Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome. The clinic is clean and well-organized. The dentist was gentle, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. She also provided clear, professional advice. I highly recommend this clinic.
Negative experience: My son has been receiving orthodontic treatment from Dr. Christina Zheng since 2023. After the maintenance in June this year, the wire has broken three times, and we had to go to emergency appointments to get it fixed. Today, the wire broke for the fourth time, and this time it’s extremely severe. Please refer to the photo. I’m incredibly angry and disappointed — I’m absolutely furious!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing a dentist at Experteeth for many years, and it's been a great experience. I have recommended it to many friends.
Negative experience: Was sent here by Bitesoft and what a waste of time by both these companies. Wasted money paying for a clean/scaling which was the worse service I hv ever had, that I had to tell her to stop ! She created such sensitivity I hv never had that experience with any other dentist. So I will not be recommending this dental practice. As for Bitesoft, wasted my time coming here and assessing paying for a consult which turns out they couldn’t do anything and provided stupid solutions. I ended up at my own dentist who was able to get my teeth situation somewhat corrected without breaking the bank.

Fantastic experience: I have missing teeth and had some unpleasant dental experiences in the past. Coco went out of her way to answer my questions even after work, giving me the confidence to visit the dentist. The first time I met Dr Hong Chang, I decided to proceed with dental implants. On Monday afternoon, Dr. Chang performed the implant procedure, including bone grafting, placing the implant, and suturing, all in just over half an hour. He explained each step in advance, reassured me about any discomfort, and even showed me photos after the process. At the end, as he admired his work, he said, “So beautiful!” This was such a pleasant dental experience! Thank you, Dr. Hong Chang, Coco, and the front desk team！

Yesterday the dentist Anna assisted me in pulling out one of my wisdom teeth that only took me about 5-10 seconds, that totally shocked me, the whole process went extreme smoothly and I really do appreciate their professionalism and service. Fantastic experience: Every receptionist lady I have met is very friendly and professional that they really do spend the time to explain the procedures to you and give you the peace of mind. I have encountered 4 dentists in this clinic for different procedures, 3 out of 4 of them are amazing and the one that I had bad experience with is no longer there. They allocate you to different dentists based on the different procedures you need to do. Dr Christina is the friendliest dentist I have ever met, she is one of the most popular dentist there and she would be your perfect family dentist. Dr Hong has magic hands that he got my wisdom tooth out before I knew it, within 15min and no infection at all !!! FYI- I did get infection from my previous wisdom extraction with the dentist that no longer works there :( Dr Charles is a man of his own kind, he doesn’t talk a lot but he is a very experienced and skilled dentist based on the 2 major surgeries I have done with him. Overall I’m pretty happy with my experience with Experteeth Chatswood :)

Fantastic experience: The waiting area of the clinic was very clean and the reception service was very kind. Dr. Bill was very professional and helped me analyze teeth condition and precautions of my teeth after the cleaning.good experience. This is the first time I was relaxed enough to fall asleep while treating my teeth. Thanks to Dr. Zheng and the nurses, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Negative experience: I have check with the CSO at the counter whether my insurance will be covered or not for a deep cleaning, the answer is YES, after I have finished my serviced, they told me it's not covering, and charged me 700 for half of the cleaning, and there will be another half need to be done, which i leave me no choice, I will be paying another 700. Terrible .............hightly not recommended.

Negative experience: I had a teeth cleaning today. On the phone they mentioned it would be AUD 180 if bupa covers AUD 150 the gap will be AUD 30. When I went to clean my teeth the doctor mentioned I need to do a x-ray for my teeth, I didn't want to do it but she answered if I chose not to do it I would pay more for gap. So I did it. In the end my teeth cleaning fee deducted from my bupa is AUD 381. The price is much higher than teeth cleaning average price in Sydney. It is a confusing experience. Also the teeth-cleaning process is painful. I also didn't get any feedback regarding the x-ray which is a bit dodgy. The doctor didn't provide information voluntarily. To respond to your reply. No one told me my teeth would be sensitive during the following week. Due to covid I couldn't do teeth cleaning for around 3 years I don't need x-ray to tell me there would be calculus. It was almost a silent service I don't get much information about my teeth health. It feels like I am just a 'product' on a producing line. I did teeth cleaning back in China around 3 years ago the doctors are way more professional. The plastic glass your doctor asked me to wear to protect my eyes from the lights looks dirty and disgusting. Objectively speaking ur service standard really sucked.
Hi Mat Mat, We apologise that you were not satisfied with our services. As a new patient to our clinic and as you told the dentist that you haven't visited a dentist in 3 years, we are required to set up a patient profile and need to conduct a small x-ray of your teeth in order to confirm the condition of your teeth and for any cavities. This was explained by the dentist to you. The image showed you had no cavities but had a lot of hard calculus in between your teeth and under the gum, and therefore we informed you that during cleaning there will be bleeding, discomfort, and will be sensitive during the following week. This discomfort and sensitivity will be eventually disappear and you should avoid very hot or cold foods in the meantime. The dentist did remind you that you must use floss during your daily clean to reduce calculus buildup, and a checkup and clean every 6 months is recommended. In relation to the check up and cleaning cost, $180 is the price for the patient without insurance, and the price with insurance is set by Bupa. We followed Bupa's schedule fee and exempted you from the gap payment. We hope you feel better soon.
Fantastic experience: The dentists here are highly professional and equipped with expert knowledge but would never interact with patients in any way that may be condescending. Instead, they always explain to me my problems in a way I can understand. The dentists I had always offer me a variety of treatment plans with their estimated costs to allow me to choose the treatment that's the most appropriate to my situation. Fantastic experience: Anne Chen is one of the best dentists I have ever used for my child, because my child didn’t even feel the needle go in before extraction, since the dentist was so very well skilled in performing this task. Highly recommend her for every child. Also, Amy at the reception was very helpful.
Fantastic experience: I had my implant Crown fall off ( implanted overseas) and I can’t chew without those Crowns so I made emergency booking with Experteeth Chatswood. The receptionist is very helpful after knowing my problem she did managed to schedule me for an emergency services. Dr Charles is a very experienced dentist he fix my problem in less than half hour and put me back on the track . I really appreciate with Dr Charles and the team at Experteeth they are so friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend Experteeth to my family and friends.
