Fantastic experience: I've done some implants in vietnam, which supposed to be good, and i wanted to do my last crown here. I called and sent some photos to Newnham Dental & Cosmetics and straight away they told me from the photos that the work I've done in vietnam is a failure. I've done a scan at Newnham Dental and they pointed all the wrong things that was done on vietnam. I do recommend Newnham dental to any one , because they have sooooo much experience in this. And the reception lady's veryyy helpful and nice to communicate with. Thank you soooooo much guys.

Fantastic experience: Mark explained the whole process in a way that is very thorough and easy to understand. The premises is very clean and contemporary, which makes me feel comfortable and safe to go to.

Negative experience: The clinic fraudulently claimed treatment codes for procedures I never even received, overcharging my private health fund and making me pay an extra gap payment on top of that. This isn’t the first time—it has happened on almost every visit, not just to me but to many of my friends as well. I used to be a loyal patient, but knowing that they’re this dishonest is infuriating.

I am a health care professional and I hold the values of kindness, compassion and professionalism in the highest regard and can I say that Tiffany has those in spades! From the moment I enter her room she greets me with a smile, some genuine enquires about how I am, how my day/week has been, remembers the things we discussed at my previous visit before working on my teeth. Her calm nature is an asset and puts me at ease. She has looked after my teeth, fixed my smile and helped to diagnose a TMJ issue I didn’t know I had and still receiving treatment for. I am limited in the times I can visit the clinic and she has worked miracles to fit me in on several occasions. I highly recommend Tiffany and the team at Newnham Dental and Cosmetics.

I have been seeing Dr Mark for 10+ years and as someone who has multiple dental issues stemming from childhood dental trauma in the 1960’s/70’s, I am so grateful for the empathy, compassion and non-judgmental support I receive during the many treatments I have had and will continue to have!!! Fantastic experience: So glad I found this place! Tiffany did an amazing job restoring several teeth after an accident & really took the time to make sure I was happy with all the work done. The procedures were quite long too but they made sure it was done in manageable sessions with breaks. All round caring staff who do great work and definitely the best dentist I’ve been too. Fantastic experience: I see Dr Tiffany at Newnham Dental surgery and she also takes care of my 3 children aged 12, 11 and 5 years old. Dr Tiffany is extremely patient with my children and knows how to make them all feel comfortable when doing work on their teeth. My daughter needed a tooth pulled and the last dental surgery we were going to made it a traumatic experience and she didn’t end up getting the tooth taken out but Tiffany helped distract my daughter and it was over pretty quickly…….. no problems, no worries at all. I’m so glad that we changed to Newnham dental. My oldest son is now in the process of getting measured up for braces and the costs are reasonable, they break down the fees and explain it to you so you understand what’s involved (which makes it easier). The gap fee we pay is much less after the health insurance because they don’t want parents paying too much. I’m grateful that dental care for my 3 children is affordable and we have professional and caring doctors like Tiffany to look after our family. I can recommend Dr Tiffany at Newnham dental, we love going here to her.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been wearing dentures at a very young age and now 69, I want to fix my missing teeth and restore fragile teeth. I need a big restorative work done (implants, crowns and fillings). I was referred to see Dr Mark for an implant consult. and check up and clean with Dr Mark. Dentures are very uncomfortable, unstable and causes gum irritation so I want to know my options. Dr Mark is very thorough, reliable and addressed all of my concerns. I can’t wait to get started with my implant journey. Would highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

Negative experience: My family and I used to go to this clinic. After my husband got his wisdom tooth removed (it was a simple extraction), they had the audacity to over charge me. I don't trust and recommend this clinic to anyone anymore. I suggest to first check the price with other clinic's before you book your appointment with this clinic. I am pretty sure that they will give you a reasonable price and service.
