Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr. Yuen-ee at this clinic, and if I had to describe her in one word, it would be "trustworthy." Another clinic had recommended two fillings, but unsure of their advice I sought a second opinion from Dr. Yuen-ee based on a friend’s recommendation. She took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth and explained that the fillings were unnecessary. I also needed a crown, which she handled expertly. Everyone at the clinic, Maryam (Dr. Yuen-ee’s assistant), the reception staff and the incredibly friendly manager, were professional and welcoming. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: After years of silly neglect I finally got the courage to get my smile back. Get my eating back…… and some confidence. After chatting with Peter and getting solid, honest advice about ways to go I took the plunge. A full upper plate and work on bottom set of teeth was needed. Negative experience: As I looked at all the reviews of different dentists near me, Kellyville Smiles stand out the best. The people working there are very friendly and the place is otherwise neat. I went there with a concern of a broken tooth on my lower jaw. I got the broken tooth fixed and they offered to change my old fillings for a good price, as they were next to each other(my front tooth and the one next to it). I’ve always trusted dentists and everything seemed okay at first, so I accepted their offer. One month later, I started to feel little pain on my front tooth(on Tuesday) and went in for a check up on Thursday. They explained to me that the nerves of lower and upper jaw are connected and the pain can go from up to down, so they checked the broken tooth, did the cold test etc, wrote me out prescription pain killers and told me to come back when the pain gets worse. I woke up on Saturday morning with extreme pain on my front tooth, couldn’t eat anything, was very sensitive to hot and cold. As it was a long weekend till Monday, I couldn’t really see a dentist on Saturday, so I kept eating the pain killers and waited for Tuesday. On Tuesday I contacted them and they told me there weren’t any doctors there, but the pain was unbearable and I had to get them checked the same day. I went to another close by dentist that found out that the root of my tooth had died and they did root treatment, but the infection was really bad, they sent me over to a endodontist. Kellyville Smiles never contacted me back to check up on my situation, only got one call to get them an appointment for the next days, so I feel like they don’t really care for their customers health. Over there they told me that they’ve gone too close to the root, which made my tooth die, also they found out that I need root treatment on the second tooth that they changed the filling on, but on that one the nerves were still alive. I got quoted 4.6k for two teeth. In conclusion, about 6k AUD for two teeth in total.

Fantastic experience: Kellyville smiles is a fantastic practice, I’ve been visiting for years for my regular checks for me and my family and I always received professional care. Lately I had to do a few fillings after the latest regular check. I have been informed with the situation of every tooth and the recommended action as well as when it’s recommended to be fixed and I was provided with a treatment plan. Dr. Peter and the Hygienist Natalie explained everything to me and gave me the choice to proceed accordingly or not. I have subsequently planned my treatment visits and every time I had a great experience and was informed every step of the way. I will continue coming to Kellyville Smiles for my dental care.

Negative experience: I don’t know how this place got all 5 star reviews but my experience with them has been horrible. I’m writing this review a year after the procedure that my wife went through. In 2023 July, took my wife to get a cavity filled and they recommended a root canal done and she came back home with side of the mouth swollen. We didn’t complaint much but thought it was because the tooth was infected. The woman who did the surgery gave strong pain killers but the swelling didn’t go down for 3 days or so. We went again as per their recommendation to re do antibiotics for the 2nd time and a week later it came out partially. 3rd visit they did the permanent filling and at this point whole thing had cost us close to 2 grand but it was done as per this dentist. Yesterday, almost a year later. Half of that tooth broke while she was eating a dorito. Now wife is in pain again and she went to a different dentist, they said the whole tooth is compromised structurally because of the previous procedure and hence why it broke. Not we don’t have any other option but get a crown done which will cost similar or more. I cannot recommend this place even to an enemy of mine. Too much pain and disappointment.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with the customer service today with the receptionist regarding a follow up on an orthodontic appointment for my son. I didn’t catch her name. However, she was extremely rude. Peter and his staff are usually very attentive and helpful, but today, this receptionist (who I believe is new), called with a very unpleasant approach. She is not answering the questions that I am asking, and I was overall appalled by her tone and attitude.

Fantastic experience: I had been avoiding a dentist visit from years now due to a previous bad experience. However, Dr Peter was wonderful. He fixed my bad tooth beautifully with minimal pain. The crown for my root canal was ready within the day and fitted well. Dr Peter was also very patient with all my questions, presented different options, gave me a clear treatment plan and did his best to assuage my fear of dentists.

Fantastic experience: My Treatment Plan with Kellyville Smiles over the last 2 years was exceptional with Dr Peter leading my procedures. Throughout the process Dr Peter, Maya and his team were very attentive, listening to any concerns I had and always providing various treatment options. This was very refreshing as I never once felt pressured into a procedure with him explaining all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an informed decision. Throughout my treatment I had 2 x Implants, Teeth Whitening, Invisalign for over a year, Crown replacement, Veneer, Wisdom Teeth Removal and Gum Contouring. I am very happy with the final result, and it has given me my confidence back being in my mid 20s. Both Kelly and the Practice Manager Marise were lovely and very accommodating with scheduling. If you need a consult or even a clean, I recommend this practice as they really do care about their patients.

My children had Invisalign done here without any problems with on time perfect results. They also had the best affordable price compared to other quotes I got. He was so informative & positive that he can achieve an amazing result… this made me trust in him to finally take that step, he explains every single stage you will need to go through and makes sure your comfortable along the way. Fantastic experience: Perfect staffs, amazing and professional dentists and dental hygiene. I highly recommended this amazing professional dental clinic to do both minor and major dental procedures. I’ve done 8 fillings, my mom done 2 fillings and cleansing and my dad done root canal and crown with them (Dr. Peter & Mrs. Maya which was our best dental experience of my life and had no issues after that. My father done fillings, root canal and crown and the best highlighted part was that Dr. Peter had done all of these at the same day and it didn’t take few days to make the crown like other dentists. They have very new updated instruments and system to make the crown at the same day in their own lab which made our crown experience very suitable and as easy as minor procedure. Huge thanks to Dr. Peter and Mrs. Maya that made my parents and I dental procedures so easy and convenient. I also should mention that their prices are very reasonable and fair, their materials are the best too.
