Negative experience: Very disappointed in the level of transparency- whether surgery was required or not, how the costs of the procedure (including all additional expenses such as mobile anaesthesia) compared with other service providers) I’ve decided to take my family elsewhere where I can feel more confident that I’m getting genuine advice without over servicing.

Fantastic experience: I attended Bull Creek Dental for a mandibular advancement splint insert and it is the best thing I have done for my sleep. I would much rather use this than an invasive CPAP machine throughout the night. Dentist and staff really care for the patient and run through a number of scenarios prior to committing.

Negative experience: Had three wisdom teeth removed under sedation. Very thorough communication pre-op and follow up. I had minimal bruising and swelling and pain meds received on the day were adequate to cover my pain.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to see Dr. Ash for my 6 monthly clean and check up. I got to experience the new 'Airflow' clean - which I enjoyed far more then the normal ultra sonic clean; there is no high frequency sound. I'm finding it's also making me be more on top of my oral hygiene because I'm in competition with the disclosing dye that shows where you miss when you brush. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Bull Creek Dental. I had a clean/check and I can honestly say my teeth have never looked brighter. The deep cleaning was done using a warm water spraying device which was a far gentler experience than I've had before. No toe curling or pain!! Everyone was so lovely and I have definitely found my forever practice....I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough AA++

Fantastic experience: Dr. Prayas is by far one of the most professional and kind-hearted dentists I’ve ever met. He took the time to explain every step of the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. Fantastic experience: I recently saw Charity at Bullcreek Dental for my hygiene appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She used the Airflow technology for my clean, which is fantastic—especially if you suffer from sensitivity or staining. Charity was able to remove all the staining that other dentists hadn’t been able to tackle before. I'm really pleased with the results and found her to be incredibly gentle and professional throughout the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Went to Dr. Tashmita Dhiman with a toothache. She was professional, empathetic, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. Most importantly, she got me out of pain quickly. Highly recommend her!
Fantastic experience: Very nice place to go if your teeth need some help :) Doctor Ash and her very sweet assistants (unfortunately I forgot the names) were so sweet to me. I got a “funny” reaction on anaesthesia and they supported me through the whole recovery process. Very professional. Doctor Ash also adjusted to my high tolerance to anaesthesia and worked very quick to make sure I will go through the whole treatment process with a comfort (almost got it throughout the whole process).

Positive experience: I went to this practice with 2 objectives - (1) to address my gum receding concern and (2) to get my teeth aligned. I was assured that Invisalign would help with my gum health. Invisalign upfront cost - AUD8,000. Aftercare set cost another thousand. The whole process cost me around 10k in total. Lacking in communication and attention to detail. I felt that the dental team did not have my best interest at heart. The whole experience has been disappointing. Recommendations - If you’re after Invisalign, go to an orthodontist instead to get value for your money and more effective professional care. If you have concerns with gum health, go to a periodontist instead.

Negative experience: Amy is good! But the reception has a bad attitude and is careless! I filled tooth last June, but they randomly swiped my HBF card and used up my husband's $800 limit. As a result, when my husband was preparing to do the treatment in December, he found that this year's benefit had been used up. After checking, he found that they had swiped it away. When I contacted them, After discussing with the boss, the result is no solution and I'm left to cover the losses that my husband weren't covered by insurance last year.

Fantastic experience: I came in to see the lovely Dr Ash after noticing tenderness on some teeth she was super kind and straight forward about what to do going forward. I came in and got two fillings and then they fit me in with Dr Prayas the next day for the other two. Dr Ash seen me in the waiting room and checked in how I was feeling from the day before. Dr Prayas did my fillings and spoke with me about getting my wisdom teeth removed and booked me in for a consultation and clean on the Friday. The staff here are supper lovely and create a welcoming and comforting environment that makes me actually want to visit the Dentist

Checks in whilst doing his work which was great because normally you need to swollow but they forget to check in. Nice people all round.

Fantastic experience: Our son has always been extremely nervous of the dentist. Recently we had to book an emergency appointment for him which resulted in the need for him to have a root canal. All the admin staff, dental assistants and dentists were sensational with him. They have been understanding of his fears and helped him through the process with confidence. As a first time patient with relatively complex dental needs, on arrival I was made to feel extremely comfortable and the staff were professional, pleasant and helpful.
