Positive experience: I had extensive work done at Value Dental Centres, including an all-on-6 upper arch, 4 implants on the bottom, and crowns and bridges at the front. To their credit, the results look fantastic — the aesthetics are flawless, and I do get compliments on my smile. However, several months later, I’m still experiencing sensitivity in the crowns, which has been a bit challenging to manage. One of the fillings over an implant screw also came out, and when I made an appointment to have it repaired, I waited over an hour past my scheduled time without any clear update on when I’d be seen. I ended up leaving, which was frustrating considering I had already made a 1.5-hour round trip (plus tolls) to get there. I informed them that the area was sore and was told they’d reach out to my dentist to see if anyone closer to my home could help — but I never heard back. No follow-up, no check-in, no aftercare. While the dental work itself is high quality and the smile transformation is undeniable, the post-procedure support has been disappointing. After spending close to $50,000, I expected a higher level of care and communication. It seems the service drops off significantly once the payment is made.

There was some discomfort for a few days but this was expected due to the number of crowns and work done.

Fantastic experience: I have gone through a major dental procedure at Value Dental. I have gotten the AOX dental implants - upper and lower. It was a lengthy procedure, but extremely worth it. I have a fear of dentists, but dr Allan was the best I could ask for. He has been amazing throughout the entire process. The staff at the clinic has been very friendly and helpful. Every enquiry was handled in a professional and timely manner. I could not fault them at all. Their pricing was great, too. I am very happy with the end result and would choose them again.

Positive experience: Very happy with the service. Thinking about getting crowns and they were very helpful and kind with the process. Had a dental implant for missing tooth. The only thing I would improve is - when picking a colour for this tooth the dentist asked me what colour I thought. Why ask me? It's impossible to match sitting in a seat with artificial light and shadows looking in a small mirror. You're the dentist, you match it! As a result the tooth does not match the rest of my teeth. My teeth are whitey cream, the tooth is white greyish. It's back far enough for me to live with result

Fantastic experience: I had all my wisdom teeth removed with Value Dental under local anaesthetic in the chair. Despite being a complex procedure, the dentist talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable. Didn’t feel any pain during the extraction and the prescription painkillers helped with subsequent pain. I had a bit of a rough recovery, but when booking an emergency appointment they were able to get me straight in with no additional cost. Would highly recommend if you’re looking to have your wisdom teeth out. Super affordable as well compared to some other quotes I was given.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Value Dental in Brisbane. The dentist was highly skilled and all the staff were caring and professional. I needed a number of crowns and the cost was almost half on what I was quoted elsewhere. Another thing I like is you can get multiple crowns done at the same time. The teeth are prepared and then there is about an hour wait and then the crowns are placed on. I received follow-up calls to see if I was needing any adjustments and if I was happy. If I need any further treatment I will be back. I highly recommend Value Dental Brisbane.

Fantastic experience: I can't fault Value Dental. They were the cheapest quote I got for implants by a lot. The quote that I got was the most professional. The procedure was explained in detail and the quote was also detailed. I honestly can't see how they do it. The implants look great. The service at the front was proactive, flexible and friendly. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental experience that I can recall (and I’m “long in the tooth” ): I didn’t even feel the needles which is what usually makes me more anxious. The crown was made and fitted in around an hour. Sure, it’s costly but still less than half of what my regular dentist had quoted. I was able to take advantage of Afterpay which obviously avoided having to come up with one lump sum immediately. Would recommend investigating their service.

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of crowns done 10 years ago in Mumbai when I was younger and keen to travel to India but they weren’t especially cheap (and you have to navigate your way through the false advertising!) The process there took 3 weeks and an awful lot of just waiting around with a plastic shield in my mouth. A few weeks ago my regular dentist quoted a price for a crown I needed but then a friend brought Value Dental Centres to my attention and the price was almost half and the whole process would be done in around 3 hours! The facility is state of the art and as promised my crowns (I ended up getting 2 - you might say 2 for the price of 1) were done and fitted in under 3 hours and they are beautiful! My dentist Dr Soni was amazing; I can honestly say I felt no pain when the anaesthetic was injected and that usually HURTS. He explained things as we went along and was extremely gentle and considerate. I’m so impressed and grateful to be able to go to Value Dental which is practically at my doorstep and not thousands of kms away. I couldn’t fault the reception staff either; they were very welcoming, friendly and upbeat. Altogether a great experience and I’m going back soon for an implant and one more crown.

