Fantastic experience: My Family have been using Butler Dental for a few years now and each time we go everyone is so welcoming. Which helps as quietly I fear the dentist. Also my daughter who is special needs can finally have confidence to see the dentist as Parul has made her feel at home and reassured her each time she treats her what will be happening, she is vision impaired so the touching and feeling the equipment that will be used gives her comfort. She is also able to wear her headphones have music on and our recent visit she was offered a weighted blanket which she said also helped. Highly recommend this Dentist.

I’ve always struggled with dental anxiety, but from the moment I walked into his office, he made me feel completely at ease. His understanding, gentle nature, and the way he takes the time to explain every step truly make all the difference. I’ve never felt rushed or judged, and he always makes sure I’m comfortable before starting any procedure. Thanks to Dr. Brendan, I no longer dread going to the dentist — I actually feel safe and cared for. I must say, Dr Parul was amazing, so was her assistant nurse. Negative experience: Had a horrendous experience with admin. My 2 year old had a dentist appt at 2:50pm and afterwards I didn’t have my health insurance card (didn’t know I needed the card each visit) and wasn’t warned that a checkup cost $290 (which I didn’t have) and was told I can’t come back, I’ll have to use the app or pay. I obviously can’t pay what I don’t have so tried downloading app etc etc (couldn’t get in after many attempts). An hour went by and there was no offer of assistance I asked for water for my little one as she was getting distressed. After another 20mins I said I can’t get in (the app) and I don’t have the money to pay so are you going to keep us here after hours? (At this point I’m extremely upset at the lack of compassion as well as my daughter now uncontrollably distressed). I even offered to leave my license. She finally let us leave an hour and a half later (the office was closing soon) and said bring the card tomorrow. Would’ve been nice almost 2 hours earlier as she could see my daughter was distressed and upset. The only reason I’m not rating it a 1 star is the dentist Peiru is really good with children.

Fantastic experience: Being born in the late 40s, I came thru the public dental system at the time, needless to say, not a great experience. Over my 70yrs+ have tried many dental practices, today with Dr Brendan, and at Butler Dental I found myself able to let go of the “handlebars”/ chair!! I have gone thru many a stress ball before today, believe me!! Look no further for a caring and professional practitioner/ practice, who look to the patients wellbeing, their mental stress and phobias!!! Highly recommend, if like me, you dentist shop!!

Parol is unreal - she is such a gentle, considerate and caring dentist trained in supporting people with anxiety. Ive been going to Butler Dental for at least 8 years and although I still get a little anxious im now able to go by myself and sit through my treatments without crying excellent dental practice, very patient focused, cant recommend highly enough

Fantastic experience: Today was the first time I went to the dentist in 10yrs, I have afobia of needles. my husband goes to this practice too, I saw Dr Bridgette, on arrival, she actually came out and got me not the assistant nurse, which some practice do. Dr Bridgette was so good and gentle, and didn't rush me to do anything. She took her time with me and explained everything to me, actually made me feel calm. Her assistant is also good. I'm going back in 2 weeks. The practice is clean, the reception staff are excellent and actually talk quiet to one another so they don't disturb patients. THANK YOU DR BRIDGETTE

Fantastic experience: No one likes the dentist, but these folks are awesome. I had a difficult surgical extraction, and have a bit of a phobia of dentists. Dr Bridgette was accomodating and I felt like she genuinely had my best interests and comfort as her main concern. Can happily recommend this team.

He explains everything and does the best job of trying to make me comfortable (waiting patiently for my earphones to be in place and on full volume) and all with a perfect dentist smile. I would not go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Butler Dental, Over night infection to a decayed tooth. In pain, with a swollen infected face. Called Butler Dental the next morning and was booked in for treatment the same day. Telephone booking was handled with professionalism and care to my ailment. The doctor (Brigitte) and associate were fantastic and guided me through each step of an extraction, also displaying a great understanding of my pain and empathy was provided from them both. All in all, a comforting process throughout for an anxious individual when it comes to dentistry. Thanks again to you all. Mark

No one likes the Dentist visit... especially if you are of an older age when you can remember uncomfortable experiences from your youth but at Butler Dental you Don't have to worry about that! Safe, professional, friendly, caring and helpful is the best way to describe how dentistry is done here. Heck I've even fallen asleep in the chair while having a filling!! Bet not many people can say THAT when they visit a Dentist!? Dr Perull and the WHOLE team are the best you'll ever go to.. 100% all the way.

Fantastic experience: After having had previous experiences at another surgery that were not ideal, I was very anxious and reluctant to go to another dentist and actually find one I could trust. However after some research I made an appointment at Butler Dental and saw Dr Brigitte O'Brien who was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen and did a thorough investigation. She was so caring and calming and I felt completely at ease. I can not recommend enough.
