Fantastic experience: Was nervous before I called these guys up, but their empathy, lack of judgement and unwavering professionalism put me at ease straight away! I had a major procedure and throughout the whole process, Dr Sonia and all her team were so comforting and showed the utmost care for my well-being. If you need work done - even from something small to major dental surgery, I would definitely recommend Lethbridge Dental. These guys changed my life!

Negative experience: I had heard amazing things about this practice, but unfortunately I had a genuinely frustrating and disappointing experience with Lethbridge Dental. I booked an emergency procedure through their online system, which clearly allowed me to schedule an appointment. It wasn’t until I called them—just one hour before the scheduled time—that they informed me the procedure wasn’t actually available. At no point prior did anyone reach out to notify me of this, which is unacceptable when dealing with urgent dental issues. To make matters worse, the receptionist I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering any kind of empathy or solution, they were condescending and insensitive, showing zero regard for the inconvenience or pain I was in. I understand that things can get missed or systems can fail, but the complete lack of communication and professionalism here was alarming. I will not be returning, and I would caution others to call and confirm everything—especially for emergencies—because their online booking clearly can’t be trusted.

Fantastic experience: Sonia is an incredible dentist! She doesn’t hurt one bit and is very thorough which I appreciate! All the staff here are super friendly and lovely also.

Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain with infected tooth and Sonia and Meagan were amazing they extracted my tooth with no problems, no pain were very kind, quick, and professional, the clinic is very clean and would highly recommend anyone going to them 10/10, if u want your teeth cleaned Sereh is also amazing

Fantastic experience: I made the daunting decision to have all my bottom teeth removed and implants put in. Never been a fan of dentists but Dr Sonia was great from day one. Fantastic experience: My husband was looking for a dentist within the Penrith region and they contacted as soon as I submitted a request. Booked me in 2 days later and as soon as we walked in, reception staff was very welcoming, reception area was accommodating to my kids and kept them entertained and Dr Sonia was amazing. She went through step by step guide on the process and what was required. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: The experience I have with this dental practice is fantastic. Second to none Dentists are scary. However, this dental team has all the charm to make this experience very very pleasurable. The staff are fabulous, the dentist is amazing. You most definitely feel like you are their only client. Negative experience: This dental clinic focuses on profit than patient care. I was initially quoted nearly $4,000 for a year treatment, but after seeking a second opinion, I received the necessary care for under $1,000. Specifically, the dentist failed to complete a root canal procedure correctly. After I returned home, she called to inform me of her mistake and advised that I see a specialist, which would cost an additional $2,000 beyond the original agreement. Despite taking multiple X-rays post-procedure and assuring me everything was fine, this error was not communicated until later. Their payment plan system was so difficult and complicated. I had communicate and waste so much of my time requesting a refund to a third party they use . Furthermore, obtaining my medical records and X-ray images for a second opinion was unnecessarily difficult, requiring persistent follow-up. I caution others not to be misled by their positive reviews and recommend going to another dental care elsewhere to not waste time or money.

Fantastic experience: Lethbridge dental is amazing I was in a lot of pain with my tooth but as soon as I came here after one appointment they took the pain away and now my teeth are all checked up, healthy, painless and feeling great. Highly recommend, it was fantastic Can always count on them.

My appointment was with Sonia and from the moment we met i felt comfortable and taken care of. Fantastic experience: Dr Sonia is super lovely and very patient. I am someone who gets a lot of anxiety whe going to the doctor however Dr Sonia was very patience and understanding and made me feel very comfortable straight away. She worked very quick and matched my tooth colour perfectly. I will certainly be returning to see her, highly recommend! She’s amazing.

