Fantastic experience: I’ve been a loyal patient of Dr. Dal Sihota for a while now because he is incredibly warm, family-oriented, and always makes me feel personally cared for. Today, I had an emergency and found out he was fully booked due to the upcoming Public Holdings. However, the support from his admin team was outstanding! They quickly reached out to Dr. Sihota, who then updated Dr. Andreas Ktoris, and they managed to sort out same-day treatment for me. I truly appreciate the compassionate and responsive care from this practice and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: We have seen pretty much all the dentists here over the years and they've all been lovely and kind and friendly (to adults and kids), and happy to answer many questions about tooth care. We haven't needed any complex treatment, so haven't had any experience with that. We have been happy with the service and care at Flagstaff Hill Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Flagstaff Hill Dental Care for years (even though I have moved 10km away) and have always had excellent treatment by all of the dentists and staff. I don't care which dentist treats me because they are all top notch, and this is coming from a nervous, pain-averse patient. Whenever I have needed urgent treatment they have always fitted me in. Like this morning when I called after breaking a tooth, I was in the same day. And they weren't fazed that I had to bring my overactive toddler along. And on top of this they are really friendly and helpful. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

After avoiding the dentist because of fear for the past couple of years, I was made to feel at ease from the start with wonderful reception staff and Dal. Fantastic experience: Ever been scared to visit a dentist? Don't be like that anymore, these dentists, hygienists and all the ladies at the reception are sooooo lovely. By the time you get in to see your dentist (they've always been on time for my appointments), you are happy and relaxed. Dr Dal is the gentlest man I've ever seen, and he explains everything to you as he is treating you. His assistant Mel is so friendly and sweet, she also talks to you and keeps you relaxed. I haven't smiled for many years, but now I find myself smiling every day. My hygienist is also very gentle. Everything you need done at this surgery is done in a professional yet extremely friendly, gentle way. I've never been so happy to go to the dentist! Thank you so much to you all. I have not had good experiences with dentists in the past, but that has been completely different here, and now I won’t go to any other dentist. Dal explains everything clearly, and doesn’t do any work that isn’t necessary. I always feel safe and supported and now my fear of dentists is a thing of the past. I never feel rushed or like just another patient, they are personable and inviting, and always have time to answer my questions, nothing is too much trouble! I honestly love Dal and the lovely ladies here, and would highly recommend them all
