Fantastic experience: Possibly the best dentist I've ever had, 15 years attending same dentist, had teeth out, teeth filled and never had or experienced pain. I have been reprimanded over these years for not caring for my teeth, don't pay to be slack brushing and flossing. I think today it's finally sunk in those extra 3 minutes spent can save or help your teeth last longer.. received a clear report to day, no fillings but I need to follow instructions I been taught..Thank you Dr Ell, I'll start tomorrow taking the extra 3 minutes..... promise john. Above was my last review, as I wrote I promised to take 3 minutes extra brushing, more flossing, high concentrated t/ paste and approved mouth rinse after. Dr Michael inspecting my teeth new hygiene said I have never seen your gums and teeth so healthy. That compliment put a smile on my face as I had lived up to my promise of more care and 3 minutes extra. Teeth and gums health can improve with less fillings if you listen to a Master Dentists advice and follow his instructions.. 10 out nof 10 stars again. John Bernie.

Fantastic experience: Consulted Dr Arti for chipped off tooth and it turn out to be a cavity, she handled it very gently and also advised me for further precautions, staff were friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend.

Dr Nikhil Kapoor was absolutely relentless in making sure that my experience was the best possible. He walked me through my extraction procedure and went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be. As much as I still hate dentists I will continue to go back to this place

I am anxious about the Dentist from experiences as a child when dentists weren’t as gentle and didn’t make sure the area was numb before extracting teeth and rough with needles . So I keep going back to MS Dental I prefer the females but that is just a personal preference

Positive experience: Dr Michel El was great ,While taking the tooth out no pain occurred just a few wiggles and out . He was very gentle and was very patient.

Positive experience: Previous 3 appointments with MS Dental Cardiff have been quite good. Visited yesterday to have an urgent matter attended to which was likely caused by a recent tooth extraction there, and was charged over $85 for the consultation. Problem took maybe 5-10mins to resolve, so really?? Bit disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I am a 77 year old sook who grew up fearing the dentist because of my childhood dental experiences. Consultations with Dr Ell are nothing like my childhood. If like me you’re a scaredy cat, go see him!

Negative experience: The dental assistant was really kind and made me feel welcome. At the start of the appointment I voiced my concerns and explained the pain I was having, the dentist kept saying there was nothing there. She kept repeating herself for the first half of the appointment. I actually felt super upset and embarrassed for going there for help.she seemed annoyed at me. She said there was no way the cavity was causing the pain I described but said she would fill it anyway so we didn’t waste the appointment. After taking a while to fill the small cavity she actually said it was worse then she thought and it could actually now be the reason for the pain and I should see improvements now. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Lucky she had an amazing assistant to help ease my anxiety! I take my daughter here also and we normally see the other male dentist who has provided amazing care for us in the past

Fantastic experience: They were marvellous, and despite my apprehension and obvious nervousness were reassuring and professional. The dentist did a great job on my teeth. I thank them for their kindness and care and would recommend them with no hesitation.

Negative experience: $370 for a simple tooth extraction. I had to go back because I felt a piece of the root still in my gum, the dentist told me it is the jaw bone! It took me an infection of three weeks until the root came out by itself. Total incompetence and an abject rip off pricing. Not recommendable at all. Some government agency need to investigate them seriously.

Fantastic experience: After having so many negative experiences at dentists over the years I have extreme anxiety going to the denist but the team at MS Dental were by far the most patient, calming and understanding I’ve ever experienced. I was so grateful to be able to leave an appointment without feeling worse about myself because of a condition out of my control. I will definitely be back.

Negative experience: 2nd visit here, 2nd different dentist, 2nd bad experience. Running late, rushing and very abrupt, began drilling my tooth without being numbed correctly, will not be returning.
