She and Dr Michael plus all other assistants/doctors I've met have always provided consistent satisfying results and service when it comes maintaining and having healthy teeths. Fantastic experience: I called the practice yesterday to tell them about my excruciating wisdom tooth pain and they got me in for a consult the very next day (today). Dr Kumar did a thorough consultation and informed me that we could do an extraction of this tooth today! I was so relieved because I had called many dentists prior to this one who didn’t have availability until October. Dr Kumar made accomodations for me as a neurodiverse individual and made the experience as comfortable as it possibly could be. He provided me with clear post operative care instructions and will be seeing me in 2 weeks time for a check in. I really don’t love going to the dentist… but this was such a great experience and I am grateful for the team’s care and attentiveness today.

Fantastic experience: I got 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out, they did a great job! I was really greatful, because when I showed up with my flared up wisdomteeth they squeezed me in and removed it the same day.

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Andy and it was amazing! I was experiencing quite bad pain from one of my wisdom teeth and it had been bothering me for a while. The pain got so bad that I had no other choice and I called Pitt Street Dental and they were able to get me in for an appointment that evening, it was a Friday. Dr Andy’s care and compassion was clear and I felt so looked after. I was then scheduled in for surgery the following Friday. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under IV Sedation. I was so scared but it was such a a great experience. I even think back to it now and think it was fun! Dr Andy took great care, the surgery went well and I cannot recommend him enough! I also highly recommend IV sedation for anyone who may be nervous or have anxiety around any such procedures.

My first consultation was related to an old issue with broken tooth, temporary fixed by HCF Dental couple of times (keeps to brake). HCF advised me to go elsewhere and do proper implant work. Fantastic experience: Would give 6 stars if I could! I cannot begin to describe how amazing the team at Pitt St Dental are. I arrived late on a Friday as a new patient experiencing severe pain with what turned out to be a cracked tooth. Like many I have a phobia of the dentist which led me to not having a checkup for over 16 years, boy do I wish I met Michael and his team earlier as all my worries and concerns were put to rest with their professional, calm and empathetic approach to dentistry. I continued to experience pain over the weekend to the point of it becoming unbearable, I contacted Val who had already given me her card and mobile number and told me to call whenever - never did I think or expect such exceptional service even on the weekend. Val went above and beyond to get me extra medication through a phone script by the dentist, Val then continued to check on me through the weekend and when she saw my condition was not improving she moved mountains to get my an appointment today (Tuesday, just 4 days after my initial visit) to have my dental woes seen to. The team, along with an amazing sedationist, tended to the many years of tooth decay including a tooth extraction, fillings and other procedures to improve my dental hygiene. I write this review from the comfort of my home and no longer experiencing pain. Thank you to Pitt St Dental, your exceptional service and caring approach to dentistry will make me a lifelong patient of your practice.

Not a great fan of going to the dentist but here they all go to extra lengths to make you feel at ease. So to me it’s important to feel relaxed and safe. I'm not a celebrity, but I definitely got treated like one by all the team, they are lovely and very accommodating. I got my veneers yesterday and they truly feel like porcelain veneers, such a beautiful white shade but still very natural. Fantastic experience: I would 100% recommend Pitt Street dental. The friendliness and professionalism is outstanding - each member of staff I have dealt with has been incredible. Dr. Kumar is a true professional - kind, personable, and understanding. I've had to get quite a bit of dental work done over the last few years, and was super nervous about starting my journey, but he really took the time to explain what was happening, and go through options with me. It is very apparent from the get go that he wants to ensure that his patients are informed so that they can make the best choice for themselves. I was dreading coming in as I have been lazy and hadn't gotten a check up /clean in a while. I also had some issues with my teeth. I came in last minute after thinking I needed a teeth whitening service for my wedding in a week's time, but as it turned out I needed bonding and almost urgent treatment for cavities which Michael and the team were more than happy to fit me in for in such a rush before the big day. Fantastic experience: I’ve been meaning to write a review about Pitt St Dental Centre for a while now and I feel it’s about time. It’s been about 15 years since I’ve had any dental work done and I have to say I’m honestly surprised by the exceptional experience I’ve received during every visit. I started in July, 2023 for a check up and did some deep cleaning, then had my wisdom teeth removed and now recently decided to proceed with Invisalign treatment which I didn’t think I was a candidate for considering how misaligned my teeth were. I’m now on my 3rd set of Invisalign trays and they’re not as painful as I thought they were! From the moment you enter you are welcomed by Val and her super friendly and professional front end team who are there to answer any questions you may have. Then there are the doctors. Both Dr. Kim Nguyen and Dr. Michael Cai would have to be some of the best health professionals I have been fortunate to have been assigned with. They are easy to talk, reassured me and calmed my fears, they listened to my needs and provided personalised dental care, educated and informed me during every step of my dental journey, and they are deeply passionate about what they do! Shout out to the dental assistants as well, they do an amazing job and the little chats you get to have with them during setups and transitions help keep you relaxed and mind off any upcoming dental worries. Fantastic experience: Kim is so knowledgeable. She was able to point out all of the things I got done over the years. She paid attention to every detail in the xray and noted any cracks, filling needed, gum recession that needs to be closely monitored, etc. there’s also a tv mounted to the ceiling and you can select anything on Netflix to watch while you got your teeth cleaned. She stopped after every section for a bit so you could take a break. highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Top dentists! Put your trust on Dr Michael Cai - he is exceptionally good, very informative & gentle and efficient with surgical procedures like removal of all 4 wisdom teeth (all in one). I had all mine removed & Dr Cai was patient in answering all my questions, talking through any (low chance) risks and reassuring me of the process. I was barely in any pain post procedure, just minor swelling that only lasted a couple of days. The before and after care was excellent too! The cost is very reasonable for the 5 star service, competency of the dentists & customer care. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Michael Cai on internet, after a terrible experience with another dentist (in a medicare centre). That dentist kept ignoring my concern of months of pain and swelleness in the areas he had treated. In my first appointment with Dr Cai, he and his team worked extended hours to rectify an urgent issue and followed up with further rectifications on other problems caused by that dentist's incompetence. Seven years on, I have no more trouble with my teeth. Dr Cai is highly skilled and kind-hearted. He explains very well all your options and what to expect prior and throughout the treatment. With best interest of patient's wellbeing at heart, he always finds best possible solutions for his patients. A few months ago hubby needed an implant and a bridge. Dr Cai made a meticulous plan and successfully executed it over a course of four months. No complication, pain free, brand new teeth, hubby can't speak highly of Dr Cai. If you have a dentist who must refer you to places for "specialist" or X-rays and so on, you could go straight to Dr Cai instead. His clinic has a state of art morden equipment where you can have ONE stop dental care, from check up, clean, diagnosis to operation. I highly recommend Dr Cai and his wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: Every staff at this practice is absolutely amazing I have to leave a review! I had all my four wisdom teeth removed this morning by Dr Cai. He’s a star - the procedure went so smoothly I didn’t even feel a thing. When the sedation and LA wore off, I was amazed at how I only had very very minor discomfort. Dr Turnbull the sedationist is also great! He explained all steps very well. I felt like I was in good hands immediately after the consultation from Dr Cai and Dr Turnbull. The practice manager Val also followed up with a phone call after work just to make sure everything is well.
