Negative experience: Came In for a pain appointment tooth needed to be removed as crack went all the way through sent me home to come back and get done three days later ended up at emergency dentist costing $$$ when it took 10 mins all up for removal. Been Coming here for years with my whole family but we won’t be back.

Positive experience: My teenager and I both had Dr Sara in our recent dental appointment. She's absolutely lovely and handled us with care and utmost consideration. For the first time I didn't bleed after the cleaning. Dr Sara communicated in a clear and gentle manner asking us before she proceeds and checking everytime that we are not feeling pain. Fantastic experience: I had a surgical extraction done by Dr W Zulueta. Although I felt a slight pain during the extraction, I was glad he extracted the tooth on the same day I consulted with him. Getting a bad tooth pulled out brought relief and my gums healed within a week.

Fantastic experience: I get a bit stressed & panicked visiting the Dentist but My Dentist Dr Singh is so patient & calm with me. He lets me have breaks during the exam, cleaning, polishing etc so I can catch my breath.

Negative experience: Dentist was very rough and made me jump/pull back multiple times. A filing was put it and was left feeling bulky and rough despite me asking her trying to fix it several times. Felt rushed and like she didn't listen to my needs. She was also quite blunt imo. Have had to book in another apt to have this fixed.

Fantastic experience: My 5-year-old son previously met a very unprofessional female dentist in a public hospital who removed one of my son's slightly decayed teeth without our consent, which was a nightmare for us. Since then, my son has been afraid to see a dentist. However Dr Kalyan Nalluri is the only dentist my son is willing to see and trusts. Dr Kalyan is the most technically skilled dentist I have had the privilege of meeting in over 20 years. He not only possesses professional skills, but also his patience and caring for patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a gap between crown & real tooth where food was getting lodged & causing decay around it. Dr Bandana Shakya explained me the problem very well with help of photos, xray & suggested the best possible solution options that was feasible for me in terms of health , time & finance . Went with her suggestion to remove the decay followed by filling . It was an hour long sesison but it was a very comfortable experience . she is very skilled at her work. It was a hard to reach spot but she managed it well without causing me discomfort - I rarely felt any discomfort during the entire 55 mins. when it was completed, i was happy with the work done - gap was covered completely & filling work was perfect - flat teeth level at first filling atempt, saliva ejector operated effectively , all good.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Baljinder Singh for over 7 years and have followed him from the Liverpool office to Blacktown once I moved to the Hills District and recently, even though I moved to the Blue Mountains, I continue to go to Dr Singh in Blacktown. Reason being I am petrified of dentists….even for just a clean and check up…...but Dr Singh is a wonderful dentist who is gentle and caring. He always puts my mind at ease and performs his work quickly and painlessly. Hopefully he never moves interstate otherwise my checkups are going to be very costly lol.

During this time he has successfully treated me with complex procedures such as root canal therapy; attempting to salvage large broken fillings thereby avoiding crucial tooth extractions.
