Fantastic experience: My first visit to the clinic and I will definitely return. The receptionist was very helpful. Due to the amount of doctors rostered on the Sunday the waiting period was not long at all. The doctor was very understanding and assisted me in my concerns and condition. As a professional vocalist this is very important, he listened and gave great medical advice. Very grateful

Negative experience: It’s been very rough and disappointing experience for me. I had blood test and ultrasound of my elbow and visit the doctor Arun Kumar to release the report on my our medical account and he said I have no time to release it and go to reception they will do. I went to reception and asked to release my reports she said I’ve no access. It was long wait to see the Dr. and he clearly said I’ve no time.

Negative experience: Doctors don't want to be there. Waste of time, to diagnose really issues, don't come here. If you want a quick visit to give you the OK with no tests taken, this is the place for you.

Negative experience: This clinic has a horrible queue system that needs to be sorted out. Aiming for a particular GP, we came in 30 mins before the GP checked in. We have to wait for 3hrs and still on queue #4. How is it possible? You have to explain this further Our Medical. Lucky i still gave you 1-star. You don't even deserve it. The patient is dying and still has to wait. Very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: Place was unorganised and could not give clear instructions we had to go back into the clinic several times before they actually gave any information that was useful, giving us numbers to call that we can’t even book with…we ultimately went to a different clinic. They were very unprofessional

Negative experience: I waited over 2 hours at this clinic, only to find out I was never even checked in. Extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. Also you can’t check in, or take the appointment over the phone or through online unless you don’t come to the clinic. Terrible experience

Negative experience: Most GPs here are quite professional and knowledgeable except for Dr Shaharia Sultana. My elderly dad was just after medication scripts and was asked to pay the maximum amount ($150) as he is not eligible for Medicare. We don't mind paying however, it is important to show caring attitude from a healthcare provider.

Negative experience: Terrible service, waited for 2 hours and then i have been told that i need to wait again at the end of the queue, they need to have speakers and a better calling system for patients if they are choosing them instead of hospitals

Fantastic experience: This clinic has lots of Drs available that have excellent knowledge and can be trusted with your health care needs. I came to this clinic without having an appointment and didnt have to wait long the receptionist was very helpful in letting me know how many patients were before me . I also found it handy that pathology radiology and the chemist are all in the same building making it very convenient

Fantastic experience: This is what we need. Bulk billed, opening hours is superb, staff are polite, spacious, good location. Thank you for your service.

Negative experience: There are only 2 competent doctors at this clinic, the rest could not give a rats behind about their patients and its disgusting. This is what happens with a broken health system where there is zero oversight or accountability in regards to GPs.

Negative experience: Horrible service and lack of concern at anytime I’ve ever attended. Doctors are too text book and don’t listen to your concerns. The chemist there on the other hand has excellent knowledge and customer service. No point trading till 10pm when you only have two doctors on. Pointless service Unfortunately this clinic isn’t for me anymore

Negative experience: Dr Yaraghi is very unprofessional, I came to him to fill a form and was confused and questioned him about one section of the form, he replied “I’m a doctor I would know”, power tripping me as a patient, when all I wanted was an explanation. Clearly he didn’t know as he never answered my question! Better off spending some $$ to see a more professional doctor elsewhere. Apart from this the receptionist girl was nice

Fantastic experience: There’s one reason I gave this clinic a 10/10, and it’s the lovely lady receptionist who worked here today. This clinic is my go-to, and I really appreciate the doctors’ efforts in keeping us all healthy and safe. But today, there was this 90-year-old lady who came in. I was waiting as a patient, and the receptionist went above and beyond to help her. She got her a wheelchair, took her to the nurse, and then took care of all the other patients. Which indeed made me feel, how much effort health care workers do to make us feel comfortable and safe. Amazing work team.

Negative experience: I’ve tried calling the reception and radiology departments multiple times during their stated hours, but unfortunately, no one ever answers. It’s really frustrating when you need assistance and can’t get through. I hope they improve their phone response soon.

