Fantastic experience: I seen Omar this week and I have to say it was the best experience I've ever had. I mentioned I get a little nervous and my gums can be sensitive. So he gave me headphones to listen to music and reduced the pressure on the cleaning equipment which made the whole experience alot easier I came out calm went normally I'd come out pure stressed. Fantastic experience: I had a dental cleaning yesterday with the new Airflow system and it was absolutely amazing. Lenny and her assistant Angela were both incredibly professional, kind, and made the whole experience super comfortable. I’ve been following Lenny from clinic to clinic ever since I met her, that’s how good she is! I’m always extremely happy with her service. Truly a 10/10 experience every time.

Fantastic experience: I went to eDental on a long weekend when everyone else was closed. I had a painful infected tooth. I was very happy with the professionalism of the team, particularly the dentist, who undertook a difficult extraction on a busy day. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: Best eDental in Perth nice polite and honest and great to deal with with any problems with teeth. They get onto it straight away. Not like other places who do stuff-ups and not admitted

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend. They did an “extra filling” without telling me, giving me a bill at the end that didn’t match the original quote/invoice. I told them it wasn’t on the quote or discussed with me at all, and they said it didn’t matter I still had to pay the extra $190 because the work had already been done. More about the principle of it all than the actual money. Don’t like that at all.

Negative experience: There is a problem with how they operate and manage. They tend to choose whom to serve and also if any feedback they tend to black list customers. So not a good place for ongoing consult. My wife and two kids went to see the dentist for clean and check up only and first thing they did was to force all kids to do x ray without any genuine reason. They have been there before. Then when my wife objected to it they then did not serve my daughter who was already siting in the chair with dentist. Upon this incident my wife complained that dentist can not force kids to do x ray and that is not a good professional behaviour to stop in the middle of checkup. As a result my wife was not happy as it wasted time as she took a day off for this. Not a good place as there is a problem with some of those dentists who work there and management is rude.

Negative experience: Two stars for Scott as he was so amazing and honest but has unfortunately moved on. Took my chances and booked in with a hygienist for my 6 monthly check up and clean and it was probably one of the worst experiences I have had in the chair. Was being up sold teeth whitening etc and the clean was probably one of the worst I've had. Water all over me and left with teeth not even feeling very clean. Was also recommended Invisalign or braces for the first time in my life. After being a paying client here for the past 3 years I won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to share my experience with Connor Willis a Dental Surgeon at E dental Rivervale, I was so scared upon my initial appointment as I’ve never had any surgery procedures done and I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted.. He answered all of my questions and concerns revolving what the process would be and didn’t overwhelm me with anything extreme putting pressure on me overthinking. I would really recommend him for anyone that suffers with anxiety issues or people who haven’t had procedures like this before. I could still talk after my surgery and have been able to the whole time, I would like to thank him and his team for the amazing work and support. It was affordable as well. Thank you all.

My dental is a work compensation claim and the staff I can’t fault with they they are working with insurance company to get my dental treatment completed I can confidently say I now go regular for my clean s and check up for my teeth and gums

Fantastic experience: First time at this place after a long time without dentistry. Have seen many dentists over the years, a few good experiences but also some bad experiences which probably factored into my long period of avoiding dentists after my last dentist's clinic shut down. I had Dr Sai and Alice for my dentistry, in the appointment they were very caring and took the time to understand and factor in personal circumstances into decision making. Very good experience this time, 5/5.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing visit in this dental practice. I highly recommend it to all my family and friends, as soon as you get into the door you are greeted by a welcoming set of smiling friendly ladies and the clinicians are extremely knowledgeable in their field giving you the best treatment possible. Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend EDental specifically dr Connor who has helped me tremendously. I had wisdom teeth extraction done and as someone with quite bad dental anxiety he made me feel very comfortable. I had some severe tooth pain and the staff were more than accomodating especially dr Connor as he fit me in and made sure I was seen. He made me feel heard and supported my concerns. Fantastic experience: After my first appt, two weeks later got my wisdoms out. So much quicker and easier than going to a fancy surgeon that would have charged for extra appts and taken months to get into, so it ended up cheaper. Amazing customer service and thoroughly checked up post op. Thank you eDental