Fantastic experience: 2nd molar crown in 6 months and this visit was just as seamless as the 1st. I still can’t believe how easy the whole process is from booking the consultation to walking out an hour after beginning the procedure with no pain, to being followed up the next day to ensure everything went well overnight, not to mention the bill being half of what my dentists wants to charge. I have to mention the great staff, from front of house to the dentist and their assistants, all are amazing!!! Gone are the days visiting my regular dentist multiple times with weeks in between, a hefty bill and most times having to go back for adjustments.

I spent most of the previous day worrying about the pain I thought was associated with this procedure as I have had teeth extracted before. I can honestly say there was no pain at all. Dr Tharini was so professional at every step, positively talking me through the whole procedure. I didn’t feel the initial needles, no crunching sounds of the tooth breaking even. Negative experience: I went to Value Dental on a referral (however, this person has now retracted what she thought was a good experience now she has ongoing problems) Its a nice facility and nice people (this is what gives you a false sense of professionalism), there is a BIG But... BE WARNED!! They are a little cheaper for a reason. My experience was not a good one and taking in the entire environment when I was being treated there, it was clear that you are dealing with young, fresh out of school and very inexperienced dentists (probably doing procedures they shouldn't be). My own disastrous treatment put me back 6/8 months, and then it had to be corrected by and experienced periodontal specialist. The whole thing will now take 13months!! Just ridiculous. Pay the little extra money and get a professional result and your life back. I do NOT recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very grateful for the exceptionally professional and empathetic staff . I had two crowns completed in one session. I was very nervous about having this dental work done. From the reception / administration staff through to the dentist I couldn’t fault the service. The price was ⭐️very good ⭐️compared to a previous quote I had been given. Old fashion customer service , walking you in and out of the consultation rooms through to a phone call the next morning to check how I’m going. I left feeling cared for .

Fantastic experience: After a disasterous implant job done locally on the Fraser Coast, I found myself in the very capable hands of Dr.Alan at Value Dental who had to take out the old implants, redo bone grafting and reinsert with guide, the last dentist free handed it and ended up having to refund me. I felt cared for, heard and all questions were answered honestly. I wanted a "perfect" smile with no visible fillings and Dr.Alan helped me achieve this. I'm so thankful and happy with how they turned out. It was a long drawn out process due to first dentist's errors but after one and a half years, it was worth it. Way more affordable too. Positive experience: Overall, I had a good experience, I’d say 3.5/5. The staff were very friendly and professional, and the procedure was done well. The location of this centre is okay- we did struggle a bit with finding parking as there is limited parking on the street and it’s generally all taken by the people from the nearby buildings. I called beforehand to get a quote and they were pretty clear on what the costs would be. I asked if there were any other additional costs (other than the cost of the actual procedure), and they mentioned that membership fee, which I agreed to and thought was fine. So, when I came, that’s all I was expecting. I went into the consult and went through the scans etc and then I was told that, if I did the procedure, I’d have to pay extra for the scan. This was fairly frustrating as it was an added cost that we weren’t informed of… despite me specifically asking for all the possible costs involved (I asked for the maximum fees regarding the procedure and anything involved in it). I ended up paying it anyway because we already went through the effort of getting here, but be aware….

Negative experience: Be aware that there’s a membership to pay which is not obvious with the advertised prices. AND you pay annually if you return. This is very unusual for a dentist and feels unprofessional. My experience on the day was marred by a dental assistant who appeared to be very inexperienced and equipment not working properly

Fantastic experience: Easy to get to buy car and good parking, very reasnable price for my cap on my back tooth all done on the same day as they have all the equipment to make it there which only took an hour after prepairing the tooth then back into the chair to fit it and finished. Very good dentis and application of the numbing paste I did not even feel the needle for the antiseptic for the tooth. I was very pleased and have been there twice and would fully recomend them. Fantastic experience: The staff are very friendly and professional and equipment is state of the art. The dentist cleaned and scanned the area ready for a new crown after the old one fell out. I went away and had a coffee for an hour while the new crown was being made. I came back, had it fitted all within 2 hours and I'm so happy with the job. I'll definitely be back for any future work.

