Fantastic experience: The reason I chose this clinic is because I am able to schedule an appointment that fits my roster and not having to be attached to one dentist. They have several dentists in this clinic - all that are very knowlegeable and skilled so if one dentist is fully booked, there may still be a spot for you to see a different dentistat this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I just had my dental appointment and the dentist helped me find the root cause of my toothache. She did a comprehensive checkup, xrays and cleaning. Then, she set out a plan for me and even suggested that I can do those treatment back at my home country. She's very helpful. I paid almost 200aud with everything. I guess that is the most affordable one you can get here in Melbourne. She ended up prescribing me for pain medicine as I will be back home in 2mos. Recommended. Professional. Affordable.

Negative experience: (same review&place with Australian Dentists Clinic) they adv online $99 promotion for dental check up and cleaning. I tried to book an appointment , they offered me 1 month lead time for it if I want to use the promotion. If I choose to pay $200 instead they can give appointment for the same day. I asked the reason and the answer was promotion applies only some of the doctors.

Fantastic experience: Melbourne Dentist Clinic is the most excellent dentist that I have ever gone to as I felt no pain whatsoever and could get it over and done with 5 fillings in less than an hour and I felt no pain. I felt so little pain (I literally felt no pain) that I could without a break.

Negative experience: My first bad dentist experience. Had a clean and felt like my gums were getting ripped out. My teeth are hurting 3 hours after my appointment. Expensive and no care given. Not that it matters buts it's a chinese dental surgery. I won't be back, ripped off and my teeth are worse than when I went in.

After some initial apprehension at the initial consultation; taking casts and shaping the tooth in preparation for the crown - along with a filling to fix underlying decay - and fitting the temporary crown at the second visit; and finally fitting the permanent crown at the third appointment, I’m happy to recommend others to use this dental clinic.

I tried teeth whitening as well as abrasion techniques but sadly they didn’t work. I contacted Melbourne dentist clinic and I have to say it was life changing for me. The staff were very nice and Dr Chen so thorough and professional he made my experience very positive. I have eight crowns on my top teeth and feel so confident and so happy with them. I have a beautiful straight white smile now and I can’t recommend them enough. I never thought that it was possible and yet here I am smiling so much. Positive experience: Overrated. I believe I was being pressured into having an unnecessary procedure (wisdom teeth out) on the spot, without a strong justification and despite the fact I told them I've had a second opinion from my orthodontist that this is unnecessary for me. They also weren't thorough in cleaning the calculus off my teeth, which was my main concern.

I used to hate the dentist but my experience here has really made me very comfortable with the whole process. Only complaint was that for several appointments I had to wait 20-35 mins after the scheduled time of my appointment to be seen.

Positive experience: Went to the Shop 7, 200 Spencer St clinic. Can’t say the greatest experience I’ve had at a dental clinic. Several of the bottles on the shelves were caked in dust. Not reassuring. Dentist said there was a problem with right side of mouth but didn’t show me the photos as proof (every other dentist I’ve been to before will say, “Ok, looking at this photo we can see there’s a cavity, etc.”). Reception staff seemed a little frustrated in having to take me externally to go to the toilet. Staff are all Chinese. Broken tooth seems to be fixed ok but won’t be going back

Next day my tooth was extracted by Dr Michael Chan who took his time explaining what he was going to do and how long it will take. Very reasonably priced also attending on a public holiday.
