Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Delight Dental Spa for the past 6 years, and I can’t recommend them enough—especially for families with neurodivergent children. Dr. Joshua Massad has been absolutely amazing with my son Austin, who is autistic and has sensory sensitivities. Dr. Massad is incredibly patient and gentle, always taking the time to build trust and rapport. He never rushes through appointments and finds ways to help Austin go a little further with each visit, whether it’s sitting in the chair longer or trying a new tool. Along with Dr. Alice Hoang, who has also been wonderful, the team consistently makes Austin feel welcome and supported. Both Dr. Hoang and Dr. Massad truly understand and accommodate his needs, which means the world to us. On top of that, both my husband and I have completed Invisalign treatments with Dr. Hoang and are really happy with the results. The care, professionalism, and attention to detail have been exceptional across the board. The reception team is always warm, welcoming, and accommodating—nothing is ever too much trouble. Fantastic experience: Had horrible wisdom tooth pains for a week, decided to do something about it & booked a consultation with Delight Dental - could not be happier! When I had my consult, they were able to X-ray the tooth & even offered to remove it the same day! it was fast, easy & affordable & I no longer have any issues with that tooth. Fantastic experience: As soon as I walked-in their clinic, I enjoyed the modern and clean atmosphere from the foyer through to each individual dentists’ room. Completely furnished with modern equipments for the comfort and use of patients Very welcoming , friendly caring and supportive staff and dentists. Most of all, you are given your privacy and be alone with your dentist when photos of your teeth issues are shown and types of treatments discussed. . As someone who used to dread the dentist, I could not recommend Delight Dental Spa enough (and more specifically, Josh - although admittedly he is the only dentist at the clinic that I have seen). The appointment itself was excellent. Dr George is very gentle, yet thorough, an excellent communicator, and highly professional. The assistant, Riza, was very skilled as well. Negative experience: Mostly a nightmare. Fee after fee, receipt after receipt with inaccurate descriptions. What a pain to sort out when it comes to handing it to my accountant and having all these separate charges. I had expressed interest in a payment plan at the beginning and no one followed up with myself. On the day had to put over $6000 on my credit card which I am unable to now pay off this month...

Fantastic experience: I’ve had the best dental experience at this clinic! I initially came in for Invisalign while still visiting my usual dentist for check-ups in another area where I used to live. Since that area is now too far for me, I decided to do my next check-up here. The Invisalign treatment with Dr. Josh was already a pleasant experience, but the check-up took it to the next level. While getting my teeth cleaned and watching a wildlife documentary on their ceiling TV, I discovered the chair I was sitting in was also a massage chair! True to its name, Delight Dental Spa really delivers on comfort. Dr. Josh is also incredibly friendly and easy to chat with, making you feel genuinely cared for throughout the visit. Not only that, the dental assistants and receptionists are equally kind and patient. I’m so happy this dental clinic exists in Mascot!

Fantastic experience: I wish I could leave 10 stars ! I couldn’t recommend Dr. Jessy Dong and the whole team at Delight Dental Spa anymore. I got 10 porcelain veneers. She explained the process and cost so thoroughly. She is super gentle, understanding and a great listener. She ticked all of my boxes with what I wanted for my smile. All the dental assistants are so understanding and polite.

Negative experience: Made an enquiry once about their Invisalign costs. They said they charge for their first consultation to provide a quote (which many other practices offer for free). I told the lady I wasn’t interested however they kept harassing me with phone calls even a few weeks after. I had to block their number so they would stop calling me.

Fantastic experience: These guys are amazing.. I went to them one day before Easter with significant pain. Quick consultation in the morning. Everything super professional. From the beginning everything was explained to me. The same day afternoon a quick surgery; two wisdom teeth extracted. I was super stressed, people at place made me calm, instructed me what is going to happen. Everything done without any pain. Fantastic experience: Came in today to get a lower tooth filling replaced - tooth had been sore for many days. Dr George and his assistant Heidi really took my Dental experience to another level. Usually have had difficulty getting numb, but this wasn't the case today. I felt like my concerns were taken seriously and his approach and investigations were very thorough and smooth. Glad to have found a great Dentist in Sydney - will be back.

Then I found Delight Dental Spa and was impressed with the reviews and their profile on the website. So, I decided to book for both of us with Dr. Alice. And yes, we had an amazing experience, especially for myself, who is pretty nervous about dental treatment. Dr. Alice, Dr. George, and Dr. Berwyn are so incredible, they have treated us very gently, patiently and professionally. All the discussions, treatment plans, procedures, and results are well explained and fast, most importantly we felt so comfortable during the treatment. Fantastic experience: Have been going to here since 2021. I’ve never happy to visit a dentist until delight dental spa. They have such a calm and relaxing atmosphere that settles any nerves. They have looked after fillings, wisdom teeth and now I have just finished a course of aligners. The process was very smooth and professional. Fantastic experience: As a kid I was always afraid of going to the dentist. It all changed since visiting delight dental spa. From the front of house to the professional dentists I’ve dealt with, especially Dr Josh and Dr George. They make you feel at ease and are very professional and experienced at what they do.
