Fantastic experience: Dr. Eleanore attended a series of fillings I needed. The appointment was for an hour for her to attend to all the work that was properly planned to be done. As an anxious patient, I needed to have someone who understood my needs. Dr. Eleanore addressed the fillings, and I never felt any pain or discomfort. Following the procedure, she also explained what she had done to my wife and provided potential options for consideration. I have a high confidence level in her knowledge, skills, and ability to transfer this knowledge to me so that I can clearly understand her. I also found her charge rates to be very reasonable. My thanks to Dr Eleanore and her team, including the well-organised receptionists. I would confidently recommend Dr Eleanore and the High Road Dental team.

Fantastic experience: I rang up on a Monday morning for an urgent appointment with Dr Nelson re a toothache. As he was fully booked he saw me during his lunch break. I was prescibed an antibiotic and came back the next day to have the tooth extracted over his lunch break again. Very grateful to Dr Nelson and staff for being so accommodating. A big thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing invisalign with Dr Kim and an implant with Dr Leonard over the last year. The service has been amazing, and I have no complaints. I read the 1 star review knocking on Dr Kim and feel compelled to defend her. I think it's easy to see that it's down to someone thinking they know better than a professional. And that is all it is. Do not let that outweigh the hundreds of 5 star reviews. Dr. Kim has great empathy for her patients and wants the best for them. She's warm and speaks to you like a friend. Can't fault this place, the receptionists, the dental assistants, the Drs... they're all fantastic to deal with!

I am extremely happy with the level of care and professionalism accorded by him and all the staff we encountered that day. He was very thorough with his explanation on the Invisalign process. Negative experience: The worst experience at the dentist On Tuesday 05/11/24 I visited Dr Eleanor Kim at High Road Dental and Implant Centre. 1. At the start of the examination Eleanor had wrong receipt in her hand from a different patient. 2. During the examination she was telling the assistant wrong teeth numbers, she had to correct her self no once or twice but three times. 3. During the cleaning process from my facial expressions, she could clearly see that I was in pain. I did not want to complain there and then because at that point I have already decided never to go back to that clinic. 4. The next thing, which made me really disappointed at Eleanor's behaviour was the comment she made after she finished cleaning process. She said to me "did I make you cry" with smile on her face as if she purposely intended to inflict the pain. Her comment and behaviour were very inappropriate and unprofessional. 5. Finally, she persisted on doing the crowns and implants firs before replacing metal fillings despite of me asking her to replace metal fillings first. I appreciate her expert advice, but it is up to the patient to make the final decision. I was prepared to take the risk and postpone placing crowns and inserting implants so I can replace the old fillings first. Recently I started to wear mouth guard at night and the mouth guard is already black indicating that the old filling might be leaking mercury which can pose a health risk. I understand that doing crowns and implants is more profitable than replacing the old fillings but as a professional doctor she is there not only to make money but to serve public with utmost respect and curtesy which should be in line with medical professional standards.

Fantastic experience: I always have a pleasant experience getting my teeth cleaned and my fillings fixed up. The dentists are always so professional and knowledgeable in what they do and they do their best to make me feel comfortable. My health insurance BUPA also gives amazing cover that I pay minimal to none everytime I visit. The receptionists are also all lovely in their customer service and always greet me with a smile, I cannot recommend this clinic more!!

Fantastic experience: Best Dental Practice. Two Korean Dentist available to make an appointment. Also two nurses can speak Korean as well. It is always good to bring our parents. The cleaning treatment is very gentle and never felt uncomfortable or painful. We also get discounts every time we visit. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had 2 implants done by Dr Leonard, one due to a failure done by another dentist. He is one of the most experienced implant specialist in Perth. Every dentist in Perth advertises they can do implants however most are inexperienced, this is a specialised procedure. Very polite and incredibly gentle during the procedure. Explains everything in detail, acurate quote that doesn't change, was actually less than other dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jinton Yew was absolutely amazing. My 77 year old mother had a broken tooth buried in her gum that caused her pain for almost a year. Other dentists didn't detect it. But Dr Jinton did. And the state-of-the-art equipment of the clinic was non-invasive and made the detection quick and simple. After the minor surgical procedure, mum didn't even need painkillers and healing was quick and fuss-free. Testament to his skill. He also has very good bedside manners. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist and dental clinic. And now mum can enjoy a much wider variety of food once again!
