Fantastic experience: Couldn’t ask for better dentist. Palak… my son has extreme anxiety , wouldn’t sit in chair wouldn’t walk in door of a dentist. Was told by everyone that his tooth needed a root canal palak filled it and fixed it. He also has just had his first tooth removed and didn’t even flinch. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Yusra and Christine are fantastic. I had a clean with Yusra today and did not have any issues at all. After the clean Yusra spent a really good amount of time going through what I can adjust and do better and provide me with a lot of information. I left feeling great and with a lot more knowledge in how to better my dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Over the Australia Day weekend I had the unfortunate luck to have issues with my teeth. SWD were amazing in squeezing me in for an emergency appointment and despite my pleas to rip my aching teeth out they recommend alternative treatment which isolated the pain to the sore tooth and prevented unnecessary work (and cost!!). A second consult after the antibiotics took effect, resulted in a referral to a dental surgeon due to the complex nature of the tooth’s root. They managed to get me in with a specialist very quickly and the tooth was removed 24hrs later. The surgeon commented that they did the right thing with not doing the extraction themselves and taking on task that required specialized/surgical attention. I cannot thank Dr.Val & Dr.Ayesha enough for the care they showed. They provide a top-quality service and do not over-service their patients to rake in a few extra $s. Will definitely be returning for any future work. Thank you to the entire SWD team!!!!

Fantastic experience: Requiring some emergency dental treatment a couple of months ago , i was in such pain, however being a Saturday nobody was willing to see me. Luckily i visited Smileworks, Doreen. Not only did they fit me in on a busy Saturday, they were thorough and so caring and warm. From the administation staff to the lovely and knowledgeable Dr Ayesha and assistant Dimi, the service and care has been amazing and I am so thankful to these beautiful ladies. Fantastic experience: Our then 8yo daughter saw Dr Shammi 18 months ago with cross bite and severe crowding of teeth. She had Invisalign fitted and today her teeth are infinitely better. Cross bite corrected, room for adult teeth to come through and a beautiful smile. Service has been excellent and Dr Shammi and team made our daughter feel comfortable everytime. Extremely happy!!!

Fantastic experience: My 10-year-old daughter lost several teeth that weren't in the proper location, and after looking at her X-ray, I became a little concerned since I could see several adult teeth coming in, but they were dispersed across her gums. I so discussed obtaining my daughter braces with Dr. Shammi, and following our consultation, he recommended that my daughter receive Invisalign in order to save time and have a more rapid and painless dental procedure. My daughter has beautiful straight teeth when she grins, and the outcome is flawless. We are grateful to the SmileWorks Dental staff for their excellent care.

Not only did they go above and beyond to get her an urgent appointment but they also took the time to reassure her, dance for her and make her laugh so it wasn’t a scary experience for her. Fantastic experience: I've had one of the best experiences with SmileWorks Dental in Doreen. I've always tried to avoid Dentists as they always hurt and terrified me. The ones I've been to were arrogant and inconsiderate. I still have a fair bit of work still to be done but in the last 2 weeks I've had a great experience with Caitlin and Tanya. Caitlin gave me a deep clean and normal clean of my teeth. She was great and told me what the procedures required. She took such good care of me. As for Tanya I've had her during my fillings and extractions and I had her during my cleaning. She could see I was tense all the time. She held my hand and gave me comforting support throughout the procedures. I couldn't have gotten through this without her. I highly recommend SmileWorks Dental in Doreen and cannot speak more highly of them. The whole staff is just fantastic. Thank you guys for everything and can't wait till it's all completed.

Fantastic experience: Just had my braces taken off, my teeth look amazing! Would 100% recommend. Dr Shammi, Somayeh and Tanya had been wonderful during the time I had spent at SmileWorks Dental and every time I came in for cleaning and the adjustment of my braces. Fantastic experience: I attended this practise a few times now and each time the service I have experienced are just wonderful. The atmosphere is relaxed, with spa music playing in the background, the staff members are all very welcoming. Dr Ayesha, along with her assistants Dimi and Beni provided such a great care, simple things such as applying paw paw cream prior to the beginning of the appointment is just a small touch but very considerate. Having gone to multiple dentist practises and couldn’t get an answer to my reoccurring problem, I find the way SmileWorks operate is very thorough. They started with creating a baseline information so they can use that to review the progress of my dental health. Dr Ayesha also found my problem and created a plan to temporarily create relief while reviewing what we need to do next. I find their approach very holistic and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Definitely a dental service for anyone who is looking for continuity of care.

Polark the dental heigenist, makes you feel nothing but comfortable, so lovely, and definitely does not try to get extra money out of you by doing unnecessary work. Highly recommended! Ashley, assistant nurse, remembers what myself and my kids were upto at our last appointment 6 months ago and asks how things have been since then!! Unbelievable!! Shows she really cares and chats to the kids the whole way through making them feel as comfortable as possible! Plus her suction skills are brilliant, especially for such a young lady! As for Trang, who is back and forth between other surgeries and this one... is the best you can get!!! Fantastic experience: This was the warmest and most genuinely helpful dental practice I’ve ever been to. My appointment was handled so well with receptionist Sophie; I felt welcome immediately, unlike some other dental practices that feel cold and harsh when you enter. My appointment with hygienist Palak was informative and fast, and as a specialist in gums, Palak helped me understand so much more about my oral health than any other cleaning I’ve ever had. I’m normally avoidant of staying on top of my regular dental checks, but this session made me want to go back regularly. It was also relatively affordable too! Thanks again!

