Fantastic experience: We have had excellent service and care at The Sunshine Dental Group. We have taken our 8 year old son here for the last two weeks to have some significant work done. The work done with him was completed professionally, but more importantly, with a great touch for a young boy afraid of the amount of work needed. I can’t thank Shazneen enough for calming my son and making him as comfortable as possible through this work and helping him feel brave for what he was having completed. Negative experience: I did some treatments in this clinic but they didn’t tell me a warranty as well. I lost filling and they charged me $60 because I forgot appointment. I don’t know that they can make sure all of their patients are always on time and never miss appointment or not. However they said that they charged me thru my profile … I never wanna come back to this clinic again. It’s not good for me anyways

Negative experience: My whole family and myself have been coming to this dental clinic since it was first opened. I found that the service has gone down hill from the reception staff to some of the dentist. It’s so annoying that one of the girl always slam the phone on you like she couldn’t wait to hang up the phone every single time l call. The dentist who extracted 5-6 teeth for my husband jab the needle into my husband lip while he stitches the gum. It was already painful having 6 teeth taken out let alone got jab on the lip. He also got denture from there and it’s causing him pain. Patricia who made the denture told us to come back if the denture is causing pain so l called back to book an appointment but was told they needed to check if they could book the appointment for us!! What the heck?? So my husband just got his denture and he doesn’t have the right to have an appointment to fix the denture asap as it’s causing him pain???!!

Fantastic experience: My recent emergency dental treatment 08.04.25 was provided by Doctor Ng and her nurse. The experience was positive for me because I didn't feel the pain and she got through the work in a timely manner. She helped me see that dental work has improved over the years. Her sound advice and expertise shone through as she kept me in the loop with each step in the treatment process. The nurse was so helpful ensuring my throat was clear or liquid so I didn't choke on anything. Pure professionals. Definitely recommend them to my family, friends, and work colleagues. Negative experience: Incredibly expensive. I had my remaining teeth extracted in preparation for all on 4 implants. 16 teeth were extracted in one sitting, and I was charged $4000, which average out to cost $250 per tooth. The bill came as a shock to me because I was not even told that it was going to cost that much prior to the surgery, and because i was unable to speak after the surgery, I couldn’t make a complaint about it.

Fantastic experience: I was pretty scared of going to the dentist due to past trauma. The team at SDG made me felt comfortable and made sure theres no pain (a part from the inital anesthetic injection :D) Audrey performed a deep clean on my teeth in preperation for invisalign. Dr Jannik perform the extractions required and now i am on my first set of aligners. All of the support staff are super nice also. 10/10

Negative experience: I am really not happy with this place at all. Place is a modern built clinic and dentist was nice. I made a follow up appointment to get my teeth cleaned and a filling after my first visit I wasn’t able too due to my jaw being sore. I explained to the receptionist when I booked the appointment that I’ll be there , however I won’t be able to take any confirmation calls and to text me instead . I responded to their text confirming the appointment last Wednesday, the last few days they have called me twice a day (8 calls and 4 texts) by the time I see they have called it’s out of hours or I’m in bed due to working long hours . They then stooped to the low of contacting not only my emergency contact, but my emergency contacts MOTHER?? (I don’t even have her number) trying to get in contact with me. To top it off when I explained that I was frustrated on the phone to the receptionist he interrupted and scoffed at me when it’s perfectly valid to be upset over them crossing a boundary. I have been to this clinic ONCE and I won’t be returning over poor administration skills. Nothing is that serious to call a new client twice and call people who aren’t even confirmed to be related to me or that I have down as a contact. Really disgusted . Such a breach of confidentiality and very unethical.

