Fantastic experience: A wonderful practice, great service and reliable advice, makes dental check ups fun. This is now our family dentist, my kids love them as well.

Fantastic experience: I was in a real bind on the morning of our international flight and had a bad toothache and knew something was wrong. I rang St Marks and Natasha quickly consulted Evette the Dentist and re-arranged appointments to get me in urgently. Turned out I had a bad infection in my gum with a broken tooth also rooted that required surgery. All fixed within 45 minutes with Renata assisting. I have never met a more welcoming, caring and professional group whom I would highly recommend. I was so appreciative and amazed by their service I dropped some flowers and chocolates back the same morning as a token of my appreciation. I can’t thank them enough.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey with Dr. David at the Monterey clinic and I am so over the moon with my results! My case was quite severe dealing with overcrowding, a tooth that was about 1-2 inches out of place and protruding canines that gave off a vampire appearance. It’s been only 16 months and I still can’t over the transformation! Dr.David has such a passion for ensuring his clients are always happy and satisfied with his work which is why I was so confident in choosing him as my dentist. If you are looking for a team to take care of you and your needs, I highly recommend the Monterey clinic!

She was incredibly thorough in explaining everything I needed clarification on and demonstrated a high level of skill throughout. She also went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my results cosmetically. A fantastic experience - highly recommend!

Negative experience: 12 MINUTES. Do you think this is a long enough duration to be brought into the room and have a check up, clean and fluoride application? No? Well avoid this practice because that's how long they spent doing all this for me. Whilst the dentist was quickly cleaning my teeth she was also distracted saying goodbye to colleagues as they passed by the door and whilst doing so knocked my teeth with the instrument a couple of times. At the end she said 'all done' and whisked me out the door. I had to ask the receptionist if it was normal practice for them to not comment on the 'check up' to let me know the state of my teeth? Was brought back in for a 1 minute discussion and felt that i was really putting them out by asking them to do their job. AVOID. IN REPLY TO THEIR REPLY: YOU KNOW VERY WELL THAT I WAS BROUGHT IN AT 4:45 PM AND WAS OUT IN RECEPTION BY 4: 57 PM. THE FACT THEY THEY ARE LYING SAYS A LOT. They also didn't mention anything about the check up until I asked reception if they were meant to.