The team guide mindful exercises to redirect from the discomfort, they advocate for analgesia or numbing agents if you feel it is needed. I came to the clinic for an incentental emergency. From the staff at reception to every one of the dental team that myself and four other immediate family members have encountered! It’s warm; reassuring and as stress free as a dentist trip can be. Palak & Caitlin are my kids choices of dentists and they never leave unhappy. From teeth being pulled out; cleaning manually because of sensitivities to the tools they always go above and beyond making sure everyone is comfortable. Fantastic experience: Lets just set the scene. I am petrified of the dentist. Full blown anxious and the drilling noises and feeling makes my skin crawl. BUT.. I actually look forward to my appointments here. The moment I walk in I am greeted by the FRIENDLIEST front of house staff ever. I am made to feel like I am being welcomed home each time. Especially by Sophie! She has the most AMAZING energy! My dentist Dr Scott is great! So good at what he does and is very calming. His dental nurse Dimmi (hope I spelt that correctly) is just the BEST! constantly reassuring me I will be ok, hand on my shoulder and commending me on basically laying there, but it is a huge deal because in my mind thats the hardest bit. Her presence and reassurance makes the experience a pleasant one and I literally get greeted with a smile and half hug. I am now a frequent flyer here and know I am in the best care with anyone at this clinic. I have been a patient here now for over a year and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know and yes I am even booked in for my next clean and check up. Fantastic experience: The team was so patient with me during my checkup and clean! I get really stressed up about getting in the dental chair and Yusra and Sara were so understanding and helped to put me at ease with a stress ball and numbing gel. I also learned a lot about gum health from Yusra. My kids have been seeing Palak for a couple of years now too. Every experience has been positive for them. The ladies at the reception were also lovely. This is by far the best experience I've had with a dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr Scott, nurse Dimi and the lovely team behind reception enough. I needed an emergency appointment after a horrible fall that did severe damage to my teeth. The team did everything they could to get me in and Doctor Scott and Dimi went above and beyond to work through my injuries. I have a very big fear with Denitists but felt at ease knowing I had such an amazing and caring team looking after me. I will be forever grateful to Dr Scott and the team! Fantastic experience: I've had two appointments at Smileworks Doreen and I have been truly blown away by the level of care, friendliness and professionalism I've experienced. I was nervous about getting work done after having experienced acute discomfort with my previous dentist, but it's been a very different experience. Fantastic experience: Words alone are not enough to express the amazing experiences I have had at SmileWorks! Every time my kids and myself go there we are greeted by the warm welcome of the reception girls Sophie, Leigh and Dani who always have a smile, cheery attitude and who will help you in any way they can. Then you see the dentists and hygienists who go above and beyond in your treatment. Always checking that you are okay and thoroughly explaining everything they need to do at the time and what future work may be required. Best of all the decision at the end of the day is all yours, no pressure is put upon you in what you want to or don't want to do! They are also amazing with kids. My eldest had a large fear of dentists due to an unpleasant experience at another clinic and his fear factor was through the roof. After just one visit here he is no longer terrified and even has a smile on his face when I tell him it is time for his next visit. All the staff are amazing but a special shout out to Palak, Annesley, Suleka, Ash and Christine for taking care of me and my family. You are our family clinic for life. I highly recommend SmileWorks to everyone!

Fantastic experience: My family and I are very happy with SmileWorks. A visit to the dentist usually makes people nervous or anxious but the staff are so lovely and they make you feel comfortable. From the staff at reception to the oral therapists and dentists, they are all very easy to talk to. They explain things to you and make sure that you are on board with getting the best treatment outcome. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I first came to SmileWorks Dental for the regular clean before Xmas 2022 and was very satisfied with the overall experience there. The work was well done and I was professionally advised on next steps (given some complexity in my situation) as well as some simple changes in my cleaning habit (which really work so far). In addition, the staffs there are super supportive and friendly. As a result, I decided to make another appointment for my 5yo for his first ever dentist visit a few days later. It went smoothly and he was already looking forward to the next one! My review is a bit late but I know I owe them one :) Can't wait for our next visits and highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I honestly never write reviews, and I certainly didn't think I would write one about going to the dentist. I have been putting off going for years and had some tooth pain, I went in for an extraction feeling incredibly anxious and nervous. From the very first interaction with Sophie on the front desk (amazing and super friendly customer service) I was put at ease. Dr Anneseley was incredible when I went in to get a double wisdom tooth extraction. He explained everything carefully and answered any questions. He made me feel extremely comfortable and safe during the procedure. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. 5 star treatment.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to SmileWorks Dental and I was taken care of by Palak and Somiyah, who answered all of my questions and explained everything they were saying about my gums and teeth (including the numbers when checking my gums), it really helped me understand what was happening in my mouth. After the clean, we went through before and after pics of my gums and teeth, were Palak took me through everything and took the time to answer all my questions. I really had the best time at SmileWorks. I haven't committed to a dental practice for a really long time, mainly because I felt like a number at every other dentist I've been to- so never thought anything of it. But then I went to SmileWorks Dental today and realised how amazing the service and experience can be at a dentist and I'm SO glad I found them and actually can't wait to go back again.
