Fantastic experience: I was recommended this dental clinic by a friend. The staff are so friendly and the dentist I had was wonderful, explaining everything and asking permission before she did anything. Super happy I have found my new dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: Was accommodated at short notice with the procedure taking place at the appointment time (no waiting). Going to the dentist is a long way from my favourite activity however Gary makes the process as comfortable as possible. A good practice with friendly and efficient service. Would recommend Bays Dental Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Rooms and reception are always clean The women on the reception are always helpful they greet you with a smile and are always friendly . I have never experienced a long wait for my appointments and Gary is always professional, efficient and friendly whether l have had just a check up and clean through to fillings root canal or in this case a crown. I have never had to return to have a job redo on my teeth due to poor workmanship . I fully support and recommend Bays Dental McCrae.

Fantastic experience: Decided to try this dentist due to them being an HCF provider and wanting to get a better return on my private health insurance. Dr Lisa was amazing. She put me at ease, was friendly, and clean went to plan. She even made an observation that no other dentist had. All xrays are now done in house. Highly recommend her and this practise and will definitely be doing the permanent switch to Bays Dental.

Fantastic experience: I was at the start of a long holiday in Australia from the UK when I started to suffer increasingly severe pain. Bays Dental came to my rescue! I was seen promptly by Lisa and then had an extraction by Oscar. I didn't have a single issue afterwards. Practice manager Debbie was lovely .... and so sympathetic! Brilliant all round.

Fantastic experience: We both just had our first appointment at Bays dental clinic in McCrae. Dr Samana was so gentle. She cleaned both of our teeth and although I was anticipating pain, she knew where I was sensitive and was especially careful in those areas. She discussed possible future treatments and she had some excellent ideas that other dentists had never suggested. The added bonus was that Bays dental clinic is a Bupa preferred provider so the cost of our visit was fully covered by Bupa. We will both certainly be going back and have already made our appointments. I will also be following up with her suggestions on fixing the gap in my two front teeth and capping to prevent them wearing away. Totally recommend this clinic.

I have not had a bad experience at her clinic, even though I am extremely scared of dentists and dental procedures. She makes sure to create a calm environment and walk me through what she is doing, as well as offering me breaks when needed. I highly recommend her.
