Fantastic experience: Been my regular clinic since Covid when they were able to squeeze me in for a bad toothache, honestly can’t fault them! I got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was a good experience, and they always do a great job with my 6 monthly cleans. Got my partner to start going here as well and he’s been extremely happy with them too. They’re also great with kids! My 3yo had a super positive first visit with the dentist and was over the moon with her free toothbrush!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday the old filling of my front teeth fell off at night, and right in the morning Purity Dental staff put her best effort to get me an appointment almost straight away! They gave me a 'new patient' gift which I thought was very kind. Getting my teeth fixed has been a dream of mine for many years but ive always been to scared and have put it off. From the moment i called purity dental i felt at ease. Fantastic experience: Purity Dental in Mulgrave is the most professional and caring dental practice I’ve visited. I’ve had treatment from two different dentist here and they’ve both been fantastic. The quality of care is second to none, and they make you feel completely at ease. My procedures have all been totally painless. I have recently undergone removal of all four wisdom teeth, as well as another molar, and Paul made the whole thing a breeze. I’m in my second day of recovery, I’m in minimal discomfort and I feel like I’m well on the mend, this is way less painful than I’d expected. If you’re nervous about dental visits, this is the place you should attend. Dr Angie has been awesome too, she’s been my primary Dentist. She’s informative, kind and efficient. The reception staff and the dental assistants here all make the process so easy. The prices are reasonable, they really understand, empathise, and care about their patients needs. Fantastic experience: I chose to start my dental journey with Purity Dental last year for their sedation dentistry as I have a massive fear of the dentists and required a lot of work done. Each visit I was made to feel extremely welcomed and relaxed. Just recently I underwent my procedures and I am so happy, 1 with the results so far and 2 for the fact I have barely any recollection of it at all lol! Everyone from the amazing receptionists (who I personally dealt with) Skye and Kimberly to Dr Kristy and her assistant were attentative, informative and very professional. I also must make a special mention to Dr Kevin who has been with me for my root canal/crown and next my partial plate. He is professional, kind, patient, caring and made me feel at ease and informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend Purity Dental to anyone who has a dental phobia.

She’s helped me work through my life long fear of the dentists chair where my teeth would get worse because I avoided the dentist until it was REALLY bad (who remembers the traumatic ‘dental vans’ from the 90’s ?) With her kindness, support and shame free approach, we worked through my teeth for years and today the only thing I need to do is a regular clean. I am stoked!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff and great service. Very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is quite calm and comforting for those who aren't comfortable with going to the dentist. Receptionist staff are very kind and patient. Would highly recommend their service, the dentists are fantastic, understanding and explain answers to questions very well. Edit: I wanted to add that I’ve also done my wisdom teeth removal here, quick procedure with sedative, very safe, clean and healed up real quick. Negative experience: Post only got updated now: this happened start of covid times Be aware I been seeing Dr Angie for 5 years now and there was one episode which undone all her work. I'll try and cut a long story short, but basically first appointment was in December for a filling, I called up in pain with the same tooth in January so booked an appointment in for some time in March/April. The receptionist calls me a day before my appointment to confirm, I asked the receptionist if they were affected by COVID19 and they were running still, and she confirmed "Yes running as per normal" I went into appointment and they checked my temperature to see if I didn't have Corona virus symptoms (which I didn't). Went into room and Dr Angie checked to confirm that it was the same tooth and then halfway through she says "It's the same tooth and will need to remove filling and re do it, however I won't be able to do anything today because I can't drill into the tooth due to mist and possibly spreading germs due to COVID19" so I asked will I be charged for this and she said it will just be the consultation fee of $75 (which I wouldn't of paid if I was getting work done). I said to them why should I have to pay because I wouldn't of come in if I knew that you couldn't do any work, and you should of told me when I clearly asked you on the phone if you were affected by COVID19. There response was Angie still talked to you about what needs to be done so consultation fee still remains. Then they lied to me saying I discussed the consultation fee with them over the phone which I clearly did not.

Fantastic experience: Dr Angie was awesome honestly. I had pictures of my mouth taken, and a full set of X-rays done before I even realised what was happening. Maybe 10 minutes in the chair? It was over so fast and she was really friendly and gentle. She pulled up a chair next to the monitor and explained everything in detail about work I probably should get done and didn't rush through it making sure I asked any questions or concerns that I had. My teeth are not in great shape (I know) but she wasn't judgey at all like some dentists can be. I'll be getting all of my work done here. Also they have TV's on the roof while you get work done!

Fantastic experience: I haven't had a check up in years and was long overdue. I read previous reviews online and worked in the area so Purity Dental would be the most convenient location to visit. Prior to arriving i was very anxious as i haven't had a check up in a long time. Upon entry i was greeted by reception whom were kind and responsive and even offered a welcome gift. I was seen by Kristy who examed me and thoroughly explained to me the process. She offered good customer service and was knowledgeable and provided several treatment recommendation. Overall, i walked out very comfortable and was happy to re-book a second appointment to come back. Highly recommend to visit for your dental needs. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Purity Dental since 2014. The team are amazing! Kim at the front desk is absolutely beautiful inside and out, and goes above and beyond, notthing is too much trouble. The building, facilities and equipment are a very high standard, ultra clean and inviting. The clinican's are personable, kind and talented. They communicate so well and are transparent and professional. Dr. Paul transformed my smile and I'm enternally grateful. My oral health is well looked after at Purity Dental. I relocated far away from the clinic but still travel for all my care because the clinic is simply fabulous in every way!

Fantastic experience: The Purity Dental team have always provided a great personable service. They're friendly and very helpful. Value for money is ok - can be a bit pricey but the quality of dental work justifies it.

Fantastic experience: Dr Paul and the team are outstanding, they always go the extra mile. The level of professionalism and care is second to none. I am beyond thrilled with the results I achieved (and I was not an easy case!). Dr Paul performed surgery (multiple implants) and straightened and enhanced my smile with veneers. If you are thinking if you should book a consult don’t hesitate, you will probably wished you had done it sooner!

Fantastic experience: Purity Dental in Police Road, Mulgrave - One of the best dental experiences my family and I have had. Staff were very friendly and accommodating when booking appointments. My Dentist (Dr. Angie) was super professional and did a great job and explained everything to me before doing the work. Always did her best to make sure I was comfortable with all the process and procedures. The supporting team (dental nurses) in attendance was polite and well trained. The dental treatment room was also spacious and well-lit. Would highly recommend - One of the best dental Clinic in Eastern/South Eastern Melbourne!
