Fantastic experience: It's not often you use the word 'beautiful' to describe a dental clinic or experience, but it's the adjective that comes to mind for this one! The team are super warm and welcoming and every detail has been thought of to make the experience a friendly one that feels safe and inviting, from the cleanliness to the background music. Dr Dev is confident and professional but also took the time to explain my procedure thoroughly and answered all my questions patiently. I felt super at ease and left happy, will definitely be back, thanks team!

Dev in particular has been treating myself and my family for 14 years +, and I couldn’t recommend a better dental clinic for a comfortable and thorough experience. Fantastic experience: We had my 9 year old son come in today with a massive fear of having his tooth pulled out. We seen Dr Osman he had the patients of a saint. We are very grateful to him and his dental nurse can't thank you enough for today. Fantastic experience: Dr Riddhi is the best! She’s incredibly gentle, kind, and truly understands how to ease dental anxiety. As someone who used to dread dental visits, I am now looking forward to my dental appointments thanks to her calm approach. She made the whole process feel easy and even enjoyable! The staff from reception to assistants also go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable :) You can tell they genuinely care and the clinic is beautiful! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend The Smile Designer to all my family and friends. I have visited on multiple occasions now and have been looked after by all the staff. Everybody is very kind and makes you feel comfortable especially as I’ve had dental anxiety in the past. I have been seeing the oral health therapist here, Harman who has been doing my hygiene. She is very thorough and informative and I have been happy with my results.

She’s professional, thorough, and incredibly gentle—everything you want in a dentist, especially if you’ve had a difficult dental history like I have. Dr Madeline is also mindful of cost and always supportive when it comes to making decisions around financial pressures, which I really appreciate. Fantastic experience: I’m not one for dentists AT ALL all so naturally I was expecting the worst with my back tooth extraction, already had the tummy pains walking through the door but was then greeted with a lovely smile. Sorry if I have forgot your names but from the time I walked in and out 1 tooth less, my experience was fantastic, I did not feel a thing and the staff there really put me at ease, very professional and friendly , having a welcome screen and TV on the ceiling to add was worthy of a 5.2 star rating Thank you for a great experience, I highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I am always a bit anxious to go dentists after a bad experience in my youth, however after much neglect on my teeth health I knew it was time to face the music, I booked with Osman at The Smile Designer after getting a word of mouth dentist recommendation from a friend. Osman was polite, friendly and professional, he performed x-rays (intra-oral and OPG), then discussed results with myself and tested potential areas of concern during the dental check up, furthermore Osman took intra-oral photos and took the necessary time to explain what it meant and my options for the future were. I didn't feel rushed or coerced into anything, was given quotes at the end of the examination by a friendly receptionist and time to think about what direction I wanted to go. I was extremely impressed by my experience with Osman, his professionalism and abilty to explain to a layman was superb. I highly recommend him as a dentist, and would like to give Osman, The Smile Designer staff and practice a huge thanks for a pleasant experience and putting my anxiety at ease.

Fantastic experience: Have visited The Smile Designer on three occasions now. I’ve previously have had a lot of anxiety around dental work and require a decent amount of work due to it. From my first appointment with Dr Osman I knew I was in good hands. He has been incredibly patient, informative and his work has already made me leave with a massive smile with only 1/4 of the work currently complete. The receptionist Maggie has also been incredibly supportive and is always welcoming. Truly grateful I’ve found this clinic. Fantastic experience: Dentists and I are traditionally not best buddies. I have had such awful experiences in the past with SO much pain that I avoided them for way too long. When I moved to Melbourne 2 years ago I know I needed to find a dentist that would be kind, knowledgable, gentle and attentive. Maddie is that dentist! She will tell you every detail about what she is doing (if you want to know), and won't rush through anything, making sure her work is the best quality. Fantastic experience: WOW! Is all I can say! I am 62 yo woman and teeth were becoming a bit yellow so decided to get veneers. I interviewed 3 dentists and Dev at the Smile Designer in Preston was the one I chose. He really knows his stuff and the staff there are just delighful and although we had to make a few adjustments, it was all worth it. I didn't want them too bright and fake looking and the colour is just absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Dev and he even has a drill for teeth cleaning which he can adjust the speed to a lower setting as I have sensitive teeth. I have now made him my permanent dentist! Couldn't be happier!

The entire team is so lovely and excellent at easing your mind from the second you walk in the door. Dr Madeleine is the kindest dentist you could imagine. She’s amazing at what she does, talks you through every step and doesn’t judge you - no matter what state your teeth are in. I walked out of my consultation with a plan to get my teeth in shape and motivation to come back (yes, I willingly wanted to come back!) The most incredible experience hands down. AND Roxane (who’s been the dental assistant when I’ve been in) was iconic in providing gossip girl on the TV above me and a little squishy toy to calm my nerves. Can not recommend this place enough!!

Fantastic experience: It's a great amazing dental clinic. Dr. Madeline Duff makes you feel comfortable with her explanations n procedures. She genuinely take care and makes your visit a calm experience. ( I was always afraid to visit dentists). But with her I feel relaxed . I am in my seventies and I have improved my gums n teeth as she is so through in her work. I am blessed to have her as my dentist.

The process was made extremely easy and accessible for me. Dr Dev listened to my concerns and adapted his treatment plan accordingly, leaving me with perfect results. Fantastic experience: My daughter`s teeth were straightened by the Smile Designer. She is very happy with the results; we all are. Braces came off after 18 month or so, it didn`t take all too long. Now she is wearing a retainer plastic piece at night only - no problem. She likes going to the clinic now (for cleanups and checks); the staff in Preston is easy going and friendly.

He asked plenty of discovery questions to truly understand what I wanted to achieve and consistently checks for feedback. I felt so comfortable being really specific and picky about what I wanted done. ALSO the entire reception/admin team are so kind and welcoming.