Negative experience: I got my teeth filled But unfortunately it didn’t last even one year it came off in 7 months I went back they said can’t do anything Now they give new questions for 5k

Negative experience: Got left in severe pain for 9 months after a botched filling at their surgery where some foreign material was left inside/under the filling, while they stuffed around blaming everyone else because they never had anyone qualified to replace the botched filling. Avoid at all costs. And even in their reply they try to blame me. The missed diagnostic scan was going to cost me $500 and I had to travel to Rockingham for it. But they continue to manipulate the truth to cover their own incompetence. I told them the first time I went back that I could feel the filling was done wrong. I was vindicated 9 months later when a simple filling replacement fixed the issue. I say again avoid at all costs. They will destroy your teeth and blame you for it I also note they don’t mind breaching privacy laws by outlining treatment and medical conditions in their response

Negative experience: I visited E-Dental around 8 months ago to get a filling done. I was charged $500 by the dentist, who advised me to come back only if I experienced any pain. At the time, I didn’t have any issues, so I didn’t return. However, after about 6 months, I suddenly experienced swelling in my face and severe pain in the same area. I tried to contact the same dentist, but he was on annual leave. I was referred to another dentist at E-Dental. I explained my history and symptoms clearly, but instead of treating the tooth that had the original filling, the new dentist removed another tooth, claiming that it was the cause of the pain. I trusted him and paid another $500 for that extraction. Afterwards, he informed me that the next treatment for the actual painful tooth would cost $2800, which was too expensive for me. Despite the tooth removal, the pain continued, and I had to take painkillers every hour. I was in extreme discomfort, and there was no healing. Due to the ongoing pain, I decided to visit another dental clinic. They took an X-ray and immediately identified that the tooth was full of bacteria and needed urgent treatment. They charged me $1400 for the procedure. During the treatment, the new dentist discovered something shocking — a piece of cotton had been left inside my tooth during the original filling done by E-Dental. This was likely the cause of the infection, swelling, and pain I experienced for months. I am extremely disappointed by the careless treatment I received at E-Dental. Leaving cotton inside a patient’s tooth is a serious mistake and shows a lack of proper care. Because of this negligence, I suffered from pain, swelling, and financial loss. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that others don’t have to go through the same painful experience.

Negative experience: Update: I sit here with a sharp pain in my gum wondering why I have been summarily dismissed by the dentists at eDental. It is a week since I was told to (sic) grin (pun intended) and bear it. Rates aren't bad, but I feel very let down by this latest round of treatment. eDental Rivervale have not only restored a number of my teeth, they have restored my faith in dentists. Over a period of 6 months this year the team at eDental have righted a lot of wrongs of previous dentists and persevered with my temperamental mouth. For the first time in several years I can actually smile, chew and enjoy food again. I would recommend eDental.

Fantastic experience: I always have been very nervous going to the dentist it just stresses me out. Coming here for a while now and had the most amazing experience! Team in reception are all lovely, dental nurses are fantastic and the 2 dentists I've seen have both been really professional! They explain what they are going to do in detail before they do it and make me feel calm about the process. Highly recommend to anyone who's felt nervous going to the dentist. It's worth the long drive, they are open till late each day too!

Positive experience: I used to have a pathological fear for my teeth. I've never been ok at the dentist. EDental are close by and I've had nothing but gentle, calming words from them. Each visit has been less of a nightmare. And my teeth need a lot of work. And it hurts. But I can only give credit to them that my fear is lessened each time.

Negative experience: My gums bled after having it cleaned, it has been more than a week now and gums still swollen and bleeding when I brush my teeth using electric tootbrush.

I called at 6:45 - straight to message bank stating it is outside their office hours Gave an emergency 1800 number - also straight to message bank! Very bad!!! Negative experience: I had a worst experience of cleaning yesterday with your new hygienist my gums all over was bleeding, she seems to cut corner her job that include damaging my gums and I felt worst after the cleaning, I never experienced this from previous hygienist and dentist in the past, also some of the customer representative who handle my payment is rude, this is a bd customer service and practice, i am not coming back to establishment.

