora, and we could not be happier with their work. Bedside manner was fantastic and highly professional. My daughter was very anxious about her appointment as she was there for tooth pain, but these ladies put her at ease so quickly. They discussed our treatment options, explaining the pros and cons in a way that was easily understandable, and also took the extra care to explain to my child what they were doing. Extremely pleased with their work.

Fantastic experience: As is normal I went off to the dentist with some fear and trepidation. I had not been to the surgery for years and so I also had to put my trust in a ‘new team’. Well the reception lady was lovely, polite and courteous. The doctor was (in my opinion) at the top of his game, as was the nurse. Everything was explained to me, and my options were detailed. Following a pain free procedure, I had it all explained via the xrays. I have to go back for a couple of follow up procedures, and while I can’t exactly say I’m looking forward to it, I have no hesitation in retuning for the follow up. I highly recommend this surgery and thank them for their help reliving me of the pain I was in.
