Fantastic experience: Loren was fantastic! He explained every step of my visit - clearly. He answered all of my questions. He gave me options. He took xrays (after he asked and quoted how much it would cost so I was feeling confortable) and thoroughly compared the images with those taken years earlier, discussed what he could see and together we decided what treatment I would have done today and what I would follow up later. Loren is knowledgeable, professional, personable and friendly. I loved my visit so much that I have booked in to see him again 6 months time! I cannot recommend you trying him highly enough. 5 stars from me.

Negative experience: Over charged was a dental nurse for a number of years and have observed how greedy dentists select their prey!! My apologies to the receptionist when the dentist had no guts to show his face and head office is the biggest disgrace!

Negative experience: Horrible experience, Kept forcing us to give a 5 star review, and monitered us until we showed them proof of our review. The doctor, Dr Geetha also kept pushing me to extract my tooth, even though it was on the verge of falling, and would also be an expensive process. Other doctors are fine, but I am very displeased with Dr Geetha. Will not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Geetha Raveendran, at No Gaps Dental Hornsby, I do get anxious but she is caring, trustworthy, professional and only performs necessary dental work. My kids really like her too and I never have any problems getting them there. Plus I never pay any gap on my cover and they always accommodate back to back bookings for the whole family.

Fantastic experience: Just went here for the first time after moving areas. They were great. Dr Zara was very good at explaining everything as she was doing and what I should do going forward to keep my teeth and gums healthy. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful. I was really happy to know everything was completely covered as well. The service was just as good as dentists I’ve paid hundreds of dollars with in the past.
