Fantastic experience: My father had a continuous pain this morning and we visited Krown Dental at about 9:30 AM. The receptionist was very kind, she communicated with the doctor regarding my father's urgent situation immediately and we were lucky to see the doctor within 1 hour. The doctor did radiographs and gave us two options, explained them specifically, and quickly settled the problem. The Home Care after Extractions is very helpful. By the way I did enjoy the coffee, biscuit and Daily Telegraph during the waiting time and the Easter Day Decoration is lovely.

Fantastic experience: My daughter Jolene had a wonderful experience there. It's not her first good experience but this time was a little bit different. We went for check up and had to do a tooth extraction . Dr. Elda and Miss Chahed, an amazing team,so professional and so confident. Fantastic experience: I was quite nervous to have a clean as I haven’t been for 5 years I informed a young man names jarome on the phone when booking my appointment that I was abit worried he placed me with the best fit dr she was extremely patient and understanding with me her name was elda. Negative experience: We are shocked by unprofessionalism, incompetent, cranky and rude staff of Douglass Hanly Pathology. One of the blood collecting staff bombarded my pregnant wife with her anger and rudeness, simply because it was rocket science for her to solve issue of private health insurance. I am sick to my stomach by such incompetency and uncivilised manner. She was on fasting, early morning for OGTT test and that cranky staff completely wasted and ruined our whole day, apparently blaming us we wasted her precious time because she has sooooo many customers to deal with. Rudeness level was over the roof when she ignored my wife without solving the issue of private health insurance and attended another customer. It just makes me sick with such people. Karma will get you too sooner or later. Cheers

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend attending krown dental. The service is absolutely incredible and the team is so amazing, welcoming and understanding. The team is very honest and helpful with any enquires and appointments especially for emergency treatments. I was suffering from serve gum pain on both sides of my mouth for over a year and was attending a different dental clinic which were no where near supportive with the issues i was experiencing. Then I started attending krown dental clinic on the 14th of May 2024 which was a memorable and grateful experience. After taking part of a mouth procedure, the final results are phenomenal. I thank Bahia Issac and Dr Eltan with all my heart for their hard work, dedication, and endless support especially for always monitoring and being aware of my needs. Fantastic experience: Dr Imad has been our family dentist for over 30 years, Dr Imad is the best of the best, He actually cares about his patients and is not money hungry or dodgy like the drill and fill dentists out there. His staff are also so lovely and as much as I dislike going to the dentist his practice is always a positive experience. I would rather pay a gap and go to a dentist i trust.

Fantastic experience: I was in immense pain, the clinic was able to offer me a booking on short notice. Quickly and effectively solved my problem and the price was very reasonable as I'd used all my insurance limits. I returned with continued pain the following week and Dr Elias Dagher was kind enough to offer me advice and didn't charge me for the short consult. Fantastic experience: The best Dentist , I had impacted wisdom tooth surgery by Dr.Imad Eltenn on the 12/ 12/23. He did the surgery professionally and carefully. The nurse Lina and Bahia are angels. They will all look after you. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed and couldn't feel the pain after like it never happen. Good price and Dr.Imad is very professional. I will give 10 star if I could. Fantastic experience: I was introduced by a family member to Dr. El-Tenn last year. I took my kids first for a general check and clean. My daughter needed major surgery to remove her 4 wisdom teeth. She was very anxious however Dr Imad and the teams at Krown Dental made her feel comfortable. Dr Imad was very clear and honest and explained the procedure to us. The procedure was done very professionally and my daughter recovered very well. They were checking on her over the phone every day in the week after. The care they show was priceless. I'm going through my major procedure now with Dr. Imad and I'm very confident that I will not get anywhere the service and the care I do get in this clinic. plus their cost was very reasonable. He treated me, my parents and siblings , I went in for filling literally when I was 10 years old in his old Merrylands clinic ! 23 years later I finally came back to get those exact fillings redone in his new Center! Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr Elias Dagher to remove my wisdom tooth. He was absolutely amazing. Professional, painless, and really timely. I had a really good experience, with no pain, or difficulties afterwards. I felt very comfortable, and him along with the staff were really nice and supportive. The lady Bahiya at the front desk was also so nice, and gave me a list of aftercare to follow. They even follow up with patients to check on their progress.