Negative experience: The waiting time at this clinic is pathetic had 9 i n front after 1 1/2 hours I was still number 6 in line, 3 hours later still waiting they said I’m next it’s ridiculous, I came a long way to see one doctor that is worth seeing, maybe another, but the rest are rude, not knowledgeable even how to respond to a patient, and I tried a few in this clinic at Caroline springs, been coming for the last 2plus years. Not happy with this clinic but very happy with my doctor

Negative experience: Dr Darko is not great do not recommend seeing him. Went in as I’ve been unwell for days and he literally didn’t even check me just said I’ve got a virus and pushed me out the door. Tried to sit there still and explain my symptoms and he still didn’t check me just said you definitely have a virus. Found another dr and they checked me properly and I’ve got a stomach flu. If you want proper care definitely don’t go see this dr. He is useless!!!

Negative experience: unprofessional wait time is unbelievable be prepared to waist 3 plus hrs more on weekends and catch viruses as patients walks in or wait with covid influenza you name it and without mask coughing everywhere selfishness is tooo much ..the place is very dirty looking at their glass around the clinic is disgusting..introduce appointment and more happy staff on so you guys be more organised and you dont have 30 people waiting at the same time ridiculous.. no one answers the phone either even they claim they only answer between 9 and 5 not true and if they answer they are so rude and give you attitude..I think emergency department be faster and more organised then them for sure they need more cleaning and hygiene too dirts everywhere keep a door open for ventilation too ..very very bad place they should be checked..

Negative experience: The wait times at this clinic are beyond ridiculous. If you want to see a specific doctor, be prepared to wait over 2 hrs minimum. Can only recommend one doctor at this clinic that will actually listen and take the time to investigate your concerns. Checked in, received notification 5th in queue. An hour and a half later, now 8th in the queue. In the meantime, the entire waiting room has been seen and left and replaced with new patients. Not ideal if you have sick children. Looking for a new doctor online as I speak!

Negative experience: App does not work correctly so unable to cancel physio appointment. They do not answer the telephone was in hold for over 50 mins so was also unable cancel my appointment by telephone

Fantastic experience: My GP is Dr Leila Keshavarz and Shahabeddin. They are such a very nice doctors. Dr. Leila ans Dr. Shahabeddin always listen us very carefully and always treat us very nicely. Dr. Shahabeddin always warm, caring and compassionate, showing a genuine interest. I highly recommend her to my friends and family. Reception staff experience is not very good. But, Raquel Davlin is such a very very nice lady. She is friendly and very helpful. Thank You raquel and dr. Leila.

Unlike many practitioners who might rush through appointments, Dr. Shahab is patient and attentive, always willing to answer questions and address any concerns I may have. His genuine care and compassion for his patients are evident in the way he listens and responds thoughtfully, making me feel valued and well-cared for throughout my visits.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jecelberth Canillo is consistently accurate in diagnosing illnesses and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. He doesn’t rush and genuinely cares about his patients’ well-being. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and compassionate. Our Medical needs more doctors like him.

Negative experience: Very poor service , no one answers phone calls. Too long to see a doctor. At least they can answer phone calls a bit quicker .

Fantastic experience: The receptionist was friendly and informative, the nurses took.great care dealing with my son who was concussed and the doctor was very informative on what was needed and the next steps.

Negative experience: Waited to get through to reception for 40 mins and no answer, then it was 5pm and my call got disconnected as they don't answer calls after 5pm. Tried calling another day and waited for 64 minutes before giving up. Really? Why should it take that much time for a call to be answered? Went there instead and waited for over an hour only to find out they called our name but we didn't hear. I notice the doctors don't walk to all the areas of the huge waiting room so you don't hear yourself being called. Also the doctors don't really call out loud so they skip you and then you go all the way to the bottom of the list. The app didn't work and didn't advise me that I was being called up. The doctor was ok but the whole process was disappointing. I have already turned some people away from coming here. They need to think of a better way of dealing with patients.

Fantastic experience: Quick turnaround to see the doctor despite of huge rush. It only took 15 minutes of wait! With 9 active doctors at your site, things are super quick.

Fantastic experience: Dr Darko was very understanding and well spoken as well as knowledgeable in menopause issues. Would definitely return to this Dr. The dental receptionist was also outstanding in customer service as was the dentist I saw, Dr Dlir Matty Thank you .

