Fantastic experience: From the moment we entered the clinic, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome right away. I want to give a special mention to Dr. Rachel Ocampo — one of the nicest and kindest dentists we’ve ever met. My child has always been afraid of going to the dentist, but Dr. Rachel’s gentle approach and reassuring manner made all the difference. My kid left the clinic smiling and happy with the results. We’re truly grateful for such a positive experience!

Fantastic experience: My husband, had gone to see Mahmoud here for his teeth on the back of a friend's recommendation. After glowing reviews from hubby, I booked my 7 yr old son, who had been quoted over 2000$ for needles, fillings, sedation at a dentist elsewhere , in for an opinion. Mahmoud was so welcoming, friendly and thorough, and gave my son a total examination and x-ray to make sure we captured everything correctly. My son walked out that day with no fillings, no needles, fisher sealings and only 180$ for my son. The experience was so warming and informative, that regardless of price, we are moving the whole family there for our dental treatment future. Whether you're an adult, child, or nervous about dental work, this is the place for you and I couldn't recommend them enough. Ofcourse, I'm biased and will be seeing Mahmoud, as a result of his expertise and beautiful care and bedside manner, but the whole experience from the reception welcome, to coming out of the chair was so full of love and light. Don't hesitate to come here!!!

Fantastic experience: I couldn't believe how amazing this place is!! I am absolutely petrified of the dentist and they made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. Both the receptionists were so lovely and friendly and helped distract me when I got a bit teary. The dental hygienist Tara was beyond this world though! I didn't feel any pain during the clean and she really helped bring my anxieties down. First time I have ever been to the dentist and not cried or had a panic attack. I will be coming to this dentist every time. Please if you get scared at the dentist ask for Tara she was so amazing

Fantastic experience: I had a surgical extraction last Monday at First Impression Dental in Stirling, and I am beyond grateful for the care I received. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff at the reception made me feel welcome and completely at ease. They were warm, friendly, and professional—exactly what you hope for when you’re feeling a little nervous about a dental procedure. Dr. Rachelle De Ocampo was my dentist.She is not just an excellent dentist but also incredibly kind and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything in detail, patiently answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect.She was gentle, reassuring, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. You can really tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Even after the procedure, the team made sure I was okay and gave me clear instructions on aftercare. They even followed up to see how I was recovering, which shows just how much they value their patients’ well-being.

Negative experience: I was chased by Cedric Dental to leave reviews for my visit to one month ago. I went there for tooth infection and was charged $115 for a 8 minute check with X-ray. I was suggested to do rootcannal treatment for $3665 by the doctor, because she told me the infection was bad and antibiotics wouldn't be enough. But she also told me the rootcannal result was not guaranteed. I might need to remove the tooth and do crowning. I was thinking the rootcannal was a bit too much to afford, so I went to another dental and ended up with having some amoxicillin to control the infection, and did rootcannal for about $1500. I was reluctant to share this experience online, but Cedric dental system pushed me to do so. Just for people's reference.

Negative experience: Leaving yet another review for the manager Kelly, who made fun of me for calling out the dentist for body shaming me, denied my experience happened regarding cheek and tongue lacerations. Cared more about defending their practice then actually taking on any complaints or criticism. I will be making a complaint to the dental board for further investigation.

Dr Rachel Ocampo explained to me the procedure and gave me options and her professional opinion as well - and ultimately explaining to me the pros and cons. I want to gatekeep her, but people need to know how good she is.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rachel was helpful. I went in for a free veneer consult. She explained the two different types of veneers and the benefits of each. She told me the condition of my teeth which I didn’t know. The girls are the reception were also nice and helpful.

She is very detailed and transparent in explaining the problems and their resolution. The nurse was extremely helpful and kind ! the appoint went very smoothly . The receptionists were lovely and welcoming . The place was well managed , very clean and hygienic , highly recommended it