However they did get some admin details wrong, and we had to adjust my date of birth before the operation and after they gave me a script. They were very supportive via email before and after the operation. They’re very responsive.

I was told that I would be sore the next day after my procedure and my tooth was quite sensitive but not too sore. Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with the service. All staff were very welcoming and I feel they understand dental work is stressful and they all put you at ease. It is so quick and easy. It took 30 mins total for me to have my OPG x-ray, have the consult with Dr Priyesh, and for him to take the scans so they could create my crown. I then waited an hour for the crown to be ready and then I was back in the chair for no more than 10 minutes to have the crown applied. Had I gone to my dentist it was going to cost me twice the price and they do not do it same day, so I would have had to take time off work twice to get my crown. Dr Priyesh has excellent communication. He explained the procedure and a minor risk that I had, and answered all of my questions. At all times I felt very comfortable having him work on my crown. I have another crown to do, and will definitely go back in the new year when my health fund gets topped up again, as they offer a quick, professional and very cost effective service. Thanks.

Negative experience: I visited Value Dental because they had a glowing promotional ad running at the time for implants and an excellent price for all on X as I was wanting a full top arch. Unfortunately I was unsuitable not having enough bone for implants and no one there who was specialised to perform what needs to be done zygomatic implants. This was not in the promotional ad and one day off work, bad morning traffic and $80 gone for the xray I felt let down and also felt I had to drag out the "why's and what is an alternative" out of the dentist. No alternative freely given. Only interested in mouths with a good amount of bone should have been in the promotional ad.

Fantastic experience: I found Value Dental Centre Brisbane from YouTube and made a booking for the first time free consultation they gave 3D X-ray at the time Dr Alvin explained all the questions I asked him very friendly and sincerely, my implants and crown done perfectly by Dr Alvin in less than 6 months I am so happy with my new tooth on 8th July 24 it looked naturally and the cost is very reasonable I can not get this price anywhere else! Fantastic experience: I have had a good experience with this Dental Centre. The staff are friendly and very professional. The Dentists seem to be very proficient and experts at their job. The facilities seem to be modern and current if not 10 times better than a suburban Dental practice. There are no shortcuts or inferior work despite the prices under half of the average dentists that I have dealt with. Fantastic experience: I had two implants and a bridge fitted plus removal of a broken tooth. The dental treatment was first class and Im really pleased with the result. Cost of treatment was exactly as quoted. Also, I would like to commend the customer service aspect. All communication was clear and efficient.

Fantastic experience: ANYONE PUTTING OFF WISDOM TEETH REMOVAL, ESPECIALLY DUE TO COST SPEAK TO THESE GUYS. Due to the difficulty every other dentist referred me for surgery but not here. I got 3 removed in the chair, relatively quick and painless. Post surgery pain has been easily managed with ibuprofen. Wish I'd got it done years ago. Fantastic experience: I could not rate Value Dental more highly. Excellent from start to finish. The reception staff, nurses and dentists are all friendly and efficient. I had one crown done and I'm going back for two more. Dr Priyash explained every step of the process very clearly. The surgery rooms are spotless and modern. Wait time between preparation and fitting was about an hour. The price was half what I paid previously at my regular dentist.