Fantastic experience: Good service. I have visited only once and I had a good experience. They were open even on Anzac Day. After only a 10 min wait, Dr saw us and immediately walked us to the treatment room for immunization. They even ensured that we stay back for 15 mins to ensure any adverse effects haven’t happened due to the injection. All in all, we were served with care and also promptly.

Positive experience: Dr. Shahab is an excellent doc. Respects one and all and the best thing is he hears your issues or concerns and takes the best approach. Dr. Shababddin is an excellent physician. He listens to the patients concern and priscribes the meds and explains what the medication is for. Also, the receptionist working afternoon shift on Easter Monday the 21st April is an asset to "Our Medical" group. She respects one and all and is always professional.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and customer service is really good but it does get busy really quick and longer time wait.

Negative experience: Dr Keerti is highly dismissive. 2nd appointment with this doctor. Tendency to talk over patients and prescribe without listening to everything. Cigarette butts and litter. Even the carpark is cleaner outside.

Fantastic experience: Very convenient medical clinic. Radiology, Pathology and Dental care all in one place. Dr Canillo is highly recommended, delivers a thorough check, appropriate treatment and follow-ups. An easy to talk to doctor.

Negative experience: New to Melbourne and visiting this clinic for the first time, my wife and I had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Arun Kumar. While the staff were kind and helpful, the doctor himself was a complete disappointment—he seemed like he needed a doctor more than we did. My wife clearly informed him that she had a meniscus tear in her right knee, confirmed by an MRI in Singapore. Shockingly, he insisted on a CT scan to check for the tear. When we questioned whether a CT scan could even detect a meniscus tear, he confidently said yes. Throughout the consultation, he mumbled to himself, failed to provide clear answers, and even forgot to prescribe the painkillers he had mentioned. Two days later, when we received the CT scan results, he casually stated that everything was fine and there was no tear. When my wife challenged him, pointing out that meniscus tears don't show up on CT scans, he suddenly admitted she needed an MRI instead. When we asked why he referred a CT scan in the first place, he simply smirked and arrogantly remarked, "We have experience beyond your age—don’t question us." My own consultation was just as frustrating. I’ve been suffering from neck muscle pain for six months, yet despite telling him I had already done X-rays and CT scans with no findings, he still pushed for another CT scan. At this point, I genuinely wonder if excessive CT scan referrals are part of his standard practice—or worse, if he benefits financially from them. Dr. Arun Kumar provided the worst medical experience we have ever had. While I can’t speak for the other doctors at this clinic, I strongly advise others to avoid him specially.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. Did all blood test after 1 week went to see doctor for result . They had no records of test. Had a x ray . Went back to see doctor. Doctor said xray done wrong had to do it again . Worst medical centre in Melbourne

Fantastic experience: Doctor Hossein Yaraghi(GP) is very kind and welcoming, listened with patience that you feel really heard. He was very diligent about his care approach, advise and ordered a quick test to rule out a concern. I left really satisfied with a plan to follow up to resolve some ongoing issues. We need more doctors like him.

Fantastic experience: First time attending as my son needed to see a Dr after several at home dr appointments cancelled. Super Happy with the app and level of care from Dr Mushfique Saleheen ..the wait time wasn't too long either. There's hardly any other medical centres that are opened until 10pm in the area and bulk billing too so I dont know why people are complaining. Radiologist, pharmacy, pathologist, treatment room, dentist etc are all in the one site so it's super convenient. When you call their phone they clearly tell you the hours they pick up phone calls: Mon-fri 9am-5pm... so if you're trying to call all other times, don't expect to reach anyone.

Negative experience: Waited over 3 hours on the phone to ask a simple question and had to end up going down to the centre to ask. My question is why have a phone if you clearly don’t answer it. The whole time I was in the centre the phone didn’t even ring. Furthermore, all of your appointments are walk in therefore it’s not like they are answering the phone to make appointments…. Extremely disappointed. Just disconnect your phone.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrendous wait times and queue management system with incompetent staff. Doctors seem to offering good service.

Fantastic experience: We like Dr Yadanar. Very professional and thorough. We like the facilities too.. . Almost medical facilities we needed are there in Our medical Caroline Springs. Hope Dr. Yadana will be rostered more than 2 days. However other Doctors are great too.