Fantastic experience: My husband snapped his tooth off and the dentist was so lovely and even gave us time to go over our options before deciding on whether to pull the tooth out asap or not. My husband gets nervous when it comes to his teeth however everyone was so kind and so understanding of his anxiousness. Fantastic experience: Ivette, my dental hygienist for several years at Lethbridge Dental, is a very professional and knowledgeable lady, with a kind heart and a gentle hand. She has taken my gingivitis from bleeding and inflamed to well controlled. My teeth are very precious to me and I would like to keep them as long as I can. By giving them good foundations, I have a good chance of keeping them a long long time :)  Thank you Ivette, for being fundamental in achieving this goal. Fantastic experience: Hello to all, I would like to express my experience today at Lethbridge Dental Penrith. The hygiene Nurse had pick up that I had a very bad infection in my gum caused by my tooth. This finding was very had to acknowledge as I never experienced any pain. Due to this I had saved my tooth by having route canal. Dr Sonia Kharinta did this today and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I had 2 needles and I did not feel any pain at all. Dr Kharinta was the most professional gentle Dentist that I have experienced. I highly recommend Lethbridge Dental for all your Dental needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. Fantastic experience: Sareh just carried out a 6-monthly inspection and clean on me and my wife. She is so thorough and picks up on every little detail! She's is careful and caring when doing the clean, making sure I am comfortable and not in any pain. All of the staff at Lethbridge Dental are so friendly and relaxed and they make you feel relaxed too! Fantastic experience: I decided to try Lethbridge Dental based on the many positive reviews I read on google. The friendly receptionist booked me in for an appointment the next day and it was super convenient being able to get in at short notice on a Saturday. Dr Saransh and his dental assistant Lyn were amazing! Dr Saransh was gentle and a great communicator and did an excellent job repairing my broken tooth. Lyn was so lovely and made me feel calm and safe. I highly recommend.

The dentist I seen was super gentle which made the experience easier for me as usually I get nervous. Fantastic experience: I called lethbridge dental yesterday after being told by my regular dentist it would take 3 months to fit me in to remove my wisdom teeth. I was in extreme pain and couldn’t wait that long. Rhiannon at reception was lovely and so empathetic to speak with on the phone, they were able to get me an appointment for the next day. Dr Michael was able to remove my teeth with local anaesthetic during my appointment. Both him and my nurse were very comforting. I will definitely be making them my regular dentist. I couldn’t recommend them more. Thankyou so much.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Michael Kozman and he is just amazing! He is the most kind, caring empathic dental surgeon i have ever seen in my life! I have already recommended a few people now to see him. Fantastic experience: I’ve never been to a dentist before, Lethbridge Dental was my first. Everyone was super lovely and welcoming. Easy to book in or reschedule. I had an invisalign treatment with Dr. Michael Kozman. And I finished my treatment earlier than expected. He’s really patient and explained me through every session of the progress. He’s open to any questions or doubts that I have about the treatment. Dr. Michael and his team was really kind to let me have an early appointment before the dentist was open to fit in with my work schedule. Also the dentist provided me with a complimentary boutique teeth whitening kit after my treatment was done, which is such a win. Overall, happy with the result and I’m glad that I chose this dentist to be my first.

Fantastic experience: After years of dental neglect due to nervousness, I decided to come here to start dental treatment. I’m so glad to have found such an amazing dental practice. From reception you are made to feel welcome and cared for, and all the dentists and dental assistants I’ve encountered make you feel comfortable and at ease. I’ve received much needed treatment including cleans, extraction and root planing, and although the ‘invasive’ dental I’ve had would not be considered pleasant, all my treatments were conducted with as little discomfort and pain as possible. My children also attend dental checkups here and feel comfortable with everyone they come in contact with. Fantastic experience: My wife and I moved to Sydney recently and had been looking for a new dentist. I'm glad we tried here first because now we won't go anywhere else. Sonia, Lyn, Kim, Michael and the rest of the team are amazing at what they do. They really care about you and take the time to explain what is going on with your teeth. They're very gentle and thorough doing either a general clean or getting fillings. I have never been so relaxed in a dentists chair before. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Dr Fady Fahim was brilliant. It’s the most comfortable I have ever felt attending a dentist appointment. Starting from reception, to dental assistant, dentist and back to reception - They are all professional, welcoming, warm, personable… and always willing to talk you through step by step what is happening. No costing surprises either!! The set up in the dental room is brilliant, including Netflix in the tv located on the ceiling allowing you to tune out and focus on something more relaxing if that’s what you need to cope!! Great team, excellent patient bedside manner, brilliant set up and amazing experience for dental work

