DentaGlow Dentist - Taigum

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the front door to the moment I left, the friendliness and fantastic service, professionalism and care from the Reception, Dental Assistants and Dentist were by far, the best I have ever had.

Negative experience: I was charged for a service i did not ask for. I made an appointment for a Perio check today, to determine if i only required a regular clean, or if i needed to have a more extensive Perio clean. I had been quoted $249 for a regular clean, which included a full exam and xrays, or $60 for the Perio check. I was then quite shocked when i was then charged $197. I queried the charge, but did not hear the receptionist response, as the dentist was speaking to me regarding a treatment plan. My husband just paid the bill, which i was very annoyed at. I phoned later to obtain a copy of the invoice, as we were not given one, only a copy of the eftpos receipt. Upon checking the invoice i had been charged $77 for a comprehensive oral exam and $60 each for 2x xrays. These were not the services i asked for and have no faith in this practice now.

Fantastic experience: After several visits I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. My dentist DR Marina was very gentle and explained fully the extent of the proceedure and follow up care. Little waiting time, plenty of ground level parking and access to the dentist. Overall a very good experience.

Fantastic experience: A very welcoming clinic! I have a lot of anxiety regarding dental visits but I was made to feel at ease during every appointment by the staff. I had a tooth extracted by Dr Apte and did not even realise he had used local anaesthetic - It was that smooth.

Fantastic experience: I give Dentaglow Taigum and Dr Robin 5 stars and highly recommend them for dental services. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Doctor Robin is highly skilled and has a caring, calming nature that made me feel at ease. He explains the procedure very well and even showed me the machine where the crown is made. He gave me regular rest breaks as I have an autoimmune inflammatory disease, which made me more comfortable. This was my 4th crown and two days after I have no sensitivity or pain, unlike the previous three. My best experience with getting a crown. The tooth preparation and crown making is all done onsite in one visit. No need to go back for a second appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr Robin is simply, The Best. I have been to many different Dentists in Brisbane over the years and I was never happy with any of them. A friend recommended Dr Robin and I am so happy she did. He is professional, precise, and a perfectionist, exactly what you want from a dentist, he also has a good sense of humour. Dr Robin always takes the time to make sure the customer understands the procedures step by step. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would ,he definitely deserves more stars. What makes him stand out from the many dentists, that I have seen before, is that he is passionate and he loves his job. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr Robin Jiang today. He was fantastic and very thorough, asking lots of questions about my dental hygiene, providing great recommendations and being kind and friendly the whole time. He took X-rays and photos (since I was a new patient) and took the time to explain my problem areas and what I can do about them. The reception staff were also very welcoming and friendly. An excellent experience all round.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kannu and the team are so patient, friendly and flexible. My wire from post braces time was replaced after being picked up that the glue was gone and the wire wasn't aligning to my teeth any more. Thank goodness for the quick and amazing service to keep my teeth in tip top condition. Dr Kannu has previously built up my top teeth with composite to correct wear and they are still amazing and so natural. Highly recommend the treatment. Every treatment is easy, relaxing and friendly. Highly recommend the team :)

Fantastic experience: Had some filling done to two of my teeth to fix an issue that another orthodontist was unwilling to fix after causing the problem in the first place. Dr Kannu did an incredible job at moulding the shape and it looks seamless. I could not have walked away happier and haven’t been able to stop smiling. It has made a world of difference. Everyone at this practice is so kind and welcoming. You’re made to feel comfortable and given the time of day to respond to any of your concerns and questions. After having seen so many other dentists and orthodontists prior to this, I can definitely say that this is going to be my regular dental practice as Dr Kannu has an eye for attention to detail and care for her patients which I haven’t found elsewhere.

Negative experience: Unfortunately just trying to organize a release form from other provider and the customer service officer was not helpful at all. Very rude on the phone. I was very happy with the dentist I saw in the past and trying to come back to them but my not lucky with the receptionist.