Positive experience: A good clinic and pathology centre. My family and I have been attending here for a few years and have experienced a mix of good and bad doctors, long and short wait times, and the usual issues with finding parking. However, on the balance, this is a good clinic with good doctors (you do have to find ones that you like/work for you) and an excellent pathology centre. The location is convenient, and it is a walk-in clinic so you don’t have to wait for days to schedule a GP appointment but understandably have to be ready to wait for a consult on the day you arrive. We have recently consulted Dr Solomon Nwanze at the clinic and have found him to be excellent.

Fantastic experience: One of the issues with most clinics is the availability of doctors for issues that cannot wait for weeks until the doctors are available. Our Medical solves this problem by making the appointments walk in. The app is very well designed and makes it easy to get appointments with doctors of your choice.

Negative experience: Initially I was glad to get a female Dr but Dr Shaharia Sultana is rude,inpatient, and lacks empathy. Would not visit her again. The other male drs I've visited at the clinic had been fine and only reason this isn't a 1 star.

Negative experience: Absolutely useless doctor. Dr Mushfiquesaleheen had no idea what to do, once he checked my son's ears, he then turned to us and said what would you like me to do. He's the doctor, he should be telling us what needs to be done. Walked out of there with no answers. Absolutely pathetic doctor. Definitely won't see him again.

Fantastic experience: Doctors are knowledgeable and helpful. They addressed all my concerns. Even with very high volume of people, the queue moves fast. Its bulk billed and phone app works great in tracking your spot in the queue.

Negative experience: Shocking experience from Dr Wijeratne, he was so rude the entire consultation and dismissive of my experience/symptoms. I can’t believe how inconsiderate he was. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable seeing a doctor before - and I’ve had some bad ones!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Chris Clerigo. It was my first ever consult with him today and he was extremely thorough. He has great knowledge and was very clear with his explanations as to what could be causing my symptoms. He is very professional and truly cares for his patients. Thankyou Dr Clerigo.

Negative experience: The worst phone experience ever. On hold for 50 min calling from a Specialists rooms trying to chase reports. Why have a dedicated phone line for medical professionals if no one answers it! Advising patients to go elsewhere, this level of service is so unprofessional. Very very poor.

Fantastic experience: Clean, tidy and quick. I went at 9:30am and only waited around 15 minutes. Deserves a higher rating to be honest. I love the queueing through the app and my doctor was very clear and easy to talk to. Definitely, will go again.

Negative experience: Seriously worst clinic on the west side. Downloaded the app and it doesn’t work after a few attempts and then the receptionist finally gave me the form to complete instead. Waited almost 1 hour before get called in. Went in for one minute. Doctor didn’t even take a look at my son and just prescribed antibiotics. Could someone recommend doctors around the west that actually provide proper care to their patients?

Fantastic experience: Great clinic good opening hours my dr Edwin who’s is great and I trust very much I have had to see dr kuma when dr Edwin was away he also a very good doctor and nice man one doctor from the clinic who I’ve never seen as a patient is dr Dan who I don’t believe should b in practice I’ve never seen him. As a patient but he spoke about my surgert with a family member and also today when I seen dr kuma he called him into the hallway and discussed my surgery again he thinks I didn’t see it but I did he seen a family member of mine and then was making them watch videos of an app he made and can he sign u up so I told the staff he denied the claims but it was true I’ve never met him the clinic is great and the hours are perfect for my health needs but I will say il have to follow up on my concerns regarding dr Dan

Fantastic experience: I loved that I could register and book myself in online, choose the Dr I want and get notification as to where I am in the queue and how soon I will be attended to. And Dr Osman was amazing. Reception was very helpful. I left satisfied with the great service

Negative experience: Made a walk in appointment at the front desk and was told 10 people in front of me, sure, I’ll wait…... 2 hours later I ask how long and my name and booking wasn’t in the system. Thanks Clean place though

Negative experience: For staff that don't take calls for bookings, they're never accessible. They provide no instructions or assistance to patients who require external referrals.