Positive experience: I was really happy when I first found this place as the service for scale and clean is excellent. Originally only found this clinic due to my old place getting too expensive and eDental was preferred provider for my private. The red flag I should have been straightaway, that they also insisted I get a check up (even though I have a separate preferred dentist who I had seen recently), where they also insisted I get full mouth plus individual x-rays. I prefer to have a scale and clean regularly, every 6 months, but calling up yesterday and now I am even unable to book one without associated "check up". This check up isn't even personalised but a random dentist who is on shift gets pulled into appointment to run over your teeth and then gets billed onto your private as a separate service. You may even be out of pocket (which has happened despite insisting before the appointment I wouldn't be). Mixed feelings - I would love to keep coming but I cannot look away when additional unnecessary services are hidden into blanket of "private will cover it".

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr Scott at E-dental. He is the only dentist I would ever trust with my teeth. Has such a fantastic professional yet friendly manner for both adults and children. My children have been seeing him for afew years now and actually enjoy going to the dentist! Makes a change from my childhood memories, which Dr Scott is aware of and ensures I’m comfortable before he starts and explains everything he is doing along the way. Best choice for dental care. Wouldn’t go to see anyone else. The practice is clean and the receptionists are friendly and welcoming with big smiles from the minute you open the door. From the moment I walked in, Dr. Aliya was polite, professional, and incredibly attentive. The procedure was smooth and painless, thanks to her expertise and calm demeanour. Negative experience: Dr. Willis put 2 molar implants that were not functional and whenever I tried to use it put great pressure on my natural teeth before it, so I went back to him to say I couldn't chew with them but he tried to convince me there was nothing wrong. In fact when he first completed the procedure he said he didn't think I would have any problem with it! Only when I said I was going to get a second opinion did he come up with a plan to replace it. Know your rights. Why should you put up with some dud studs for the rest of your life? You may have to pay the price for asking for a replacement but $12,639 and 7 months of preparation is not to be sniffed at.

Negative experience: Money grader$$$, be aware. Had no appointment booked, then get text if I cancel it will cost $50. Forced into an appointment and $50 if I cancel. Never going back. Poor busine$$ practice.

Negative experience: Today I have the worst experience as a mom with my son- 1. I was told off and made so embarrassed in front of the dentist for my son, just because I said I don’t think having a cookie every so and then is a wrong thing for a child - and he said - my kid don’t eat cookies he argued with me. And when I left , I felt so embarrassed . And I hope my son is not traumatised by gilt because of this dentist’s own idealogy - that eating a cookie after school seems like a bad thing .

Negative experience: I would not recommend eDental Clinic based on my recent experience. After booking appointments online for my husband and myself, we were repeatedly contacted over the weekend to reschedule to earlier times, which was impossible due to our work commitments. Despite explaining our situation, the calls continued, causing significant inconvenience. It seems there is a recurring issue with managing appointments at this clinic. If certain times are unavailable, they should not be offered online. The service I received was frustrating and unprofessional, leading me to decide not to return. There are many other dental clinics in Perth that may offer a more reliable service.

Fantastic experience: Not the first time I’ve been here. It’s a-bit of a drive for me but always worth it. The practice has everything you would need I terms of equipment, and specialist practitioners. My last experience getting my root canal done was very professional and Dr. Ian did an awesome job. Even better if you have Medibank private, but paying for cash is still a very fair price compared to other practices I’ve been to.

Negative experience: Worst dentist ever! No bed side manner and not helpful. If they were great dentists I could deal with the terrible service, happy to take your money but not happy to give you your moneys worth. East Perth dental is the way to go and some advice is get smile dentistry insurance and fins the right dentist x

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly and professional. Usually I get nervous when I go to the dentist but I think I have found the perfect place as everyone makes me feel very comfortable. The receptionists are all very lovely, Rachel and Maya are great with the dental cleaning. Highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but amazing experiences at this clinic. I've had 5 visits now and they have all been so friendly and professional and made me feel right at ease. I highly recommend this place Edit: I had to go back today to get a tooth pulled because it was too badly cracked for repair. The root canal specialist was so warm and welcoming and gave me the truth he couldn't repair the tooth and gave me the advice that I should have it removed. The oral surgeon Doctor Omar who removed it was such a ninja that I didn't even feel the injection and he had my tooth out in under 5 mins!! My friend is coming for her scale and clean tomorrow on my recommendation and will be stoked as well I'm sure!!