Fantastic experience: Hubby is in a nursing home but when he came ‘home’ for a family bbq, he got more for dinner than he thought! Whilst eating a piece of steak he lost the veneer on one of his front teeth. He really was unhappy about it. I had previously been a new patient and found the experience at First Impressions to be very good, thanks Tara and Silas.So I phoned First Impressions and got an appointment for the following Monday, where Tony met Dr Mahmoud Abdul Ahmed. He was in and out within 45minutes and hubby was very impressed! We have found them to give Great service -from booking appointments to walking out feeling much better about going to the dentist. Both seen by different doctors who both were very pleasant & easy to talk to. I felt like we were in good hands. Nice & comfortable waiting area with T.V, Cold Water & Cuppa tea station available.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very welcoming and attentive. My dentist Dr Mahmoud Ahmed always greets me with a massive smile and asks about how I’m doing. I feel heard and cared for. If there weren't fingers in my mouth, I would mistake him for a therapist Plus, Im always saving money going to first impressions dental because they are extremely competent. They get the job done and boom never have to worry about it ever again. One time I had to remove a wisdom tooth that was close to a nerve. Previous dentist referred me to a specialist. I was going to pay an arm and a leg to a specialist but luckily I stumbled upon Dr Mahmoud Ahmed! He said its no biggie I’m confident in my ability to do it, and boom, he did it. He saved me over a 1k dollars

Fantastic experience: **Update 16.6.23** After living overseas for a few years I have returned to Perth, and had a check up with Silas. Great to see nothing has changed, well other than their massive expansion which probably says plenty! Silas did a thorough going over of my teeth and gave me a very detailed plan of the work I need done in the future, and any recovery time to be aware of due to an extraction I will need. The girls there are friendly as always and Kelly is a pleasure to deal with and not hard to see why she's been a valuable member of the First Impressions Dental team for many years now!! Like most people, I don't look forward to dental work, but at least here its a friendly place to visit, and their charges are very reasonable compared to any other clinics I've visited. **14/5/2011** Friendly staff, good breakdown of work needed and costing, Silas is a very friendly and careful dentist. If you have to go to a dentist, they are great! :)

Fantastic experience: First visit to a dentist in over 10 years. Receptionist was welcoming and fun. Building is clean and modern. The dentist was very professional and calming as I was quite nervous. X-rays were carried out followed by an inspection, scale and clean. It was found that I required a few fillings which were done that day, painlessly. I was very happy with the experience, will be back and thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I visited on 22.03.2023. I had a tooth emergency after putting it off for 5 months. I was extremely nervous and worried I would get “told off” for not looking after my teeth as well as feeling shame that I don’t regularly go to get check ups. Dr Mahmoud made me feel at ease when I shared how ashamed I was. He was gently spoken. I ended up having a root canal in one tooth and a filling in another. I felt no pain and felt very at ease. Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: Dentist was very thorough with my appointment. The first time a dentist has taken the time to ensure I have a long term plan on looking after my teeth instead of just patching / fixing my teeth and sending me on my way

Negative experience: I was quoted $150-$320 for a wisdom tooth removal - but once I was in the dentist's chair and ready for the procedure the price magically became $500. I was take advantage of here. The procedure went well but I really got diddled on the price. A lot of dentists employ this trick- give a low quote and once you have taken the time off work, changed your schedule etc and are sitting in the chair with work that needs to be done- then the price escalates dramatically.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely impressed with the care that I received at this practice. As someone who is quite nervous about dentists, it is generally never a pleasant experience but the team made me as comfortable and calm as possible. Super impressed.

I am incredibly happy with my results! The entire practice from the lovely ladies on the front desk through to the entire dental team are exceptional. Fantastic experience: Dr Saroj Kamble is the best dentist I've been to. She's always kind, explains everything clearly and the pricing is reasonable. She is honest and conservative about what treatment is required so you don't get a huge bill unessecarily.

Fantastic experience: Being a dentist phobe, I once again left it far too long between visits and ended up with an emergency tooth problem. Phoning around, First Impressions went out of their way to get me an appt that day! Let's just say I'm not completely healed of my fear of dentists, but almost. The level of care, consideration of personal circumstances and willingness to go that little bit further in making you feel comfortable starts the minute you open the door, and continues way past leaving the chair and paying your bill. My Dentist gave me a follow up call to see how I was. Doesn't happen often these days. Highly recommend this practice, especially for anxious patients!

Fantastic experience: Had a lovely visit that would normally be dreaded bc of the cost of going to the dentist normally. My dentist was aware that I couldn’t afford to do a lot when my brace came off the back of my bottom teeth, from a previous dentist doing it incorrectly (TX smiles- AVOID!) so he managed to work out a price that I could afford when I don’t have health insurance. Very friendly. Will come back again.

Fantastic experience: The only dentist I've found that makes you feel comfortable and non biased on the condition of your teeth! After years of smoking when younger and diet habits, my teeth need quite a bit of work. Been a client since 2013 and Silas and the staff have always been accommodating and friendly.
