Today I was with Alicia Chen and she was so good explaining my X-rays and how to better care for my teeth. As well changing on me throughout the clean that I was okay and I wasn’t too sensitive to the clean.

I recently started seeing Dr Philip for my braces and from the moment I walked in the door I felt instantly comfortable, I was so worried about going to the dentist and having braces put on but it has been an absolute breeze with this dream team. On Friday I had an accident and fall on my mouth , I called the clinic and explained how panicked I was , they immediately calmed me down and made an emergency plan for me, they got me straight into the clinic did an xray and testing my tooth to make sure it was ok, They are gentle, methodical and take the time to explain everything step by step, as someone who suffers anxiety from the dentist it is refreshing to not have to face those challenges anymore . Unbelievably I am now excited about my dental journey and can not wait to see the outcome of my teeth, it’s only been 6 weeks and I can already see such a difference. Thank you team

Fantastic experience: We have used Philip Song for well over 10 yeas and in addition to ensuring our teeth keep in good shape has also helped with other orthodontic requirements (teeth straightening, whitening etc ) he is efficient, professional, friendly and affordable. Notwithstanding other dentists closer to home we travel 45 minutes to see him. Good dentists are hard to come by and Philip is a good dentist.

Fantastic experience: Lovely clinic, the receptionist was a delight and was understanding when I was running a bit late. As a new patient with private health i had X-rays, check up and clean with no gap. Very clean and professional and the dentist took the time to show me the photos of my teeth and X-rays to explain everything. They also were great at explaining what they were about to do before they did it which helps if you’re a nervous dentist goer. There is some parking on site too.

Fantastic experience: I’m not only a stated dentist-phobic, I have the teeth to prove it. From Daisy on reception to a reassuring dental nurse to dentist, Dr Philip Song, they were amazing. And m not proud of it, but I needed four teeth removed. This was done in one sitting in about thirty minutes. It was painless during the procedure and a day later… still no pain experience. Helpful, informative, efficient, caring. Good humored people who reassure you. It’s hard to say you might feel at ease during four extractions, but I pretty much was. If anyone had told me yesterday that I’d give 5 stars out of five to a dental clinic, (because it’s more than just the dentist who was excellent) I’d have said no way. I offered this review. She spent time showing us how to clean the space maintainer properly. She also makes referrals to a paediatric dentist whenever appropriate.
