Negative experience: I have had two chipped teeth repaired at this clinic and my wife has had one repaired - each one failed to last more than 12 months ( one chip fell back out within a month and they refused to provide any reasonable warranty) . I would not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: My name is Peter Kefford All the staff are amazing I’m generally fairly nervous around dentist but I was completely put at ease. Fantastic experience: 12 months ago I had a tooth removed (at a different practice) that caused me to end up with a unbelievable fear of Dentists. So after 12 months I finally got up the guts to come to this Practice. I honestly can't thank them enough. My fears where eased. Although still anxious. Negative experience: My partner was told he needed 14 fillings and I was told I needed 4 fillings by the dentist here. I was also told that I needed all 4 wisdom teeth out urgently. I went back to my trusted family dentist for a second opinion to be told I didn’t need any fillings and only one wisdom teeth needs to be removed. My partner was also told he only needed 4 fillings, not 14. I was charged for x-rays & photos without being told at the time it would incur an additional cost. I was there for about half a hour and a clean & x-rays cost $467! Felt like a massive money grab rather than good patient care.
Hi Ellie. Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry for your experience. We take all feedback very seriously as customer experience is of utmost priority for us. Going through our records, We saw you at the start of this year for an initial check-up and clean. At this time it was clearly explained that your cavities were at the starting stage with the potential to get bigger. You were also given the option of not doing anything and this included the wisdom teeth. As for your partner we saw him late last year once again for a check-up and clean. It is very obvious from the X-rays and the photographs taken at the time that there were many cavities (more than 10) some of them requiring urgent attention. During the discussion of the treatment plan with your partner, all the photographs and X-rays were shown on detail. Our experienced dentist went through the 3 stages of cavities and importance of getting the fillings done earlier rather than later. Leaving them to the last stage could result in pain and require more expensive treatments. Fantastic experience: I have always been very anxious, and stressed visiting the dentist due to past experiences. However my first visit with Dr Kamini and her assistant Billie recently July 2024 changed all of that. Welcoming, calm, friendly and professional, eased my anxiety I’m grateful. Fantastic experience: Dr Krish and his team are amazing. They fit me in for an emergency appointment as I broke my tooth. Within 15 mins they did an x-ray and removed my tooth. No pain, very gentle. I highly recommend Dr Krish.

Fantastic experience: After not being to the dentist for many years due to some not great experiences, I was not super looking forward to going again, but I needed to have a tooth filled after pregnancy. I was very happy with the way the staff helped to put me at ease, and relieved to have it over and done very quickly. Fantastic experience: I originally came to Warner Lakes Dental for a severe toothache, I was amazed that as someone who had never been to the clinic before, I was accommodated for a same day appointment and it was also a weekend!! The team were all so lovely & knowledgeable. As I am some who was previously terrified of dentists they alleviated all preexisting anxiety surrounding dentists. Not to mention the fact that within in a single appointment Dr Kamini & her lovely dental assistant put in place a dental plan & took a world of pain away! I would highly recommended to anyone!!

Fantastic experience: Customer service is fantastic from all staff and dental team, they are all lovely. Costs are discussed prior to any work being done and there are payment plan options. Fantastic experience: I was very nervous going to a new dentist because I have a number of dental issues however Dr Shilpa with her caring and calm attitude towards me made me so at ease. My procedure was explained and quick because of her very competent skills. Mallory was also very caring. I can’t express my gratitude for being shown such care and skill.
