Fantastic experience: All of the staff that I spoke to were extremely friendly. No one likes going to the dentist, but at least limestone dental makes it a comfortable experience.

Negative experience: Booked an online appointment to turn up next morning and be told the appointment had been given to someone else. Was told I can sit and wait and no estimate on how long it would be. Very unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Dr. Peter Tsai is AMAZING! If you're afraid of dental work, Dr.Peter Tsai is your dentist. He is kind and very gentle. I have a phobia of dentists, and I will continue to be treated by him. He is your dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: The staff here are absolute legends! Just recently picked up full time work and was struggling to get a time to get an orthodontic issue fixed. Walked in to enquire and they squeezed me in not even 5 minutes later. The dentist was thorough and gentle and I couldn't reccomend any more. The only downside was the price as I still paid an $150 gap despite having private health cover half of my bill. The service was well worth the price so I can't really fault them on that. I will be a repeat patient!

Fantastic experience: Unexpectedly check up my dental care 40min earlier that was great!!! And an assistant was a friendly manner with smile to led me, and my new dentist, Dr. Peter Tsai was starting with small chatting to break the ice, then my dental care work. Efficient, quick, and looking forward to 6 months check up in July. In very personally, am so glad that he is not a Chinese, Dr.Tsai is Taiwanese descendent, I prefer non Chinese origin, so all fine....indeed. Dr Phoebe was brilliant in quickly assessing the treatment necessary. The cost was very reasonable. I look forward to returning to Limestone Dental for future dental work.

Let me know the not great news about the state of my teeth (not surprising at all tbh) in a very considered way. Had a range of options ready for me to consider - depending on my financial situation, which they didn't ask about. Just gave the options for me to consider without any pressure. Answers all my questions simply and clearly. Very approachable. I like them Feel I'm in very good hands.

Fantastic experience: It's always a pleasure coming to LDG with the family for their dental checkup. Dr Lupton has made them feel at ease from when they were young children to young adults.All the staff are polite and helpful in finding appointment times to suit.

In all the time never once has there been a time I've been unhappy with my appointment and that includes the clerical staff as well. Dr Tejal Kothari is excellent always very helpful and explains everything well, I have been going to her since she started for my 6 monthly check ups and anything else I have needed done.
