This was my first time experience at No Gaps dental at the parramatta location and I am locked in due to the lovely experience I had also from reception!!

Fantastic experience: My experience with doctor Hema Joshua couldn't be a better one! She is thorough, patient, friendly, able to easily explain the procedure and discuss options, and delivers great results. I couldn't believe how, in two sessions, she fixed a problem that has been bothering me for several years. And she did all of that without me suffering through any pain .. always a bonus when visiting a dentist! Dr Hema really cares about her patients.

She noticed I was in pain and helped arrange an almost immediate appointment. She also explained my health fund benefits clearly and helped me save money—very patient and helpful! I was then seen by Dr. Dhanyasree, and I honestly can't praise her enough. She greeted me with a warm smile, listened to me calmly, and made me feel completely at ease. Negative experience: I had an awful experience. The dentist was very passive aggressive. I felt I was not being listened to or believed. I was looking for an expert opinion on my issue and I kept being given contradictory advice. It was either an extraction or a root canal. I felt forced to change my mind 4 times. I just wanted what was best and every time I made a decision I was made to feel wrong. The dentist spoke to the dental assistant about me as though I was not in the room. I felt demeaned on many occasions. I will never return. Which is unfortunate as other visits have been excellent. Ultimately I felt like I was ruining the dentists day and I thus suffered a massive panic attack post treatment.