Dr Ben was great - thorough, outlined exactly what I needed and was so considerate of my anxiety over pain - and can honestly say I felt not a single moment of discomfort! Fantastic experience: Dr Michael and his team completed a difficult multiple tooth extraction and replacement procedure on myself that I found to be far superior and of better value than any dentist I have ever used previously. They were brilliant. Most importantly in the past couple of days they were also on hand to immediately help my wife that has suffered many complex medical operations. They diagnosed and implemented a remedial correction strategy of a complicated and severe infection that was paramount to my wife’s ongoing health. Dr Michael (with the great help of Amy) contacted further specialists to ensure their strategy be implemented. I and my wife are truly very grateful of their compassion and professionalism they provided and continue to provide. Fantastic experience: I had extensive work done by Dr Haren at Sunshine Dental Group, it was detailed and explained to me before it started and carried out expertly over a few months at reasonable expense, the costs were also laid out before commencement. After finishing the general dental treatment I had top and bottom partial dentures made by Patricia and I'm absolutely delighted with the result. The dentures are well fitted and comfortable and after some minor adjustments look great and are performing better than I'd ever hoped for. I can thoroughly recommend the services provided by Sunshine Dental Group, they were professional, welcoming and all of the work from start to finish was performed with a high level of skill.

Fantastic experience: My family have been seeing Dr Terence for a few years now and I highly recommend him. He throughly explains any issues that come up and what the plan will be moving forward, he is extremely caring and also gentle while doing all dental procedures. Fantastic experience: Need to start from the car park- biggest parking bay for my asian driving skill lol friendly receptionist team - always quick to serve with a smile. I was so impressed at the first visit with the investment of their equipment you don't even need to go anywhere else. Dentists are so professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't been to a dental group that has a treatment coordinator which makes communication so much easier (thanks Jane!!). Negative experience: I got fillings and when I went to that appointment they only said fillings were needed, after the fillings I had pain and they said in a couple days it will go. It has been 2 weeks now, it still hurts and they gave me two options either wait or pull the teeth or to do a root canal, nothing was said at the filling appointment about this and because I have an accent, I was spoken to like I don’t speak english and taken advantage of. They do this so they can charge more.

Positive experience: Needed to see someone asap to fix filling that had come out. Called and spoke to Asu about getting an appointment and she was extremely helpful setting me up with Dr Haren after he had a cancellation. Staff at reception (including Asu) were friendly as was Dr Haren who was timely, professional and sorted the issue out in no time. Have had dental records transferred to Sunshine Dental Group for future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend SDG to anyone who has dental anxiety, or has neglected visiting a dentist for other reasons. I avoided the dentist for many, many years as a result of a mental health condition, and have found all the staff at Sunshine to be fantastic and non-judgmental - in particular Dr Jen has looked after me amazingly well and is consistently flexible in treatment plans. I live over 30 minutes away from the clinic but I continue to return as I have been so impressed with the quality of care that I receive.

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff, reception, dentist and dental assistant all took extra care in making my 2 year old feel welcomed. He loved the visit and learning about some dental tools. Forgot the name of the Dr we say today for my son. But in the past I also saw Dr. Grace who was wonderful and very talented fixing a filling 2 other dentists failed to treat.

I had dental phobia and neglected to visit the dentist for over thirty years due to the past dental treatments. On my initial visit to this clinic, Dr Micheal Huang was my dentist, he took time to talk to me about what I want to achieve for my dental care, he answered all my questions about the treatments and the approximate costs. After the check up, he came up with a great plan for me to get my teeth back on track. Dr. Micheal Huang understands my fear, he was gentle, thorough and caring. He was making sure I feel comfortable and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process. I almost fell asleep during the root canals treatment! I am very fortunate to have Dr. TC look after me as I feel like he always has my best interest at hand. He is incredible with nervous patients and children as he is very in tune and always careful to address your questions and concerns. Dr TC is definately the best dentist I have ever seen. I highly recommend the Sunshine Dental Group for both adults and children. You'll be looked after by the staff and receive top dental care.

Fantastic experience: When I first came to see Dr. Ben I was in a bit of a state, disappointed with other dental care, in pain and so wary of getting ripped off. Dr. Ben patiently walked me through my options, kept me calm and has worked on my teeth multiple times including a root canal, fillings and clean. I cannot thank him enough, worth the drive to Sunshine.