Negative experience: I am a new customer, just want to book in and want put the retiner back on cause it suddenly fall off. I did briefly explain to the receptionist but she didn't double check with me and assume I want to remove the whole retainer. After she got back to me saying the practitioner does not want to do retainer removal, and I just released she misunderstood me so I explain to her again what I want. She said she will ask the practitioner availability and get back to me later, but she has not phoned me until I phoned her to double check if the practitioner is still available. Poor customer service, lack of responsibility, disgusting.

Fantastic experience: Had wisdom teeth taken out here + chips fixed in teeth. Best service, great after-care too. They explained everything in detail, were clear about what would happen and the recovery. No nerve damage (even though my tooth was on the nerve) and I'm healing very quickly. Thank you all very much, I was nervous about getting the wisdom teeth out but you all made it the easiest experience possible.

Negative experience: Stay away from this practice! All started well for my dental implant but as time went on they started adding charges without me being first informed. Then I found out that it was going to cost me a few thousand $ more than I was led to believe. Eventually I decided, after Stage 1 of the procedure, to find another clinic to complete the implant. It was half the price of edental. One of the primary contacts at edental was quite rude!. Edental then made it extremely difficult for the new clinic to access my records, one of which edental made it impossible to obtain. Extremely poor service, unprofessional and in my opinion - thieves! Go elsewhere, you'll be much happier with a bigger smile if you do! In response edental reply below: This is indicative of the unprofessional and argumentative personnel I encountered. * Firstly, i was not referred by my previous dentist. I chose edental due to a personal encounter with one of your staff who recommended your organization. * Secondly, after I had an initial consultation I was told that a scan was needed. At no time was I informed that there would be a cost associated with this and only on departure was I informed that approx $400 was required for the scan. Putting me in an awkward situation in a packed waiting room. (Please note my new dental clinic is doing the scan free of charge) * Third, on completion of Stage 1, I was informed by the person performing the surgery, that due to its ease I would save "thousands". On receiving the updated quote, it was approx $1500. I queried this and received a number of dismissive, rude responses. Therefore went to another clinic for the remaining 2 stages and what do you know - instead of $5500 with edental, I'm paying $2700. Like I said, stay away from edental.

Fantastic experience: I am actualpy scared of the dentist but honestly the staff there make feel super comfortable so i can relax plus there are tvs on the ceiling so you can think about other things to help you through the process

Negative experience: Went for a check up and clean thinking my HBF cover would cover me. After the appointment they advise me they don't support HBF anymore and would have to pay full price. I was also given a quote for three fillings and told they didn't have time to complete the scale and clean and will finish it on my next appointment when getting the fillings. Booked an appointment two weeks later so I could get the fillings and clean done in one sitting as it would go over their normal appointment time (the reason why I couldn't book earlier) when I went for the fillings I was told they couldn't honer my quote and had to pay $200 more than the original quote given two weeks prior and couldn't do the clean as they ran out of time and would have to book a another appointment to finish the scaling and clean at a later date.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist in the state by far, from the level of understanding, professionalism and genuine care they show. They excel at providing a level of service that all practices should provide. As a mature male who been putting off fixing his teeth for years due to embarrassment, there was nothing they didn’t do to reassure and make sure I was comfortable through the whole appointment and appointments there after. Only part of the way through but can say will never go anywhere else for any dental and will recommend to anyone who’s looking for a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had to have a few appointments here over the last few months. I can be quite nervous and Dr Tina is so lovely and so reassuring. She really makes you feel like she cares and talks you through everything. The ladies at reception are also so lovely and friendly and all give great customer service. Everyone in the clinic always seems to have a smile on their face and seems happy to be there - I think that’s pretty indicative of the environment!

Negative experience: Have been with E dental for over 7 years and spend thousands of dollars for my family and i. but sadly they have changed. Customer service isn't what it use to be. Have gone in a few time this year and the front ladies are rude they don't greet you or anything. Busy talking within themselves. I have booked an appointment for my son but he woke up with a fever and asthma attack this morning there's no way he will be able to see the dentist. I called to "reschedule" but I have to pay a $50 cancellation fee which I wasn't cancelling anything for and put down a deposit. E dental just lost a long term customer.