Positive experience: Dr Darko Sulava is the worst GP we have ever seen. He doesn’t take the time to do proper assessments and rushes through appointments. How does someone come in with a respiratory issue and he doesn’t do a single respiratory assessment or any investigation at all. No auscultation or any vitals checks. Didn’t take a medical or situational history either. Tells you to come back in 2 weeks if you don’t get better, so you do come back and then he tells you to just keep waiting to get better. Will be making formal complaints about this doctor. Saw another GP Dr Solomon Nwanze who did thorough assessments and appropriate investigations. So make sure you see anyone BUT Darko.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service that prioritises people in the clinic. Not enough places do that. Also provides bulk billing which is so helpful and hard to find. Only thing I have issue with is no option for Telehealth appointments. Takes an awfully long time and unnecessary travel just to find out about simple test results for 5 minutes. I’d rather be able to find out over a phone conversation.

Negative experience: Drove all the way to hospital and checked in with the app. But after waiting for a 30min after being 4th in que when I arrived, I asked the reception. They said they might close soon and the doctors might not be able to see me even though they advertise they are open till 10pm.

Negative experience: Great doctors but they should get rid of the receptionist, giving the clinic a bad name. Not friendly and rude, really surprised she’s still there when she look like she doesn’t even enjoying the job.

Negative experience: The worst medical centre ever. No doctor bothers to make time to see their patients. The app is such a waste of time and effort, you have to be in range. Reception staff does not bother about the patient’s concerns, only telling you to come back in the morning. Never go here!

Positive experience: People have no patience at a walk in clinic, well come on get realistic. No appointments required will always take time to see a doctor. If you're not happy with the service go somewhere else. I'm happy with the service and i always ask the receptionist how long is the waiting time and she always tell me how many doctors available and the waiting time. Big deal, take your impatient self somewhere else and don't be disrespectful to the staff at this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr Canillo is quite professional. You can see his passion in looking after his patients, ensuring that everything is assessed and explaining your overall situation. He even extends a call for urgent matters. Highly recommended. Our Medical Center is like a one stop shop too, almost all medical requirements can be done within the centre, so it's quite easy and fast.

Negative experience: When you call it says your call will be answered between 9 am to 5pm Monday to Friday but they never pick up calls. I tried different days different timing but no one ever pick ups your call. One day I was running late 10 mins so I called and I enter the clinic my phone was still ringing and I reached to the reception and girl was sitting there and she did not answered the call. Wait times are too long.I went into the clinic at 3pm and got told that dr is booked and dr was going to finish at 7::00pm. Usual wait time is 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs. “They need a better system” Clinic is open till late but if you reach there at 5pm lucky you if you get to see the Dr.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the centre twice now and I have always been impressed by the friendly staff. I was seen by Dr Agaibi on both occasions. He was very welcoming and instantly put me at ease about my symptoms. He was very thorough and professional and his friendly demeanour was well received. I would highly recommend both the centre and Dr Agaibi to anyone that is seeking fast and efficient medical assistance.

It’s a walk-in clinic with short wait times, and it’s so hard to find a bulk-billed clinic these days, but this one is, which makes it so convenient. The staff is super friendly and always helpful. Negative experience: I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Hossein Yaraghi at this clinic. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional and rude, to the point where it felt like I wasn’t even speaking to a doctor. He was verbally abusive and dismissive, making the visit incredibly uncomfortable and distressing. I can’t recommend this clinic as long as Dr. Yaraghi is practicing there—it’s an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. If you’re looking for compassionate, respectful care, I strongly advise seeking a different provider.

Negative experience: Please change your receptionist, she is with very bad attitude , writing this review after 3- 4th visit just thought every time she must be having bad day but today after attending there she just went for break even after seeing emergency case , no humanity at all , but saying after confronting her , she said , she is also human being , with full rudeness. Please have some humanity for others too just don't see the clock all the time if you working at medical centre , be prepare for that kind of emergency too where you can be bit late for your personal break or get someone to cover during your break please.

Negative experience: The doctor I say at OUR Medical he’s got a very long name. His name is Dr. Shah…… And he’s the best doctor I’ve ever seen in my entire life to the point caring always there to try and help you the best he possibly can.. I don’t know if I’ll be here right now ..DM

Fantastic experience: great opening hours and great staff and doctor. only doctor that checked properly for really bad allergic reaction. the other clinic just prescribed spray and never checked up.
