Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Sure Dental for the past seven months, during which I underwent multiple treatments across 15 visits. From start to finish, the experience has been very positive. The level of professionalism and care provided by the entire team is truly impressive. A special mention goes to Kylie, who worked extensively on my case alongside Dr. Michael Ghobrial. Their supportive approach made every visit comfortable and reassuring. Just one of many examples, when Kylie would let me to borrow one of their consultation rooms when I had to jump into a work meeting right after an appointment. Another thing that stood out was Dr. Ghobrial’s willingness to pause treatment whenever I had concerns and ensure that every question was addressed before proceeding. This level of patient-centered care gave me complete confidence in the process. Sure Dental offers a premium experience, and in my opinion, it is worth every cent for the quality and peace of mind you receive. I definitely recommend Sure Dental to anyone seeking top-tier dental care.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Where to start! After a lifetime of neglecting my teeth with coffee, cigarettes, eating disorders and less than ideal oral hygiene my teeth were literally on their way out! I have had many root canals, crowns and implants including one really bad one which just happened to be my front tooth, that made me feel just as self conscious as if I had a gap there. My experiences with dentists haven’t always been great. Dr Gobrial and his team, right from the very first appointment 18mths ago have been incredible. No quick fixes but an overall solution which has not only given me a result which looks better than I could have expected but is also going to be functional and long lasting. For the first time I decades I can smile without feeling like I need to hide my teeth! I can’t express how thankful I am to have found Dr Gobrial and Sure Dental and I would 1000% recommend anyone who needs dental care to go and see them.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has had traumatic experiences at previous dentists, the team at Sure Dental are the best. The whole fam now goes here. Both our kids love going to the dentist now. Headphones and Netflix to watch while you have your dental work done. They offer a warm blanket and stress ball if needed. Parents get a cup of tea/coffee while kids are treated. And post my treatment, warm face washer to wipe my face and a little goody bag with lip balm. I see Dione and she always does some lip balm before she starts to help prevent cracked lips. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Best dentist practice I have ever been to and since finding them 3 years ago i have moved but still drive an hour to see them every 6 months as there is no one better in my opinion. They always remember me and my medical requirements, fix my splint when my dog thinks its fun to chew and when using the water and suction they are always on the ball and never make it uncomfortable. There is never excess water in your mouth, it's amazing. If there was an award for how well you used and positioned tools including the suction wand, it would definitely go to Summer and Amy. Their technique is always pain free, quick and comfortable, nothing is ever a problem. The entire team is just lovely. I also had crowns put in about 3 years ago by Dr Michael Gohbriel and they are still like brand new, pain free, 100% Aussie and he always checks in on every single appointment

Fantastic experience: Anyone looking for an overhaul in their smile, teeth or gums, this is the best place I've EVER been to. So professional and go that extra mile to make you feel #1 whilst you're there. Personal touches like knowing when you are arriving and opening the door; selections of juice or water/lip balms when you finish and a selection of shows on the overhead TV to choose from. All make the experience one that isn't scary. Perfect for kids or us scaredy-cats!

You are not rushed or pressured when in the chair, again treating you like you are their only patient and you really don’t want the dental experience to end! With follow up calls the next day after major work, this is an important part of their service to ensure all is well and any advice/questions are answered – just sensational! Then a month later depending on what you have had done or are doing with your at home treatments, just fantastic above and beyond care inside and outside your visits. We travel over an hour to get to Sure Dental however wouldn’t mind how long it took, it’s like visiting family, they give you that warm and fuzzy feeling, they exude dental passion …. this is the Sure experience and we highly recommend! 10/10+++++

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with my smile journey with Sure Dental. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The amount of care, attention and support I received was certainly above and beyond my expectations. I actually attended consultations with five other dentists before I decided on Dr Ghobrial. Sure Dental was the second practice I'd visited and no other dentist offered the same high quality customer service. What attracted me to Sure Dental was the attention to the patient's comfort: comfy pillows, fluffy blankets, big over-ear headphones, netflix on the TV. If I was going to be visiting the dentist's office often over the next two years, these things mattered to me. Also, the chairs in the waiting room were so comfy! The reason I chose Dr Ghobrial was that he was genuinely interested in my case, and wanted to involve me in the vision for my final smile. He asked me about my experience and preference for how I wanted to improve my smile (Invisalign? Braces? Resin bonding? Veneers?). He encouraged me to ask questions and was always honest and upfront whenever I had concerns. When I decided on Invisalign, he clearly spent a lot of time considering my smile. He actually gave me five or six different options for my Invisalign journey and we made the final decision together. I really appreciated that Dr Ghobrial viewed my treatment as a collaboration. My overall experience with the team at Sure Dental was fantastic and I cannot fault a single thing. Everyone there seems genuinely happy to come to work, and my mood instantly improved when I walked through the door. The communication with the team was clear and transparent. I always got a quick response to my emails, and they were always quick to answer the phone. I always received a reminder when I had an appointment upcoming, and the team actually asked me if I wanted to opt-in for reminders to make payments after we set up my payment plan. Fantastic experience: I can Highly recommend Sure Dental . My experience started with a tooth abscess and my usual dental surgery had closed. I was seen that afternoon and the treatment commenced and thankfully after root canal and crown my tooth.was saved thanks to a wonderful team. My other teeth had seen better days and 1960s dentistry so were given THE treatment . Which included crowns and laminates i now have a great pearly white smile. Thankyou SureDental team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Ghobrial is an incredibly knowledgeable and thorough dentist. He was quickly able to identify issues with my teeth that other dentists had missed. Whilst this has lead to some uncomfortable moments in the chair, his diligence has almost certainly saved 3 teeth that otherwise were at risk of being extracted. Dr Ghobrial's staff are warm, friendly and super capable. There's clearly a strong workplace culture , which is most refreshing. The whole family now attend the practice too!!