Fantastic experience: 5 star service at Edental. I had all 4 wisdoms surgically removed in one hour under anaesthetic. Was a pleasant experience. I also had some concerns about my healing process but the team at E-dental told me to come in for any concerns. I was reassured on all occasions that everything was healing nice. Thankyou Dr Connor and everyone else in this team who eased my mind. & Thankyou to the beautiful lady nurse who gave me a hug and told me everything will be okay (sorry I didn’t ask for your name). Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this place, especially for urgent dental care. I needed an impacted wisdom tooth removed and didn't want to wait in pain for days. After ringing around so many dentists, I finally called this place and they had me in within hours, took it out right in the chair and it was over in 10 minutes. No it wasn't fun with only local anaesthetic (my choice because I just wanted it done asap!) but they were efficient and kind, explained everything, warned me before anything like a "crack" that it was all part of the process and nothing to worry about, and overall made me feel safe and as comfortable as possible. Even the receptionists were very helpful in getting my x-rays from a different dentist. They even rang me 24 hours after the procedure to check on how I was doing and whether I had questions. I travelled half an hour to place and it was 100% worth it. If you need urgent care, don't waste your time with places that take your money only to tell you they can't help til next week. I'm very impressed with the fast and excellent care I got here and am very grateful to have my issue sorted.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous for in chair wisdom teeth extraction but Dr Tina was very professional, gentle and talked to me throughout the procedure to make sure I was ok and comfortable. All in all a great experience.

Fantastic experience: E dental are great, I’ve been to a few dentist in my time and they were by far the one with best prices and provided the best service. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and though it’s a bit of a nerve wracking experience I felt like I was in good hands, with lots of clear communication about the procedure, and a hand to hold when they stuck the needles in.

Fantastic experience: I have a severe fear of dentists-put off going until the pain of an access became too much. I got a quick appointment and waiting room time was minimal-less time to panic. Dentist was calm ,quiet and reassuring, allowed me to make the decisions and proceed at my pace. I was still very panicked internally but was made to feel at ease- and in somewhat control of what was happening- thankyou, highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I will write both and good and bad. Good - This place is beyond awesome and I went here to get the wisdom tooth taken care of. I was lucky to be consulted by Dr Tina. I felt safe in her hands & she did the procedure like a dream. She was assisted by Nicola and she will great you always with a smile The team here is very helpful and nice. Fantastic experience: Being extremely uneasy and having put off visiting a dentist for a number of years, I have had nothing but first class treatment from Scott and Lauren since coming to the practice as a new patient late last year. The people on reception are so warm and friendly also. I can’t speak highly enough of Edental!

Fantastic experience: I am an international student and got an emergency with my teeth that were infected. My student cover is terrible and I was looking for a solution late in the evening. E-Dental being part of the Smile insurance network (only 90$ year), I got a nice promotion and the team was amazing and very comprehensive with my situation. I got my tooth saved the day after, with a great following up after. I had to come back for the second part of my treatment, but everything was under 800$ and I didn't get any issue after the treatment. The doctors are doing an amazing job, making sure you don't feel any pain during and after the process. The reception ladies are also super sweet, providing every documents you need for your insurance, in or outside Australia, and making sure you get all your X-rays for any needs. They won't let you suffer and make sure your recovery is doing well. You can absolutely count of them! Thank you E-Dental

Negative experience: Glad they’re open 7 days in case of emergencies but couldn’t save my tooth so it had to come out - no problem there. Problem is the dentist knew I took aspirin yet did not put a stitch in place after the tooth came out. This meant I bled for hours. Also part of the root was not filed down and was left exposed. A week later, still taking pain meds, I went to my regular dentist and got it sorted.

Fantastic experience: I had my last wisdom tooth removed at eDental. I was very impressed with the how quick and efficient. I was super nervous coming in because I was getting put to sleep and I’m not good with needles but the two nurses were so lovely and calmed me down and my doctor was also so lovely and made me feel so calm.

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely shocked at how great this team was today. We travelled 200km (each way) for an urgent treatment with Dr Sethi following an incident overnight. From a warm and informative administration team, to a friendly, responsive dental assistant, and a dentist who provided exceptional service beyond the basics. I called early hours of Sunday morning and was able to book in an appointment for that afternoon as the town I live in doesn’t offer Sunday appointments. I went in with a broken tooth with an exposed nerve unfortunately caused by a nightclub incident.