Fantastic experience: I've had a number of appointments at Lethbridge Dental over the last few months. First just for a standard scale and clean as I was needing a new dentist. Shortly afterwards I had three wisdom teeth removed and a course of aligners to address some shifting of teeth in my upper jaw. Every interaction I've had with all of the staff has been great. The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful. The dentists and hygienists I've dealt with have also been amazing. At every point I've felt informed, listened to and respected. No one really likes going to the dentist as it can often be scary, painful and sometimes expensive but given how important our dental health is, we might as well see a good dentist. And the people at Lethbridge Dental are the best I've seen.

Fantastic experience: I was recommend to go here from a friend and I was looked after by Kirsty she is so lovely she was so patient with me as I was having high anxiety and on verge of a panic attack she went beyond any dentist I have ever been to. She explained every step and was so calm. I walked out smiling so happy.So after staying away from dentists this last 10yrs I have no problem going now. Thankyou so much Kirsty again. From the moment you walk in the door the reception ladies are so friendly and welcoming and so are the dental nurses. A great atmosphere.I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: I got a family recommendation so decided to call n check when I had severe tooth pain. I was accommodated on the very same day which was already feeling like a good start. Dr. Sonia put me at ease regarding my wisdom tooth extraction she was quick to notice my nervousness. She is definitely highly skilled in what she does. I also had follow up call after my extraction and detailed instructions of after care. Would highly recommend this clinic. Happy with cleaning too!

Fantastic experience: This week I have seen Ivette (dental hygienist)and Salina , for my periodical clean and maintenance. They are always so welcoming, nice to talk to, making you feel at ease and relaxed. I have never met better hygienist before. She know her profession very well, you feel experience and professionalism in everything she does. She is an asset to this clinic. Salina also is a very lovely . She assist Ivette and matches perfectly the high level of service. I am very happy with them both.

Fantastic experience: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep her a secret. Kirsty Cowell could not have been nicer. She treated my dentist avoidant and needle phobic child with patience and respect. She was gentle yet assertive and honest but not pushy. We have a lot of dental work to do but my child is finally willing to face it. Anyone with a child with sensory sensitivities would be as happy as I was to meet Kirsty.

Fantastic experience: The whole team from the girls on the front desk, the chair side assistant, the dental practitioner to the dentist are welcoming, supportive and make you feel relaxed and at ease. That is no easy task when dealing with me as I tend to shake, hyperventilate and near pass out whenever I have to see a dentist. I cannot rate or recommend Lethbridge dental enough. I am not dreading my next appointment and that is saying something! If you fear any dental procedure then try these guys, they’re simply awesome!!

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional in examining and providing solutions. I was very worried about my tooth; thought would definitely need an extraction. But Dr Michael Kozman and team’s did an amazing job, their perfect explanation ease my worries and the service was exceptional. Fantastic experience: This is the best Dental Surgery in Penrith if not all of Sydney. My daughter has been treated by Dr Michael who was absolutely fantastic and today I saw Dr Sonia and Kim and once again the service was exceptional. They are kind, empathetic, professional and absolutely wonderful people. The receptionists are amazing also. Never a better experience ever at any dentist. THANK YOU ! :)

Fantastic experience: Attended Lethbridge Dental clinic today for my regular check and clean. I can honestly say the technician Kirsty Cowell conducted a thorough and comfortable check and clean. Probably the most comfortable teeth clean that I have experienced. Thank you Kirsty. See you again in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: Staff are absolutely lovely and professional and make you feel at ease. Dr Sonia is incredible!! She is professional, friendly and absolutely the best. I travel from Lake Macquarie to see her as I would never go to anyone else.