Negative experience: The dentist cut my tongue whilst preparing my teeth for 3 crowns. There was a lot of blood, so it was packed 3 times to try to stop the bleeding. My bottom gum where the numbing needle went in was extremely painful for the following month, during which time I had to take nurofen and panadol. I had a return visit to a different dentist to check the above problems and also to make it possible for me to floss and clean up the back which was rough. This happened in January 2024. Worst of all, last week, my local dentist showed my an xray of the crowns. Two were good, but one of them had been put on top of some of an old filling! I am mentally scarred by this experience and am still coming to terms with it all. There was no apology for what happened- or discount! The comments were along the lines of,"You had a worse time than most" and from the 2nd dentist, "We never want to see this happen to anyone" I went to Value dentist after reading good reviews and because they were much cheaper. I wish I had paid the extra and gone elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I just had 5 crowns done at the Hamilton Value Dental Practice. The building is immaculate with plenty of parking and easy to find. The Receptionists are friendly, polite and helpful. My Dentist was efficient and friendly giving me the option of one crown each visit or all 5. I opted for all 5 better to get it over with in one go. I was in and out in under 3 hours with new teeth that fit perfectly. I was going to get them done overseas but these prices are so reasonable and if anything goes wrong it’s all guaranteed and only a car drive away. I highly recommend Value Dental.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience. Staff were all excellent, high quality set up. Thoroughly recommend Dr Randa, very thorough, informative through the process, took time to discuss options and explain why. Not to mention a significant saving on a crown vs my normal dentist - about 50% less! Whole process was very easy. Took around 90mins from walking in to walking out with my new crown.

Fantastic experience: I found this place via radio ad on Smooth Fm and was a bit dubious to begin with … everyone else was promising it’s a full included price … only to find several add ons etc and so costs increased beyond original advertised. This place is a breath of fresh air … from the onset the entire process has been utmost professionalism and exactly as promised costs were as advertised. However it is more than this … the work has been exceptional with the attention to detail, and a care factor that exceeds 10+ …. I’m so impressed and happy with the entire process and workmanship…. I’ve been dealing with them for a year now and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Dr James You and all associated staff …. I will be back when I need another implant

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience in getting a crown fitted for $899, plus $79 for the xray and $79 for the annual membership (which I can cancel at any time). Couldn't believe how much money I saved as I was originally quoted $1800 by my regular dentist. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, even had a choice of what I wanted to watch on Netflix with the ceiling mounted TV during the procedure. Plus they have AfterPay as a payment option, which is nice to spread out the cost. Will recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I had a former crown replaced. No root canal required. All contact with staff was v friendly. The computer carved out my crown while i cooled my heels for about 30 minutes while i watched a movie in reception. The price was half other dentists offered. Wonderful. Elizabeth.

Fantastic experience: Very professional and at half of the cost of my usual dentist. The work was professional and I didn't have to endure a temporary crown for 2 weeks whilst I waited for the crown to be manufactured. The staff were very professional and the reception staff were particularly welcoming and even phoned me the next day to see how I was going. I was pleasantly surprised and will be returning for any future dental crowns I need.

I was very nervous but they made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, the staff are exceptional and the Dentist is very friendly and did such an amazing job! Could not recommend more!

Fantastic experience: It’s been a few months since I’ve had all my implants done . That’s an experience, it took 4 hours I got to watch a movie “Forest Gump”. The process was pretty painless the staff were very reassuring. It took a week to recover. Then it’s the wait time for the implants to heal. This week I’ve gotten my top teeth only. It’s not been 24hrs but I love them they feel like my own teeth . They look great. Can’t wait to get the rest.I would recommend if you hate your dentures implants are the way to go. Value Dental Brisbane are wonderful. PS I have always been terrified of going to the dentist. Value Dental made me feel safe and relaxed. Theresa

Fantastic experience: I waited a week before posting this review, just in case. I’m happy to say my new crown looks and feels good. My experience has been totally positive. The appointments were conducted professionally and on time with all equipment needed on site. Information, advice and quotes were provided upfront and accurate. The premises are modern and sparking clean with heaps of parking. On the day of the procedure, it was no hardship to wait in the comfortable reception area watching Netflix while the crown was manufactured. So much better than having to come back 2 weeks later to complete the job. There is a 3 year warranty on the work and the option to extend that for a fee. I even received a courtesy call the next morning to see how I was. My regular dentist quoted me $800 out of pocket for this. At Value Dental it was $0 Enough said!
