We would like to clarify that the oral health therapist and dentist who were involved in your treatment are fully qualified professionals, not trainees. They are experienced in providing care and have worked alongside our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Throughout the course of five visits, we have made every effort to accommodate your concerns and resolve the issue to the best of our ability. The initial filling was charged at a nominal fee, but for the four subsequent visits, no charges were applied, and we made every attempt to provide further treatment and adjustments at no additional cost. Despite these efforts, you continued to experience pain. Our dentist conducted a thorough examination and found no significant issues with the restoration or the tooth itself. A referral to a specialist was suggested to further explore the cause of the discomfort, but you expressed dissatisfaction with this option and declined further treatment. Please be assured that we have always acted in the best interest, dedicating significant time and resources to address your concerns.
