Fantastic experience: I m with Dr Mying Nyunt for more than 5 years now from a friend recommended. I start seeing him since he was at Cabramatta clinic and I follow him to Mr Druitt medical center. Today I did my regular cleaning and check up. He not only cleaned tooth educated me with my problems of my gums. Very happy with service and the team that look after me. Eventho it’s took me 90 mins to travel from Syd CBD where I live, it’s worth traveling for good doctor. Thanks Dr Nyunt and the team.

Negative experience: Get to appointment only to be told I couldn't get fillings that day and quote for clean, filling, whitening and gas was $1000! Save yourself time, money and dignity by going to the dentist near Kmart. Communication and price's are just disgusting. Still waiting for them to refund my deposit too

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today to have a tooth removed—something I had been putting off for years until I finally gathered the courage to book it. This was my first visit to the practice, and I was feeling nervous since I had neglected my teeth for so long. Dr. Ullah was incredibly calm, gentle, and non-judgmental. She explained everything clearly as I went through the procedure. Her assistant was also wonderful, which made the whole experience much easier and more comfortable for me. If I had known it would be this smooth, I would have done it much sooner. I will definitely go back for a clean and be bringing my kids here in the future. Kylie

The manager and the dentist was super friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and caring. They have me the trust and reliability you need from your doctor. What could have been a bad experience became a nice one. I hate going to doctor, but this experience convinced me that I should do my regular check ups. I recommend this place to everyone without any reservations.

Negative experience: Huge regret booking this place! I should have asked how much a filling would cost, got charged $270 for one tooth filling and I didn’t need any anesthesia for it! The dentist was 15 minutes late to the booking. Anyway, lesson learnt. Ask before you book!

Negative experience: Too expensive they charged me over 1000 for 2 sittings but could not complete my root canal, couldent find 3rd nerve and took 4 xrays in one sitting and charged 600... could not afford another 2 sittings and not going back

Negative experience: good dentist and great customer service but the price range is way too high they was about to charge me $350 for filling on only one tooth, after negotiation they dropped it down to $270 , even after i told them that i never pay more than $150 for filling,they called my original dentist to check the price for the same unit they chargeing me for, guess what my doctor told them that he charge only $150 for filling no more and they sitll charged me $270 after all of that. To be honest i find it Rip off.

Negative experience: When I was there on Monday 10th of July the receptionist was quite rude. After I had my appointment and went to pay he asked me how it went and when I said “alright”and told him that I needed fillings, under his breath he said “and that’s alright is it” or something along those lines as he walked off. I did not appreciate this snarky comment as it was just unnecessary. I found it really unprofessional and made me extremely self conscious. This was the first and last time I will ever come here. I came here for help not for judgment So I hope you read this and improve as it does not feel like a welcoming place at all. Because of his actions, another place will get my money when I do get the fillings as I do not want my money going to a place where employees think that it’s okay to be rude and embarrass customers. I am not sure of this man’s name but he was working on the 10th of July at 11am when I came in.

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been to a dentist in years and was worried about pricing, Dr Alindogan was very friendly, reassuring and laid out a treatment plan that I could take at my own leisure when financial situation allowed. The procedure was smooth and painless, I was out in 30 minutes. Primary Dental has become my go to dentist.
