Fantastic experience: My wife referred me to BMP and as usual i tend to get selective hearing when taking instructions from the wife - however i am glad i listened to her this time. The entire experience at Beenleigh Market Place Dental was great. Rachel and her team from the front desk were great - nothing seemed to be an issue. Dr Michelle treated me today. She is an absolute professional and believe me - she knows her job. Its a good feeling when the Doctor and her team are genuine humans and know what they're doing in the treatment room. From day 1 Dr Alina was amazing, came in for a consultation she was very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options to suit my budget , we made a plan and in no time I had 4 amazing veneers to go with the rest of my natural teeth, she was extremely passionate about getting my teeth perfect for me, cleaned, whitened and repaired my natural teeth and put 4 veneers on the front and kept that perfect natural look. Fantastic experience: Booked me in for an emergency visit within a timely manner. I even called the morning of to see if they could squeeze me in earlier due to any cancellations and they did! I get very anxious going to the dentist as I have had a couple of poor experiences, if you’re the same as me don’t worry! Fantastic experience: I had long Covid and could not lay flat on the dentist chair so I was not able to visit any dentist for a long time. My dental health deteriorated and one particular tooth, my left lower molar, was causing me too much pain after the filling was dislodged. I had an emergency dental appointment for a filling last week but the dentist who did it advised that if the pain persists, to have the tooth taken out. The pain persisted, causing me many sleepless nights, so I sought help from Beenleigh Marketplace Dental which kindly gave me an emergency appointment yesterday (19/02/25). I was initially very stressed as not only this appointment was with another dentist, but I also had a “not very good” experience with the previous one. Thankfully, DR. ALINA was not only very kind and reassuring, but she was also very gentle and clearly a very experienced dentist. While I was mentally preparing for the tooth to be extracted, I was quite shocked when Dr Alina showed it to me. She had already taken it out BUT I DID NOT EVEN FEEL IT! Sorry for this long post but I just want everyone to know, especially those who are scared of dentists, that DR ALINA is the BEST DENTIST around and I’ve ever had (and I’ve been under the care of many). Thank you so much Dr Alina ❤️. I slept like a baby overnight after my tooth extraction yesterday ☺️

On top of that, I was in serious pain and originally had my appointment booked 14 days away. After two phone calls they took care of me within 2 days! Walked in and they got straight to work. Honestly couldn't be happier with the service here, from the great front reception all the way to the dental surgeon. Customer service is second to none!

From reception through to Dr Vincent and Sharnee they were great with me. I have a real phobia about going to the dentist… trust me a real bad phobia. I have moved recently to the area and was very nervous about finding a suitable Dentist. I read some awesome Google reviews about the practice and this influenced why I chose to see them. I have happy gas given to me when it’s required, previously at my latest dentist I had to have the twilight treatment. I was called on time at 10am by a really young looking lad, I thought…” oh no, they have given me the student for the cheaper price!!”. Fantastic experience: The receptionist are amazing. I contacted them over the weekend and got call saying to come in. Lovely ladies, thank you for your fast reply and action. I saw Dr Tim Chin today, he was absolutely amazing. I’m very teeth sensitive and usually get the shakes and sweats. Dr Tim took his time and gave me the right amount of numbing before procedure started, and I didn’t feel a thing even when he went digging. Highly recommended Dr Chin.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vincent, Sitara and Rachel made the teeth whitening process the most fun I've had at a dentist clinic. I was able to write on my phone to chat with them during the whole process so it all went super quick, the teeth look amazing and they were very helpful throughout the whole process, explaining each part and taking a lot of care with each step. Fantastic experience: Honestly an absolutely amazing dentist practice, as someone who went many years in my 20's with 0 dental care due to anxiety, this amazing clinic truly makes it so very easy to come in and feel heard, safe and truly the best dental care I have ever had. I've seen a couple dentists there now and all super duper happy with bedside manner(chairside manner aha?) and the work they produce. Fantastic experience: Dr. Vincent, Dr. Stephenie and team are very skilled in handing children and are able to treat my kids with minimal fear, even for dufficult procedures that were previously declined by another dentist. We sought advice from various dentists in Brisbane and Gold Coast, but we were fortunate to find them eventually.
