As a retired dental nurse who previously worked at this practice under its previous ownership, I am completely at ease with keeping my own and my family's oral health in their hands. SRDT have always accommodated our appointments, even in emergency situations. Highly recommend services: routine check-ups and cleans, restorative treatments such as composite resin fillings, crowns, implants, Invisalign and boutique (at-home) whitening. I am happy to travel all the way from Jindabyne (Snowy Mountains) to see my team.

Fantastic experience: I am actually petrified of the dentist and I travelled an hour to see these guys because of their wonderful reviews. The travel paid off because they made me feel so calm and so comfortable. They were very gentle with my check up and clean. My teeth look and feel phenomenal now . They have the highest tech available so I got my retainer on the same day ! Highly recommend the team here especially if you’re anxious before the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend the team at Sydney Road Dental Care enough! They have been exceptional from quality of dental work through to customer care. I visited the practice at the start of the year for composite veneers, in chair teeth whitening and a retainer. I was nervous about the composites but was given all the information I needed to feel confident that they would deliver a natural looking result. Dr Vo is a true perfectionist - I really appreciated that he split the composites into two appointments, first for the main work and second for the final shaping and touch ups, allowing him to look at them with a fresh eye so he could get the perfect shape and polish. I hadn’t come across this level of attention to detail at a dental practice before and the result was a natural looking smile that still looks like my teeth - just perfected! It’s been over 3 months since my whitening and composites and my teeth are still looking amazing and I haven’t stopped smiling. The customer care has also been incredible. I had a short time frame to get the work done before leaving the country on travels and the team did everything they could to make sure it was all done on time. Not only that, my retainers went missing on my travels and the team were so quick to turn around a new pair for me, and helped get them to me at my overseas location. Communication was quick and helpful throughout and they turned a stressful situation into a much calmer one! Huge thanks to the wonderful team at SRDC.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday, Dr Mary renewed a large filling in a molar that was at risk of cracking which would have resulted in a crown. The procedure was stress-free for me due to Mary’s empathy and patience. It’s was clearly a difficult procedure and Mary did an amazing job managing the save my tooth due her skill as a dentist. I broke a tooth and could not get in to see my regular dentist even though I was in considerable discomfort and getting ready to fly out on my honeymoon. Fantastic experience: I had dreaded going to the dentist and had not been (except for a wisdom tooth removal) in over 5 years. Not only did the staff from reception allay my fears but the gentle approach of Dr Bagdesar made it so that the most discomfort I felt was only the numbing injection. She explained clearly and concisely each step and what to expect from the use of every instrument. Alongside that, no one was judgmental or rude about the condition of my teeth from having neglected them for as long as I had. It makes the 6 month booking I have arranged something I no longer fear.

I was lucky enough to get in with Dr Vo, who took lots of time answering any questions I had an ensuring that I was properly informed in my decision before I proceeded with the chosen course of action for my situation. Dr Vo was incredibly gentle and kind with his treatment and I left feeling very well cared for and grateful for his time and treatment. The whole team are incredible, from the receptionists to the care coordinator to the dentists. If you are looking for a new dental surgery I cannot recommend this lovely practice enough. They even have a TV with Netflix above the chair so you can distract yourself! So thoughtful and wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I got a custom nightguard fitted here with Dr Mary. There was a bit of back and forth to get the mouthguard to fit my teeth due to manufacture error with the outside lab company, but everything on Dr Mary's end was done flawlessly. She did everything she could to make sure that the mouthguard was remade correctly, so that I could get a 100% perfect fit. Dr Mary was very patient and reassuring throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the guard. I'd highly recommend her!

He really listens to your concerns so that he can understand your needs, and goals. He is always on time and the rooms are clean, comfortable and filled with the latest technology. For the past 18 months he has totally remodeled my smile. I couldn't be happier with the results. He is very considerate, and all the work done was painless. The treatment plan was clearly explained. Each phase of the process was throughly discussed and all question answered. The result is amazing!! Very natural look. It is impossible to recognise which teeth are crowns. Coordination between the teams was flawless. Fantastic experience: I usually don’t post Google reviews, but I have had the BEST experience at Sydney Road Dental Care both times I went! The receptionists are super welcoming, offer you water or a hot drink while waiting, and the dentist and assistant are always so kind and accomodating to your needs. They are very proactive with any possible teeth issues and clearly explain any issues you’re having and how to address and monitor them in an easy way. For a thorough clean, X Rays and all I am in and out within 45 min. They give you a goodie bag of dental treats on the way out too :) sounds weird to have such a positive experience at a dentist but I truely love it and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mary and the lady with her were very kind, I was nervous to begin with but quickly felt very relaxed around them and throughout procedure. Dr Mary was attentive and took her time to check and explain my teeth issues that I hadn't been told about before so I can take the necessary steps to preserve them as best I can. Fantastic experience: I have very sensitive teeth despite years of using toothpaste for sensitive teeth. As you can imagine any dental care is greeted with interpretation by me. But what a joy to have an attentive dental nurse who listened to me and carried out a brilliant manual teeth clean. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit fearful of the return to the dentist but had a great experience with the team at Sydney Road. In particular, Dr Nicola Smith who was brilliant. She was gentle and communicated really well which helped my anxiety. The equipment that was used all Seemed first rate and new and it was a relaxing enviroment to be in, all the fees were transparent and fair and the level of service from the front desk to the chair exceeded my expectations and made the whole exercise a lot better than I expected.
